Good day all. It\u2019s been a very long time coming, but it appears that the people who tried to overthrow President Trump during his first term, and then jail him after he left office, may soon be facing a judge themselves.<\/p>\n

For almost 10 year, we have been subjected to the claim that the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, was a Russian asset. Back in President Trump\u2019s first term, the fake Russia file was used by the Democrats, Deep State and Never Trump Republicans to try and force President Trump out. It took several years, but it was found that the whole thing was cooked up by Felonia von Pantsuit.<\/p>\n

Fast forward to 2025 and President Trump is back in office after a landslide victory. This time he was fully prepared and hit the ground running. One of his appointments was Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence. She had one basic job and a few weeks ago, delivered. She declassified and released a treasure trove of documents<\/a> that basically showed an active conspiracy to Get Trump!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Next came news that FBI Director Kash Patel had discovered bags full of documents<\/a> that appear to have been slated to be destroyed, and for good reason. These documents showed just how corrupt the DoJ, FBI, the Intelligence Community and the Obama regime was in their attempts to secure the presidency for Felonia von Pantsuit.<\/p>\n

All this was handed over to the Department of Justice and now the other show has dropped. Attorney general Pam Bondi has ordered that a formal investigation with a Grand Jury be undertaken. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Attorney General Pam Bondi<\/a> directed her staff Monday to act on the criminal referral from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard related to the alleged conspiracy to tie President Donald Trump to Russia, and the Department of Justice is now opening a grand jury investigation into the matter, Fox News Digital has learned. <\/b><\/p>\n

Bondi personally ordered an unnamed federal prosecutor to initiate legal proceedings and the prosecutor is expected to present department evidence to a grand jury, which would allow the department to secure a potential indictment, according to a letter from Bondi reviewed by Fox News Digital and a source familiar with the investigation. <\/b><\/p>\n

I find it interesting that the prosecutor isn\u2019t being identified. I wonder if this is to protect the integrity of the investigation, the actual prosecutor or both?<\/p>\n

A DOJ spokesperson declined to comment on the report of an investigation but said Bondi is taking the referral from Gabbard “very seriously.” The spokesperson said Bondi believed there is “clear cause for deep concern” and a need for next steps. <\/b><\/p>\n

She must have reviewed the documents, then handed them to others to do a deep dive. (Perhaps the unnamed prosecutor?) From what I and many others have seen, this is going to make Watergate look like a kids show. Potentially, it could even lead to the arrest of Barack Obama. Of course, there is the whole question of presidential immunity for official duties and all. Still, organizing what appears to be a criminal conspiracy doesn\u2019t appear in the job description of a President of the United States.<\/p>\n

The revelation that the DOJ is moving forward with a grand jury probe comes after Gabbard declassified intelligence in July that shed new light on the Obama administration\u2019s alleged determination that Russia sought to help Trump in the 2016 election. <\/b><\/p>\n

Yes, it was a bald faced lie first designed to help Felonia von Pantsuit, aka Hillary Clinton, to win the election, and when she failed miserably, it was used to basically depose a sitting President of the United States. This is what people usually refer to as a \u201cCoup.\u201d<\/p>\n

Among the declassified material was a meeting record revealing how Obama allegedly requested his deputies prepare an intelligence assessment in December 2016, after Trump had won the election, that allegedly detailed the “tools Moscow used and actions it took to influence the 2016 election.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

If this is accurate, it may be the so called \u201cSmoking Gun\u201d that sinks Obama and Felonia, along with all the others involved. It\u2019s one thing to ask for an assessment, it\u2019s quite another to direct how it should read. The original assessment indicated that what few games the Russians played had no affect on the election, and in fact, they wold have preferred Felonia von Pantsuit to win. They had \u201cThe goods\u201d on that corrupt bitch and could easily blackmail her. (Although bribery would have been easier I think. Less of a potential for blow back)<\/p>\n

It is unclear whom the grand jury is expected to target and what charges could be in play given the statutes of limitations for much of the activity from nearly a decade ago have lapsed. <\/b><\/p>\n

There is a question on the Statute of Limitations. First, it would be a conspiracy, and we\u2019ve seen how the \u201cConspirators\u201d have kept things going. That would make it an ongoing criminal activity. Then we have Felonia\u2019s private email server. That could be an espionage charge against her since there is no statute of limitations on that. This is why I expect all of this to take a fair amount of time. There is a lot that the Grand Jury and others need to go through before any indictments can be considered.<\/p>\n

I also don\u2019t expect to see much or any information on what is going on with the Grand Jury. While we all want to know, whatever you think of Pam Bondi, she is not Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch or Merrick Garland. She may have badly botched the whole Epstein thing, but this is something so important that she should minimize any information being released. I\u2019ll be very happy if the first I hear about anything new is when the indictments are handed down and the arrests are undertaken.<\/p>\n
