Good day all. For the last month or so, we have seen one story after the other coming out of the Bondi DoJ, the Patel FBI and the office of the DNI under Tulsi Gabbard and the massive amount of classified information leaked by the Democrats to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d<\/p>\n

We have seen allegations against Adam Schiffhead, Eric Swalwell and John Bolton, and now it looks like we will be adding former FBI director James Comey to the list. Here are the details from Just The News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Federal prosecutors gathered evidence from James Comey’s top lieutenants that he authorized the leak of classified information to reporters just before the 2016 election but declined to bring criminal charges, according to recently declassified memos that call into question the former FBI director’s testimony to Congress. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

That would have been under the Obama\/Lynch DoJ of course, and we\u2019ve seen how Barack Obama<\/a> set up a conspiracy to try and frame then Candidate and later President Trump for what amounted to treason.<\/p>\n

The bombshell revelations involving ex-FBI general counsel James Baker and ex-Comey chief of staff James Rybicki were memorialized in documents that FBI Director Kash Patel discovered earlier this year, but the passages were originally redacted by the Justice Department in versions sent to Congress earlier this month.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I suspect that the redactions were not something that Kash Patel wanted to put in place, but was required to for some sort of legal reasons. It also looks like he spoke to Attorney General Bondi about it.<\/p>\n

Attorney General Pam Bondi intervened and eliminated the redactions, dispatching new versions of the memos this week to the House and Senate Judiciary committees, officials told\u00a0<\/b>Just the News<\/b><\/em>. <\/b><\/p>\n

That is going to help Bondi\u2019s reputation a bit. She\u2019s still trying to dig out from under the Epstein debacle. What will really improve things will be indictments, arrests trials and convictions of a whole slew of Deep State trash.<\/p>\n

The memos detail evidence and interviews gathered by U.S. Postal Inspection Service agents concerning classified information leaked to\u00a0<\/b>The New York Times<\/b><\/em> in October 2016, ahead of the November election in which Republican Donald Trump defeated Democrat Hillary Clinton. <\/b><\/p>\n

The Post Office? Now why would the United States Post Office be looking into this? The Postal Inspectors generally concern themselves with things dealing with the mail. Oh well, anything that leads to the arrest and conviction of all the corrupt weasels in Washington is a good thing.<\/p>\n

“The USPIS Investigation also revealed Baker disclosed USG [U.S. government] classified information to the NYT under the belief he was ultimately instructed and authorized to do so by then FBI Director James Comey,” one summary memo reads. “For example, during interviews, Baker indicated FBI Chief of Staff James Rybicki instructed him (Baker) to disclose the information to the NYT, and Baker understood Rybicki was conveying this instruction and authorization from Comey.”<\/b><\/p>\n

Ok, this appears to make things look even worse. Just how far up in the Obama Regime did this go to? Was the order from Obama directly? If so, that may complicate things as a President has absolute authority to declassify anything. Or was it more along the lines of Obama saying \u201cWill someone rid me of this troublesome candidate?\u201d and his minions deciding that anything goes?<\/p>\n

The memos don’t identify the specific pieces of classified information that were leaked or whether Comey or anyone else was authorized to declassify them for the media. \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

I fully understand why the specific information wasn\u2019t included. It could still be classified. Just because something was leaked doesn\u2019t automatically make it declassified.<\/p>\n

But they were investigated by multiple prosecutors, including the U.S. attorney’s office in Washington, D.C., under Trump’s first administration and by future-special prosecutor John Durham, and all declined to bring criminal charges, the memos show. <\/b><\/p>\n

We\u2019re beginning to see that John Durham, while he did uncover a lot of corruption, did bupkis about it other then write a report. I would like to know who these other prosecutors were and were any of them Obama holdovers.<\/p>\n

Comey\u00a0previously denied<\/a> during congressional testimony that he had ever been a source in news articles related to the FBI\u2019s investigations into Trump and Clinton and further denied that he had ever approved of anyone else at the FBI being such a source. He has long denied any wrongdoing and insisted he has been politically attacked because he stood up to Trump. <\/b><\/p>\n

