Good day all. Once again the American Civil Liberties Union is living down to its reputation of being Anti-American, Uncivil and working to suppress the liberties of the American people. They have decided to try and block the mass deportation of the millions of illegal aliens that invaded the United States during the Biden Maladministration.<\/p>\n

The ACLU was founded back in the 1920\u2019s by actual Communists<\/a>. Their goal was the destruction of the United States as a Constitutional Republic and the institution of a Soviet style Communist totalitarian regime. With the exception of a few brief periods, the ACLU has been working diligently towards that goal, even though their original masters, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, collapsed in the 1990\u2019s.<\/p>\n Now we have the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> century, Donald Trump, in his second, nonconsecutive term of office, working to Make America Great Again. Part of this is kicking all the illegal aliens out of the United States as quickly as possible. The ACLU has decided that this is great hill to die on and has filed suit to stop this. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of California has filed a class-action lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) demanding an immediate halt to what it describes as unlawful immigration raids across the Los Angeles area targeting migrants with “brown skin.” <\/b><\/p>\n As usual, the Leftard racists of the ACLU are wrong. DHS and ICE don\u2019t give a fig about an illegal\u2019s skin color, only that they are in the United States illegally. It\u2019s just so happens that the Deep State was shipping illegals up from Central and South America since that was the closet supply of slaves and children to be trafficked. They also brought in others from all over the world. (Pervs do have varying tastes after all)<\/p>\n The non-profit accuses Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of carrying out unconstitutional raids and then keeping migrants in inhumane conditions without beds and deprived of food and legal counsel. Homeland Security<\/a> has denied all the claims in the lawsuit, saying that any accusations of racial profiling are “disgusting and categorically false.” <\/b><\/p>\n Of course they\u2019re false. The ACLU lies. It\u2019s what they do. Now they are claiming that since the roundups on Kalifornistan began, some 1500 illegals, who the ACLU, like all Progressive Liberal Democrat Communists refers to as \u201cMigrants,\u201d have been round up. They are claiming that this is to meet some quota. To this I say, 1500 illegals? Those are rookie numbers. They need to pump those number up!<\/p>\n “The raids in this district follow a common, systematic pattern. Individuals with brown skin are approached or pulled aside by unidentified federal agents, suddenly and with a show of force and made to answer questions about who they are and where they are from,” the lawsuit reads.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n “If they hesitate, attempt to leave, or do not answer the questions to the satisfaction of the agents, they are detained, sometimes tackled, handcuffed, and\/or taken into custody. In these interactions, agents typically have no prior information about the individual and no warrant of any kind.” <\/b><\/p>\n I hate to be the one to break it to the ACLU, but ICE doesn\u2019t need a warrant to pick up people illegally in the United States. As to targeting \u201cBrown people?\u201d Since an overwhelming number of these criminals are from central and south America, and they tend to have darker skin the Communist lawyers of the ACLU, (Many of them are lily white, like all good progressive liberal communists), they are going to be doing a bit of profiling. Guess what? They do the same thing in Chinatown and other ethnic areas.<\/p>\n The lawsuit accuses the federal government of keeping detainees at an overcrowded holding facility, referred to as “B-18,” inside windowless rooms that are extremely cramped. <\/b><\/p>\n “In these dungeon-like facilities, conditions are deplorable and unconstitutional,” the lawsuit reads. <\/b><\/p>\n I so love the hyperbole of the ACLU when they are working to help one of their \u201cProtected classes.\u201d Where were these scum when hundreds of J6 defendants were held for years with no access to the courts or a lawyer? Would the ACLU care to comment?<\/p>\n The Department of Homeland Security, the DoJ and Immigration and Customs Enforcement flat out denied the allegations. This isn\u2019t a surprise of course. However, what the ACLU might not be anticipating is that DHS might show up in court with receipts. This is a term that\u2019s become popular when assorted Leftard liars make false claims or accusations regarding the Trump Administration. Basically, they provide hard evidence that flat out refutes the accusations.<\/p>\n I suspect that the ACLU is judge shopping for an Obama or Biden judge. I don\u2019t think they\u2019ve figured out that the world has changed. They may get their little injunction, but it\u2019s now at the point that the Trump Administration may just decide to ignore it. The overwhelming majority of Americans, and a good number of Lawful Resident Aliens, are fully on board with rounding up and deporting the Illegal Aliens. Honestly, I think it\u2019s time for the DoJ to start looking into the ACLU.
