Good day all. Things are now going from bad to \u201cI need a one way ticket to a non-extradition country\u201d for New York Attorney General Letitia James. James is already under investigation for Mortgage Fraud<\/a>, and now a Federal Grand Jury is investigating her for potential Civil Rights crimes.<\/p>\n

This all goes back to James\u2019s actions against both President Trump and the National Rifle Association. James first went after the NRA because, Progressive anti-Second Amendment Democrat with power, and tried to destroy the Association. Granted, there were some pretty glaring problems under the previous NRA\u2019s management and Wayne LaPierre needed to be shown the door. (He was along with his cronies) Instead, James tried to seize control of the NRA and shut it down completely.<\/p>\n

An agreement was finally reached in which LaPierre and his cronies were booted and a few other things. However, the entire process had the stench of constitutional violations. (Due diligence time. I am a member of the NRA)<\/p>\n

Then we have the atrocity committed against President Trump by James and her pet judge Arthur Engoron. That one was so blatantly rigged against President Trump that even the NY State Supreme Court was asking<\/a> James\u2019s representative some very hard questions. Now the other show has fallen and a Grand Jury is looking into the actions of Letitia James in these two, and potentially other cases. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The Department of Justice<\/a> convened a grand jury to investigate New York Attorney General Letitia James, marking an escalation in President Donald Trump’s fight with New York’s top prosecutor. <\/b>The investigation is being run out of Albany and focused on possible deprivation of rights allegations, two well-placed sources familiar with the probe told Fox News Digital. <\/b><\/p>\n

This investigation was initiated by Attorney General Bondi. The investigation is going to look at allegations of the deprivation of rights by James and her office. The New York AG\u2019s office has already been served with subpoenas. The request also covers her actions against President Trump.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for James suggested the latest action by the DOJ was a “weaponization” of its prosecutorial power. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Any weaponization of the justice system should disturb every American,” the spokesperson said. “We stand strongly behind our successful litigation against the Trump Organization and the National Rifle Association, and we will continue to stand up for New Yorkers\u2019 rights.” <\/b><\/p>\n

She should talk. Letitia James ran on a platform of getting Trump. That implied that she would do whatever it took, the law and Constitution be damned. That is exactly what she did.James began investigating the Trump Organization soon after she took office, eventually securing a $454 million judgment against the then-former president and some of Trump’s company’s executives, including two of his sons.<\/p>\n

A New York<\/a> judge found Trump and his business partners grossly overstated Trump’s wealth to obtain favorable loans and other financial benefits. Trump is appealing the decision. James said at the time that financial fraud was not a “victimless crime.” <\/b><\/p>\n

That crooked judge, Arthur Enrogon, decided that Mar-a-lago was worth something between $18 million and $27 million dollars. When that ruling came out, Enrogon was roundly and soundly denounced by everyone in banking and real estate. Anyone who knows the area knew that you couldn\u2019t get a parking space for that price. Enrogon flat out refused to listen nor would he allow anyone to testify to the actual value of the property.<\/p>\n

“If average New Yorkers went into a bank and submitted false documents, the government would throw the book at them, and the same should be true for former presidents,” James said. <\/b><\/p>\n

Except that the Trump people didn\u2019t submit false documents, unlike Letitia James. The Bank went and did their own valuation, the two groups negotiated and came to an agreement. The loan was provided and paid back in full with interest. No fraud occurred.<\/p>\n

James also has been a leading figure in bringing litigation challenging the second Trump administration’s executive actions. James and other Democratic attorneys general have sued to fight spending freezes on federally funded social programs, mass firings of federal employees and restrictions on transgender care for minors, among other matters. <\/b><\/p>\n

And the states do not have any standing to bring these cases in the first place. I believe the federal courts have already tossed most, if not all of them.<\/p>\n

Convening a grand jury is the first step in an investigation and could potentially lead to an indictment.<\/b><\/p>\n

OhI hope so! In fact, I would love it if her entire office were rounded up and taken into custody.<\/p>\n

The panel examines evidence, including documents and witness interviews, and determines if probable cause exists to bring charges against a person. The process can take weeks or longer, and it is historically much easier for a grand jury to secure an indictment than it is to obtain a subsequent conviction. <\/b><\/p>\n

Without question, it\u2019s easy for a prosecutor, state or federal to indict anyone they want on bogus charges. We have seen this happen time and time again and when it ends up at trial, the defendant usually ends up acquitted. However, grand jury reform is a discussion for another day.<\/p>\n

Since it is so easy to get indictments, and have the case implode in the courtroom. I expect that the U.S. Attorney is going to be very careful and make sure all the \u201cT\u2019s\u201d are crossed and the I\u2019s\u201d are dotted. I also expect that, considering just how sloppy a lot of these Soros D.A\u2019s and Attorneys General tend to be, the Grand Jury is going to find more than enough to indict James on.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

One of the things that can happen is that a Grand Jury, if they find something, will go on a fishing expedition. James is already being investigated for Mortgage Fraud. What else might be found that can and will be used against that corrupt cow?<\/p>\n
