Good day all. A couple of weeks ago, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents went into a medical facility in pursuit of illegal aliens. The medical staff decided to try and block<\/a> the agents and help the criminal get away. (He didn\u2019t) At the time, many people, myself included, wanted to know when these morons were going to be arrested.<\/p>\n

Well the wait is over and these leftard idiots are being rounded up to face serious federal charges. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Federal authorities arrested two staff members of a clinic in Ontario, California, for allegedly interfering with an Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrest. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Honduran national Denis Guillen-Solis, a landscaper, allegedly left on foot to evade law enforcement and went inside the Ontario Advanced Surgical Center, where he was not a patient.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

In other words, this was a case of law enforcement being in hot pursuit of a criminal. This does allow certain actions that would be considered violations of the 4th<\/sup> Amendment to take place. One of these is entering a home that the fleeing suspect was observed to have gone into. However, this was a business and not a private home.<\/p>\n

“This story is another example of a false narrative peddled by irresponsible members of the media in furtherance of a political agenda to delegitimize federal agents. The illegal alien arrested inside the medical center was not a patient and was not in any way affiliated with that location. He ran inside for cover and these medical workers attempted to block his apprehension by assaulting our agents,” U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli told Fox News in a statement. <\/b><\/p>\n

“To be very clear, it doesn\u2019t matter who you are or where you work, if you assault our agents or otherwise interfere with our operations, you will be arrested and charged with a federal crime,” Essayli continued.<\/b><\/p>\n

In short, these morons decided to Eff around and now they are finding out.<\/p>\n

The criminal warrants were signed off by U.S. Magistrate Judge Sheri Pym for two of the staffers, Jose De Jesus Ortega and Danielle Nadine Davila, for allegedly “forcibly assaulting, impeding, and interfering with a federal officer involving physical contact” and “conspiring to prevent, by force and intimidation, a federal officer from discharging his duties.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

I wish their lawyers good luck in getting some sort of a plea deal for those two. The DoJ under Pam Bondi has had it with Leftards not only getting in the way of ICE personnel, but attacking them as well. I expect this will go to trial in the next year, convictions will be secured and the prosecutors will ask for the maximum sentences.<\/p>\n

Ortega was arrested on Friday morning, and Davila was arrested hours later after being considered at large earlier in the day. <\/b><\/p>\n

I suspect he may not have been aware there was a warrant out for his arrest. Now as to what these two idiots did?<\/p>\n

On LinkedIn, Davila is listed as a certified surgical technologist at the center, and is specifically said in the criminal complaint to have allegedly put her hands on the ICE officer and wedged herself between him and Guillen-Solis. <\/b><\/p>\n

“ICE officers conducted a targeted enforcement operation to arrest two illegal aliens. Officers in clearly marked ICE bulletproof vests approached the illegal alien targets as they exited a vehicle,” the Department of Homeland Security posted to X on July 9. <\/b><\/p>\n

So there was no question as to who these people were where there may have been if they were in plain clothes. There have been incidents where people might have hit law enforcement agents because they didn\u2019t know they were police. (This is one reason you see them wearing raid jackets that are clearly marked) These barking moonbats knew exactly who the agents were and decided to get in the way.<\/p>\n

“One of the illegal aliens, Denis Guillen-Solis who is from Honduras, fled on foot to evade law enforcement. He ended up near the Ontario Advanced Surgical Center where hospital staff assaulted law enforcement and drug the officer and illegal alien into the facility. Then, the staff attempted to obstruct the arrest by locking the door, blocking law enforcement vehicles from moving, and even called the cops claiming there was a \u2018kidnapping,\u2019” the post added. <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, I hope these two enjoy the next 5-10 years in a federal prison. Like all Leftards of late, they seem to forget that law enforcement personnel these days were bodycams and everything was caught on video. (It\u2019s amazing when bodycams started being issued how law enforcement initially resisted the idea. Now the love them) Every second of those videos is going to be played in court and as long as it\u2019s an honest judge and jury, those two are done.<\/p>\n
