Good day all. Adam Schiff, the junior senator from Kalifornistan, is arguably, one of the most politically corrupt members of congress in years. When he was in the House of Representatives, he was one of the members involved in the attempted coup against President Trump.<\/p>\n

He flat out lied to the American people, claiming that President Trump was guilty of basically treason. For two years he led a witch hunt against President Trump. When Dianne Feinstein finally croaked and her seat opened up, Schiffhead ran for and won the seat. Once in office, he started up with his usual lies about President Trump. Now it\u2019s possible that the shoe is on the other foot. It appears he may have committed financial fraud. Here are the details from the New York Post<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

President Trump on Tuesday called for California Democratic Sen. Adam Schiff<\/a> to be \u201cbrought to justice\u201d for alleged mortgage fraud \u2014 after a federal housing agency sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department regarding Schiff\u2019s ownership of a Maryland home. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI have always suspected Shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist. And now I learn that Fannie Mae\u2019s Financial Crimes Division have concluded that Adam Schiff has engaged in a sustained pattern of possible Mortgage Fraud,\u201d Trump wrote<\/a> on Truth Social. <\/b><\/p>\n

I beg your pardon Mr. President, but you only suspected that Schiffhead was a scam artist? Everyone else has known this for years.<\/p>\n

\u201cAdam Schiff said that his primary residence was in MARYLAND to get a cheaper mortgage and rip off America, when he must LIVE in CALIFORNIA because he was a Congressman from CALIFORNIA. I always knew Adam Schiff was a Crook,\u201d the president wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n

Now that sounds familiar. Wasn\u2019t this the same thing that Letitia James pulled? Why yes, it looks like the exact same thing<\/a>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cThe FRAUD began with the refinance of his Maryland property on February 6, 2009, and continued through multiple transactions until the Maryland property was correctly designated as a second home on October 13, 2020.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

I wonder what the statute of limitations is on that? Also, would it be covered under the autopen pardon Schiffhead was given as the Biden maladministration was evicted from the White House? Wouldn\u2019t that make the whole case moot, at least until it\u2019s determined that the pardon was fraudulently issued of course.<\/p>\n

A senior administration official told The Post that the Federal Housing Finance Agency, which oversees Fannie Mae, sent a criminal referral<\/a> to the Justice Department requesting further investigation. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIt is extremely serious and [Schiff] is not taking it seriously,\u201d said that official \u2014 who added that the senator could face a criminal count for each time he paid his monthly mortgage bill. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Oh wouldn\u2019t that be nice? Adam Schiffhead being hit with dozens of counts? Would it be to much to hope that if this actually did go to trial and Schiffhead were convicted, he would serve consecutive sentences instead of concurrent?<\/p>\n

Trump told reporters on the White House lawn Tuesday that \u201cI would have thought he covered his bases a little bit better than that. Adam Schiff is a low-life, he deserves what he gets.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Yes Mr. President, he does and hopefully they find that he did engage in fraud and committed some nice financial crimes. That pencil necked scumbag won\u2019t do well in prison. Perhaps he might share a cell with the former senator from New Jersey, Bob Menendez.<\/p>\n

Schiff denied wrongdoing in messages posted Tuesday to X.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cSince I led his first impeachment, Trump has repeatedly called for me to be arrested for treason.\u00a0So in a way, I guess this is a bit of a letdown. And this baseless attempt at political retribution won\u2019t stop me from holding him accountable. Not by a long shot,\u201d Schiff wrote<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Well Schiffhead, we will see what happens, won\u2019t we? Unlike the crap you pulled, if there is anything to this, (And please, I hope there is), then there will be something you never had in your years of going after President Trump. Actual documentation and evidence.<\/p>\n

Attorney General Pam Bondi declined to comment on the allegations during an unrelated press conference Tuesday, citing Justice Department policy. <\/b><\/p>\n

So someone finally told her to keep her mouth shut? Good. Perhaps, just maybe, she is learning.<\/p>\n

The California Democrat\u2019s mortgage issue was first publicly reported in 2023<\/a> by CNN. <\/b><\/p>\n

CNN? How is this possible? Their job is to protect Democrats, not help put them in jail. Did someone not get the memo? In any case, this is the second time that the Federal Housing Finance Agency has referred a Trump enemy to the DoJ for investigation and potential prosecution. Last April, Letitia James was also sent to the DoJ for basically the same thing that Schiffhead is alleged to have done.<\/p>\n

Sadly, I don\u2019t expect to hear much of anything for months. These types of crimes take time to unwind and prepare for prosecution, especially when you have to very prominent Democrats in the crosshairs. Still, one can hope that true justice will be served and the Democrat Propaganda Corps will have another helping of crow to eat.<\/p>\n
