Almost all of these judges are either Obama or Biden judges. We have a few Clinton judges tossed in for good measure.Now yet another one has been bitch slapped by the Supreme Court, this time for blocking President Trump from the massive downsizing of the Federal Government. Here are the details from Newsmax<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n The Supreme Court on Tuesday cleared the way for President Donald Trump’s plans to downsize the federal workforce despite warnings that critical government services will be lost and hundreds of thousands of federal employees will be out of their jobs. <\/b><\/p>\n The justices overrode lower court orders that temporarily froze the cuts, which have been led by the Department of Government Efficiency. <\/b><\/p>\n And why did SCOTUS override the lower courts? Beside the fact that they are a pack of anti-constitution leftard judicial tyrants?<\/p>\n The court said in an unsigned order that no specific cuts were in front of the justices, only an executive order issued by Trump and an administration directive for agencies to undertake job reductions. <\/b><\/p>\n I haven\u2019t seen the order, and I am certainly no lawyer. I suspect the issue was that there was no named individual and this was just an attempt to protect the jobs of Democrats. The real reason for the orders was to prevent the crushing of the Deep State and to maintain power of the Deep State over the People. The justices couldn\u2019t say that of course. Well, with one exception.<\/p>\n Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was the only dissenting vote, accusing her colleagues of a “demonstrated enthusiasm for greenlighting this President’s legally dubious actions in an emergency posture.” <\/b><\/p>\n Jackson warned of enormous real-world consequences. “This executive action promises mass employee terminations, widespread cancellation of federal programs and services, and the dismantling of much of the Federal Government as Congress has created it,” she wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n Justice Jackson\u2019s stupidity here was so great that even the other dumb member of the Court landed on her. She also has no idea on how the government should be working under the Constitution. This isn\u2019t surprising since she\u2019s probably never actually read it. As to this ruling, it\u2019s just another in a long line of winning against the Democrats and their pet Obama and Biden judges.<\/p>\n The high court action continued a winning streak for Trump, whom the justices have allowed to move forward with significant parts of his plan to remake the federal government. The Supreme Court’s intervention so far has been on the frequent emergency appeals the Justice Department has filed objecting to lower-court rulings as improperly intruding on presidential authority. <\/b><\/p>\n The fact that emergency appeals even have to be filed against these out of control Leftard judges is a problem. Another problem is even when the Supreme Court tells these idiots that they have to stop, they won\u2019t and ignore the rulings. One of these is a Biden judge, Brian Murphy. In a case dealing with deportations, he was told by the Supreme Court that his order was overturned and he ignored it<\/a>.<\/p>\n “Today’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling is another definitive victory for the President and his administration. It clearly rebukes the continued assaults on the President’s constitutionally authorized executive powers by leftist judges who are trying to prevent the President from achieving government efficiency across the federal government,” White House spokesperson Harrison Fields said in a statement. <\/b><\/p>\n These Leftard judges, in their attempts to overthrow both the will of the voters and usurp presidential authority under Article II of the constitution, and more recently, Congress\u2019s authority to appropriate<\/a> and disburse funds, is creating a potential constitutional crises. Eventually, something is going to give, and it won\u2019t be the executive or legislative branches.<\/p>\n Tens of thousands of federal workers have been fired, have left their jobs via deferred resignation programs, or have been placed on leave. There is no official figure for the job cuts, but at least 75,000 federal employees took deferred resignation and thousands of probationary workers have already been let go. <\/b><\/p>\n Mr. President, those are rookie numbers. You need to pump those numbers up!<\/p>\n In May, U.S. District Judge Susan Illston found that Trump’s administration needs congressional approval to make sizable reductions to the federal workforce. <\/b><\/p>\n Actually, no a president doesn\u2019t. It\u2019s standard business practice to increase or reduce manpower as needed. Until recently, it\u2019s almost always been increase the number of bureaucrats, not reduce them. Then we have USAID. The Left fought tooth and nail to stop DOGE and President Trump from gutting that agency. Since then, a massive corruption case with bribes<\/a> and stolen money was uncovered. The cases are coming to a close as guilty pleas are being entered. This was what that clown of a judge was trying to protect.<\/p>\n By a 2-1 vote, a panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals refused to block Illston’s order, finding that the downsizing could have broader effects, including on the nation’s food-safety system and healthcare for veterans. <\/b><\/p>\n Then that judge decided that she was now in charge and issued orders to the various agencies to ignore the President of the United States.<\/p>\n Illston directed numerous federal agencies to halt acting on the president’s workforce executive order signed in February and a subsequent memo issued by DOGE and the Office of Personnel Management. <\/b><\/p>\n Now this case was brought by the usual suspects on the left.<\/p>\n The labor unions and nonprofit groups that sued over the downsizing offered the justices several examples of what would happen if it were allowed to take effect, including cuts of 40% to 50% at several agencies. <\/b><\/p>\n One of the things that DOGE found out was that a huge number of these employees weren\u2019t actually doing the job. A number apparently never existed in the first place. The who Civil Service system looks like it has become a morass of waste, inefficiency and outright fraud.<\/p>\n Baltimore, Chicago, and San Francisco were among cities that also sued. <\/b><\/p>\n And why do they have any standing? Oh wait! Progressive Blue State cities. How silly of me to forget. In any case, these Leftists groups are outraged, OUTRAGED I tell you, that the Supreme Court has once again sided with the Constitution.<\/p>\n “Today’s decision has dealt a serious blow to our democracy and puts services that the American people rely on in grave jeopardy. This decision does not change the simple and clear fact that reorganizing government functions and laying off federal workers en masse haphazardly without any congressional approval is not allowed by our Constitution,” the parties that sued said in a joint statement. <\/b><\/p>\n What this ruling has [put in jeopardy is the slush funds and gravy trains of the Progressives, Liberals and Democrats. Now this goes back to that Commie Judge. I fully expect her to again order the Administration to not cut the government unless SHE gives them permission. This was yet another direct assault on President Trump by a corrupt judicial branch. I think Roberts is beginning to see what is coming and while he is loathe to actually do his job, he may find he has no choice. With every one of these bogus lower court rulings, trust in the Judicial Branch takes a major hit.<\/p>\n Eventually, as these rulings become even more extreme and actually endanger the Nation and people, the courts will find that no one is listening to them any longer including the Executive Branch. As it is, people are seeing these rulings coming down from blatantly partisan judges and are considering how to get these judicial thugs off the bench. Personally, I think it\u2019s almost time to start criminally charging some of the worst judges under 18 U.S. Code \u00a7 2384. Perhaps Pam Bondi\u2019s replacement will look into this.
