Good day all. The Democrat Party has decided that supporting and protecting illegal aliens is a winning strategy. They have been doing everything they can, including flat out law breaking. There are already several Democrat office holders who are looking at prosecution and, with luck, felony convictions.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

Now we have another one who has forgotten her oath of office. She has been warning criminals when Federal Agents are on the way to arrest them. Here are the details from the Federalist<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

L<\/b>ast week, Arizona State Sen. Analise Ortiz, vulgarly defended<\/a> her actions after she admitted to alerting illegal immigrants to ICE presence in her district. The Glendale leftist, who also is accused of doxxing Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, shook her fist at \u201cfascists and white supremacists in power in Arizona,\u201d<\/a> and claimed she had a right to interfere in federal immigration law enforcement activities.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cYep. When ICE is around, I will alert my community to stay out of the area, and I\u2019m not f***king scared of you nor Trump\u2019s masked goons,\u201d the lawmaker wrote<\/a> in response to the conservative social media site Libs of TikTok outing Ortiz for \u201cactively impeding and doxxing\u201d ICE.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Has anyone told this moron that actively interfering with federal agents is a crime? Then there is who ICE is actively targeting for arrest and removal from the United States. These are the worst of the worst. I guess Ortiz just doesn\u2019t care.<\/p>\n

But \u201calerting\u201d her community could very well tip off some very dangerous people who represent a clear and present danger to the community at large. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

It looks like the Arizona State Senate is taking Ortiz\u2019s actions very seriously and calls are being made.<\/b><\/p>\n

In a statement<\/a>, Arizona State Senate President Warren Petersen said he has referred the matter to U.S. Attorney, Arizona District<\/a> for investigation. <\/b><\/p>\n

Hopefully the U.S. Attorney is doing an investigation and hopefully, bringing everything to a Grand Jury. I\u2019ve looked up the person and this is Timothy Courchaine and apparently, he\u2019s an interim U.S. Attorney. He was promoted from within, not brought in from the outside by Pam Bondi. It does appear that the State Legacy Media doesn\u2019t like him, s maybe that\u2019s a point in his favor?<\/p>\n

And Petersen told<\/a> The Federalist last week that an ethics complaint has been filed in the Senate against Ortiz \u201cand will be investigated through the course of the normal complaint process at the legislature.\u201d\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

And I\u2019m sure that will be handled the way most of these ethics complaints are, and not just in the Arizona Legislature. A whole lot of nothing. As for Ortiz? Looks like she\u2019s doubling down on stupid.<\/p>\n

Ortiz has since doubled down on her defiant rhetoric, asserting her speech is protected under the First Amendment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cI am not intimidated by this because what I did was simply alert my community to stay away from an area where ICE could be to keep themselves safe,\u201d she told<\/a> ABC15 Arizona in an interview.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

That isn\u2019t what usually happens when dealing with criminals, especially those that are basically terrorists.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s a good way to get law enforcement agents and civilians hurt or killed, the Department of Homeland Security has said, as attacks on ICE agents soar by more than 800 percent.<\/a>\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cNotifying the public about ICE law enforcement operations endangers law enforcement and weakens American national security. This certainly looks like obstruction of justice,\u201d DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement to the news outlet.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

We have already had one group of ICE agents fired on by an idiot and others have been dealing with Leftard moonbats throwing this at the agents, such as rocks, bottles with gasoline and the occasional sandwich<\/a>. (More on that in another post) Basically, it\u2019s a miracle that no agents have opened fire on some of these thugs. At the rate things are going, it\u2019s only a matter of time.<\/p>\n

While Ortiz claims free speech, ICE continues to do its job, what both houses of Congress through legislation have asked them to do: enforce the nation\u2019s immigration laws. Some of the illegal immigrants open-border activists want to alert are turning out to be some very violent people who have done some terrible things.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Like pretty much all of the Progressive Liberal Democrats, Ortiz doesn\u2019t care if anyone gets hurt. She will, along with other Democrats, take any such violence as something they hope they can use against President Trump and his policies. Also, like all of the Democrats, she\u2019s ignoring that a large majority of the American population are fully on board with rounding up and deporting all of the illegal aliens.<\/p>\n

