Good day all. Probably one of the biggest scandals coming out of the previous administration was the use of the \u201cAutopen\u201d to sign Executive Orders and later hundreds of presidential pardons. There has been a question on whether or not Joe Biden actually authorized the use of the Autopen, especially in regards to all the last minute presidential pardons that were issued.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

There has already been one person who testified to Congres<\/a>s that she really didn\u2019t know who was authorizing the use of the Autopen during her time managing and operating it. (2021-2023) All this did was convince a number of people that most, if not almost all of the pardons issued, allegedly, by Joe Biden were fraudulent. This ties in to the question of, considering that Joe Biden had a brain of solid mush, of who was actually running things in the White House. Now there is a potential suspect. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Former President Joe Biden\u2019s<\/a> chief of staff issued final approval for multiple high-profile preemptive pardons during Biden\u2019s final days in office, according to a new report.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

If this is accurate, it throws into question the validity of the pardons. Those who received the autopen pardons were the January 6 Committee members and various staffers, General Mark Milley, Anthony Fauci, several Capitol Police officers, and the entire Biden Crime Family. Of that group, only the pardon issued to Hunter \u201cHoovernose\u201d Biden isn\u2019t being questioned.<\/p>\n

Biden\u2019s alleged use of the autopen has become a sticking point for months, as President Donald Trump<\/a> has said thousands of pardons Biden signed were void and claimed that the former president did not know what documents he was signing through the automated device.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

It might be even worse. If I recall correctly, Hoovernose\u2019s pardon was physically signed by Joe Biden and he stated that he had done it. However, the vast majority of the pardons issued were signed by Autopen. The Trump Administration has been trying to find the \u201cPaper trail\u201d that shows that Joe Biden actually did authorize the use of the autopen, but haven\u2019t been able to find anything.<\/p>\n

Biden issued a series of preemptive pardons on his final day to officials, including former chief medical advisor to the president Anthony Fauci and former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley, in an attempt to safeguard them from retribution from Trump.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Fauci could, and should be tried for potential crimes against humanity for starters. Milley? Potentially, we have mutiny and potentially, treason just to start with.<\/p>\n

In an article intended to be his defense for the autopen<\/a> issue, it emerged that, although Biden reportedly made the decision in a meeting, Biden\u2019s chief of staff Jeff Zients is the one who gave final approval for the use of the autopen, at least in the case of Fauci and Milley, the New York Times reported.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

On Biden\u2019s final day as president, Jan. 19, Biden had a meeting with his aides until nearly 10 p.m. to talk about various preemptive pardons, the Times reports. Emails obtained by the Times show that an aide sent a summary draft of the decisions formalized during that meeting to Zient\u2019s assistant at 10:03 p.m.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

10pm? Everything that has come out lately shows that Joe Biden pretty much shut down by late afternoon. What little cognitive ability he had left, left the building and Biden pretty much wandered around with no idea where he was.<\/p>\n

The assistant sent the email to Zients and others present in the meeting, requesting approval from Zients and White House deputy chief of staff Bruce Reed at 10:28 p.m., the Times reported. Zients replied all to the email three minutes later, the outlet said.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“I approve the use of the autopen for the execution of all of the following pardons,” Zients said in the email, according to the Times.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This might actually be the \u201cSmoking Gun\u201d that rips the guts out of the entire Biden maladministration. All this clown had to do was write up an order saying that \u201cI Joe Biden authorize the use of the autopen to sign the following documents.\u201d with a list of EO\u2019s and pardons attached. Biden could have signed that one document and provided the necessary paper trail to shut down the whole question of the pardons.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the Times report said Biden did not personally approve each name included in the broad, categorical pardons.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“Rather, after extensive discussion of different possible criteria, he signed off on the standards he wanted to be used to determine which convicts would qualify for a reduction in sentence,” the Times reported.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s becoming obvious that Biden was nothing more than a rubber stamp for most, if not the entirety of his presidency.<\/p>\n

When asked about the Times’ report, Trump told reporters at the White House Monday that Biden’s alleged use of the autopen amounted to possibly “one of the biggest scandals that we’ve had in 50 to 100 years.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“I guarantee you he knew nothing about what he was signing, I guarantee you,” Trump said.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

This ties in with a meeting that the current Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson had with Biden. He asked Biden about an EO he \u201cSigned\u201d that put a freeze on new natural gas exports out of Louisiana. When Johnson confronted Biden about it, Biden stated that he flat out didn\u2019t sign<\/a> any such order.<\/p>\n

Trump first accused Biden of using an autopen to sign important clemency documents in March. He has continued to bring up the issue, and sent a memo ordering Attorney General Pam Bondi to launch an investigation into Biden\u2019s autopen use in June, and to probe if the usage stemmed from a decline in Biden\u2019s mental acuity.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“In recent months, it has become increasingly apparent that Biden’s aides abused the power of presidential signatures through the use of an autopen to conceal Biden’s cognitive decline and assert Article II authority,” Trump wrote in the memo.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Biden was probably mentally incompetent when he \u201cran\u201d in 2020. He definitely slid down hill after assuming office, to the point people were actually wondering why the 25th<\/sup> Amendment wasn\u2019t used to remove him. (We can thank Jill \u201cCall me Doctor Damn It\u201d Biden for that) The \u201cGreat Debate\u201d between President Trump and Joe Biden showed the world what many knew\/suspected. Joe Biden was senile and not fit for office.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

“This conspiracy marks one of the most dangerous and concerning scandals in American history. The American public was purposefully shielded from discovering who wielded the executive power, all while Biden’s signature was deployed across thousands of documents to effect radical policy shifts.” <\/b><\/p>\n

I suspect that more information will be coming out in the next 6-12 months. If, as I and many others believe, it is proven that Joe Biden did not authorize the use of the Autopen for the pardons or pretty much anything else, we will see court actions to strip the pardons from people like Milley and Fauci, (And who knows how many others).<\/p>\n

I also think that before the end of President Trump\u2019s second term, we will see one or more proposed Amendments to the Constitution to deal with both the refusal by the Democrats to activate the 25th<\/sup> Amendment and declare Joe Biden mentally incompetent, and also to deal with the whole Autopen business. At the very least, there must be some sort of paper trail showing that the President authorized its use. Personally, I have no clue how to word such amendments.
