Good day all. For the last six months, we have been watching the democrats go absolutely batshit insane over President Trump keeping his promise to boot all the illegal aliens out of the country.<\/p>\n

The Democrats are, as usual, on the wrong side of the Illegal Alien debate. A large majority of Americans and legal resident aliens are fully on board with removing illegal aliens from the United States. However, Illinois Nazis<\/i><\/span> Democrats are demanding that President Trump stop interfering with the states immigration policies. (Yes, you heard that right) Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Illinois Democrats are pushing back on Trump-era attacks against the state\u2019s immigration-related policies, arguing the statutes uphold the Constitution, support public safety and leave federal authorities free to do their jobs. <\/b><\/p>\n

“These policies are in accordance with the law, maintain local autonomy, boost local economies, focus law enforcement resources on serving local needs, and promote effective policing strategies that foster trust between police and the communities they serve,” reads a letter by Rep. Jesus Garcia and Sen. Richard Durbin.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

First, immigration is a FEDERAL matter. The states have no say in who is or is not allowed into the United States. Second, Durbin has a long history of aiding and abetting enemies of the United States and anything he says can and should be ignored. As for Garcia? He\u2019s Mexican who was naturalized. He seems to have forgotten that his job is to put the United States and it\u2019s citizens first, not try and protect criminals. But then, he is a Democrat.<\/p>\n

The letter noted how the Justice Department labeled both Illinois and Chicago<\/a> as “sanctuary jurisdictions” in its latest public listings, and rebutted the assertion that either the state or city is committing any sort of violation. <\/b><\/p>\n

Here is the question then. Are the city and state actively aiding illegals? By aiding, I mean providing funds, paperwork such as drivers licenses, etc. Now I know that states are under no obligation to assist the Federal Government in rounding up illegals, but when they release child molesters who are illegal aliens, then as far as many people are concerned, the city and state is in violation of the law and common sense.<\/p>\n

“Similarly, the Chicago Welcoming City Ordinance prevents the arrest or detention of an individual solely on the basis of a civil immigration violation and prevents local officials from giving ICE access to detainees unless such access is based on a legitimate law enforcement purpose that is not civil immigration enforcement,” Garcia and Durbin wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n

That is, in my opinion, definitely interfering with Federal Immigration enforcement. We might also add that being in the United States illegally is, wait for it, against the law. While states have no duty to assist in federal law enforcement efforts, they also can\u2019t help illegal aliens evade federal law enforcement officials tasked with arresting illegal alien law breakers.<\/p>\n

They claimed, citing court precedent<\/a>, that state or local authorities holding people without an immigration detainer violates the Fourth Amendment \u2013 while federal detention does not. <\/b><\/p>\n

I followed that link and wouldn\u2019t you know it? It was from a recent case with a Biden judge ruling against the Trump administration. In other words, it was a load of manure.<\/p>\n

“Therefore, in passing these laws, Illinois, Cook County, and the City of Chicago \u2013 along with hundreds of other jurisdictions across the country \u2013 protect local resources while ensuring compliance with the Constitution and leaving the enforcement of federal immigration law to federal officials.” <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Garcia, who emigrated from Durango, Mexico, in 1965, went on to ask DHS<\/a> and the DOJ in return to stop trying to allegedly “usurp” their authority, “as lawmakers who value the rule of law, public safety, and the U.S. Constitution” when it comes to critiquing how Illinois handles immigrants. <\/b><\/p>\n

In other words, stop rounding up illegal aliens and instead make them citizens who will vote Democrat? How about NO!<\/p>\n

The Justice Department<\/a> confirmed receipt of the letter but declined further comment. <\/b><\/p>\n

Allow me to provide the comment.<\/p>\n

This is just more Progressive Liberal garbage from the Democrats. They are no longer even trying to hide what their goals are. The end of the United States as a Constitutional Republic and the institution of Single Party Rule by the Democrats. These two and other Democrats are on the wrong side of everything regarding Immigration and Illegal Aliens.<\/p>\n

At the rate things are going, it\u2019s only a matter of time before Elected Democrat officeholders, probably at the state and local levels, cross that one last line and find themselves in handcuffs. I can think of a few who are so far off the rails that indictments may be handed down much sooner then later. Sadly, I don\u2019t think these two idiots will be on the list. They haven\u2019t crossed that line…yet.<\/p>\n