A recent barrage of declassified documents showing Comey and current Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., may have been behind national security leaks over the last decade designed to harm Trump may prove more than just an exercise in historical accountability. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh I really hope so. I want these scum locked up for years and years as a lesson to anyone else, on either side of the aisle who thinks leaking secrets and trying to frame someone is a great idea.<\/p>\n

Legal experts say the statute of limitations for prosecution under espionage laws for leaks back in 2016 or 2017 can be extended to 10 years if the act was knowing and willful and harmed national security or was part of an ongoing criminal conspiracy that continued into the last five years. <\/b><\/p>\n

I think it was, and continued well into the Biden Maladministration. The panty raid on Melania\u2019s underwear draw at Mar-a-lago may have been to find documents that showed the conspiracy, and, of course, to Get Trump!<\/p>\n

Bondi has created a strike force to examine the allegations and authorized the use of grand juries, while one of her top deputies, Harmeet Dhillon, told <\/b>Just the News<\/b><\/em> one of the crimes that could be charged is the deprivation of civil liberties under color of government authority. <\/b><\/p>\n

Personally, I want Dhillon to be the AG. I have a sneaking suspicion that of Bondi screws up again, she\u2019s out and President Trump may appoint her as Bondi\u2019s replacement. It could be that Harmeet is actually acting as a spine for Pam Bondi. The Just The News article then goes into all the ins and outs of the leaks with a probable timeline and who did what when. I\u2019ll let you peruse it at your leisure<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The newly-declassified FBI memos detailed a host of failed or botched classified leaks inquiries, with revelations from at least seven leak inquiries contained within the bombshell documents first obtained and\u00a0now released<\/a> by\u00a0Just the News<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The FBI concluded that numerous news stories which contributed to the false Russiagate narrative contained illegally leaked classified intelligence, but bureau investigators repeatedly failed \u2013 perhaps willingly \u2013 to definitively identify the leakers. <\/b><\/p>\n

Now who were the people running the FBI and DoJ at the time? First there was James Comey, who is one of the targets of the investigation. Then you had Sleepy Sessions who showed himself to be worse than useless. This was followed up by Christopher Wray, who was probably hip deep in the cover-ups and William Barr as AG who showed himself to be a paid member of the Deep State. After Biden was installed into the White House and Garland mad AG, it it any surprise that the whole thing was buried?<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have previously faulted Comey for acting unilaterally and inconsistent with Department policy,\u201d the DOJ watchdog wrote. \u201cComey\u2019s unauthorized disclosure of sensitive law enforcement information about the Flynn investigation merits similar criticism.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The persecution of General Flynn was another thing that needs to be investigated. The FBI literally set out to entrap him and when he started fighting back, threatened his family.<\/p>\n

Rybicki, as Comey\u2019s chief of staff, and Baker, as the FBI\u2019s top lawyer, both played key roles in the FBI\u2019s investigations into Clinton\u2019s mishandling of classified information and into baseless claims of Trump-Russia collusion. <\/b><\/p>\n

Key roles? I guess wielding the shovels to bury the whole thing in a deep hole to protect Felonia von Pantsuit is a key role. As to the Russia collusion fraud? I think we might be seeing actual criminal civil rights violations. If that is that case, we could see the entire Obama regime rounded up and put on trial possibly, (But I\u2019m not counting on it), Barack Obama himself.<\/p>\n

The entire story is filled with a who\u2019s who of FBI, DoJ and Obama Administration people. While I am certainly not a lawyer, this whole thing stinks to high heaven. It was this and other things over the last 5 or 6 years that led a majority of Americans to believe that the FBI is to far gone and that the whole thing needs to be disbanded, the agents terminated and its responsibilities spread out to other agencies. Frankly, the time is past for congressional oversight hearings. The only thing that anyone will accept is prosecutions. (Convictions on the evidence would be nice too of course)<\/p>\n