The U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office for the District of Arizona has been busy this summer, filing hundreds of criminal charges in immigration-related crimes. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Last month, the office charged<\/a> two men \u2014 Santos Mendivil Contreras, Jr. and Emanuel Mendivil Cervantes \u2014 with assaulting Homeland Security officers. According to the complaint, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) on July 22 attempted to pull over Contreras, who was traveling with Cervantes. Agents had been investigating Contreras \u201cbased on his unlawful presence in the United States and his attempt to purchase firearms\u201d in April. Contreras accelerated the vehicle and attempted to flee from the scene, according to <\/a>officials, and was eventually stopped at his residence. He got out of the vehicle and started walking to the home.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAn HSI agent drew his firearm and gave commands, at which point Contreras reached for the agent\u2019s weapon, leading to a physical struggle over control of the firearm,\u201d the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office alleges.<\/a>\u00a0\u201cThree other agents arrived at the scene.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cCervantes exited the vehicle and began kicking the agents who were attempting to arrest Contreras. During the altercation, Contreras bit and struck multiple agents. Both Contreras and Cervantes were eventually taken into custody. All four agents sustained injuries,\u201d federal officials state.<\/a>\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

These are the animals that Ortiz wants to protect. Frankly, I\u2019m amazed that these two lowlifes weren\u2019t shot by the agents. Well, I suspect they might get their wish to stay in the United States for a bit. I hope they like orange colored clothes.<\/p>\n

Where things stand with Ortiz wasn\u2019t clear Monday evening. The leftist ACLU and Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes have reportedly<\/a> rallied to the senator\u2019s side. <\/b><\/p>\n

One of the problems with Arizona is a lot of election and voter fraud. The current govno may not actually have been elected, but her threats against several counties that were holding things up as they verified the results cowed them. The State A.G. is just another Soros owned fraud. However, the State Legislature is controlled by the Republican Party. They might decide to appoint some sort of special prosecutor. There has been one volunteer to act as such.<\/p>\n

Pinal County Attorney Brad Miller said on a podcast <\/a>that he wouldn\u2019t mind serving as special prosecutor to investigate Ortiz.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIf our Arizona state legislators would like an investigation into it, into this particular matter, let them know that I\u2019m free,\u201d the Republican told<\/a> KNST conservative talk show host Garret Lewis. \u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

This was obviously an offhand remark and while somewhat serious, Mr. Miller\u2019s wording shows that he was just throwing something out there. What he definitely did succeed in doing, was trolling the Arizona Attorney General. She basically flipped out.<\/p>\n

Mayes fired back <\/a>that Miller doesn\u2019t have the authority to do so, and accused<\/a> Petersen of using his leadership position to \u201cintimidate\u201d Ortiz \u201cfor exercising her 1st Amendment rights.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The First Amendment is absolute. You can say whatever you want and the Government, unless you are a conservative, Republican or support President Trump, (According to the Democrats), can\u2019t stop you, but you can be held liable for what you say. For instance, you can shout \u201cFIRE!\u201d in a crowded theater when there isn\u2019t one. However, if someone gets hurt during the unneeded evacuation, you can and will be held liable.<\/p>\n

As for Mr. Miller abusing his position to intimidate Ortiz? Yeah, I don\u2019t think so. His remark was very specific that he was available to look into Ortiz IF ASKED by the Legislature. He isn\u2019t initiating anything on his own, AG Mayes\u2019s comment sounds to me like flat out panic. She probably knows that Ortiz is in real trouble and Mayes\u2019s office won\u2019t be able to bury it.<\/p>\n

State Senate President Warren Petersen, <\/b>who is running for attorney general<\/a>, did not return The Federalist\u2019s request for comment on Monday, but wrote in an X post last week that \u201cMayes is wrong on the facts and law again.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cShe investigated @realDonaldTrump<\/a> for calling Liz Cheney a war hawk (legal) but she defends doxxing ICE agents (illegal) and undermining law enforcement. Totally incompetent!\u201d the Senate president wrote. \u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd as far as intimidation goes, she is the queen of weaponizing her office. Hypocrisy at its finest.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Currently, the only reason Liz Cheney isn\u2019t in jail is the issue with all the autopen pardons. She was one who received a preemptive pardon for her actions on the January 6 committee. It\u2019s now known that she literally destroyed government files and hid exculpatory information of that protest. By rights, she should be under indictment right now. Add to that, Liz Cheney wasn\u2019t representing Arizona in the first place so Mayes had zero jurisdiction. But then, she is a corrupt Progressive Liberal Democrat.<\/p>\n

While I don\u2019t know what the laws are in Arizona over appointing a special prosecutor, I\u2019m assuming that this is something that legislature does have the power to do. In any case, I don\u2019t really see that happening since it could \u201cStep on the U.S. Attorney\u2019s toes as it were. Now if Mr. Miller were brought on as a special prosecutor, it would only be for violating Arizona laws, or, possibly gathering evidence for the State Legislature to use to expel Analise Ortiz from the Arizona Senate. Personally, I want her busted, tried, convicted and sentence to a nice long prison term, but that\u2019s just me.<\/p>\n
