Good day all. This is a breaking story. Yesterday, yet another Biden judge issued a Temporary Restraining Order designed to protect Illegal Aliens from being deported.<\/p>\n

The case was brought by the ACLU, (No surprise there), who went judge shopping. They found yet another corrupt Biden judge to issue a TRO basically ending the round up of illegal aliens and other criminals in Kalifornistan. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A federal judge in Los Angeles late Friday issued a sweeping temporary restraining order (TRO) against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), ruling that the agency likely violated constitutional protections through its immigration enforcement practices in California<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

In a 53-page order issued Friday, U.S. District Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, a Biden appointee, barred ICE from conducting detentive stops in the Central District of California unless agents have “reasonable suspicion” that a person is in the country unlawfully.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m going to say it. Good luck enforcing that order bitch. We may have finally reached the point where the Executive Branch simply refuses to follow or enforce this TRO. I also looked up this judicial tyrant. From her name, Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, you would think she was an immigrant.<\/p>\n

No, she was born in the United States. Her parents immigrated to the United States from Ghana. (Legal immigrants as best as I can tell) This explains her name. However, she is a classically trained Leftard. She attended all the Leftard schools, went to Harvard and got her law degree from Yale. (I won\u2019t bother with how I think she got in. She might actually have earned a spot)<\/p>\n

Frimpong’s ruling explicitly prohibits ICE<\/a> from relying solely on race or ethnicity, speaking Spanish or English with an accent, location, or type of work when forming suspicion, citing the Fourth Amendment. <\/b><\/p>\n

That is designed for one purpose and one purpose only. To protect the majority of illegal aliens in her district. (It appears her TRO isn\u2019t one of the \u201cNationwide\u201d orders favored by Leftard Obama and Biden judges. Perhaps she actually read the latest decision from SCOTUS?) Most of the illegals are coming in from Central and South America with a fair number coming in from Asia. It makes sense to take into account the general physical appearance of people when looking for illegal aliens.<\/p>\n

There are other signs as well. Someone who is here legally, provided they aren\u2019t paying any attention to the Leftard Propaganda Corp, (aka the Legacy Media), isn\u2019t going to bolt when they see someone from Immigration and Customs Enforcement. They will simply show them their green card, and be sent on their way with a thank you for their cooperation. If a legal resident alien doesn\u2019t have their green card on them, they might be pulled in, but a couple of phone calls and that will be cleared up. They will be sent on their way with a stern talking to to have their Green Card available, which they are actually supposed to do.<\/p>\n

The order also requires ICE to keep and turn over detailed records of each stop and agents’ reasoning for them, develop official guidance for determining “reasonable suspicion,” and implement mandatory training for agents. <\/b><\/p>\n
