In several cases, the District Judges have flat out ignored the Supreme Court, and have issued a ruling or TRO that they have already, and very explicitly told they can\u2019t do. Now it looks like SCOTUS has had it with these crooked judges. Here are the details from Woke Spy<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Justice Neil Gorsuch issued<\/a> a pointed warning criticizing lower courts for repeatedly defying Supreme Court decisions in cases involving the Trump administration. <\/b><\/p>\n Gorsuch, writing in an opinion joined by Justice Brett Kavanaugh, said the Court\u2019s decision allowing the administration to move forward with cutting millions in National Institutes of Health (NIH) grants was the \u201cthird time in a matter of weeks\u201d that the justices had to overturn a lower court on an issue it had already addressed. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cLower court judges may sometimes disagree with this Court\u2019s decisions, but they are never free to defy them,\u201d Gorsuch wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n Sadly, we have seen this going on for some time now, especially with 2nd<\/sup> Amendment cases. Far to many district, circuit and appeals courts have ignored what the Supreme Court has said and allowed the Democrat controlled states to basically ban the right to keep and bear arms. (We can go into how SCOTUS has screwed up some of these cases another day)<\/p>\n The case before the Court involved the Trump administration\u2019s decision to terminate NIH grants tied to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and gender ideology-related programs. Earlier in April, the Supreme Court had already upheld the administration\u2019s move to end similar DEI-related teacher training grants. <\/b><\/p>\n That was pretty straightforward. DEI is just another form of racism and need to DIE. The Democrats, who are racist to their core but deny it, have been using all the DEI programs as a way to enrich themselves. When DOGE came in, they saw these programs for what they were. A way to scam the taxpayers. When they killed the programs, the Democrats sued. Their basic case was \u201cHow dare these people steal OUR money?\u201d<\/p>\n Despite that ruling, a district court in June allowed a lawsuit over NIH grants to proceed. <\/b><\/p>\n That court relied on the opinions of dissenting justices and a previously rejected appellate ruling to justify blocking the administration\u2019s termination of the grants. <\/b><\/p>\n Excuse me? Where did that idiot judge get his law degree, out of a cereal box? Judges can\u2019t use dissenting opinions as a basis for ignoring a Supreme Court ruling. A dissenting opinion is just that, an opinion. It has no legal validity.<\/p>\n Gorsuch said that approach violated one of the core promises of the legal system. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cIf nothing else, the promise of our legal system that like cases are treated alike means that a lower court ought not invoke the \u2018persuasive authority\u2019 of a dissent or a repudiated court of appeals decision to reach a different conclusion on an equivalent record,\u201d he wrote.<\/strong><\/p>\n In less formal terms, Justice Gorsuch told the lower court that they were full of it and that this has gone on long enough.<\/p>\n The justice stressed that the NIH case was not an isolated example. <\/b><\/p>\n He pointed to two other recent disputes where lower courts attempted to sidestep prior Supreme Court rulings on Trump administration policies. <\/b><\/p>\n In July, the Court issued a 7-2 ruling blocking a district court judge who tried to prevent the administration from resuming third-country deportations. <\/b><\/p>\n We have been seeing the Obama and Biden judges literally working to destroy the United States. They are constantly ruling in favor of criminals who cross into the United States and actively trying to prevent them from being kicked out. SCOTUS has repeatedly ruled in favor of the Trump Administration, but these corrupt judicial thugs keep trying.<\/p>\n Even Justice Elena Kagan, who had dissented in the original case, sided with the conservative majority to enforce the Court\u2019s earlier decision. <\/b><\/p>\n Kagen isn\u2019t stupid. She is very political and will always rule in favor of the Progressive Liberal Democrats positions if possible. This was one of those cases where she couldn\u2019t. The other two, Sotomayor and Brown Jackson are, to be blunt, stupid with Brown Jackson writing dissents so bad that she was slapped down by Justice Barrett.<\/p>\n The same month, the justices struck down another lower court ruling that had blocked President Donald Trump\u2019s removal of three Democratic members of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The Supreme Court had already upheld the president\u2019s authority to remove agency officials in a similar case decided in May. <\/b><\/p>\n This and the other cases of power mad Leftard Judicial activists has finally made the Roberts Court angry.<\/p>\n Gorsuch wrote that the repeated need for the justices to intervene underscored a fundamental rule of the judiciary. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cAll these interventions should have been unnecessary, but together they underscore a basic tenet of our judicial system: Whatever their own views, judges are duty-bound to respect \u2018the hierarchy of the federal court system created by the Constitution and Congress,\u2019\u201d he said. <\/b><\/p>\n That\u2019s the problem, these pinheads don\u2019t. In fact, one of these idiots has ordered the congress to restore funding<\/a> to Planned Parenthood. This wasn\u2019t money pulled by President Trump, it was removed by congress per a bill that President Trump signed into law. That wasn\u2019t just crossing a line, in my opinion, it was an impeachable offense.<\/p>\n Now whether or not the Democrats would convict is another matter. They see these crooked Obama and Biden judges as protecting the Democrats goals of gaining and maintaining power in any way possible. Still, there is the issue of this judge usurping Congress\u2019s powers of the purse. That might be something that even the Democrats can\u2019t tolerate.<\/p>\n The string of cases highlights ongoing friction between the Trump administration\u2019s efforts to advance its policies and the willingness of some lower courts to block those moves, even after the Supreme Court has ruled. <\/b><\/p>\n This came about because these judges decided that President Trump would ignore the lower courts ruling, even though there was no evidence that he would. (And he hasn\u2019t)<\/p>\n Gorsuch\u2019s opinion served as a warning that the justices will continue to enforce their authority if lower courts attempt to disregard binding precedent. <\/b><\/p>\n That\u2019s a nice idea Justice Gorsuch, there is just one problem. What can you actually do about it? These judges are actively working to undermine the constitutional separation of powers and making the courts the supreme power in the United States. Any actions against these thugs will have to come from the Administration and Congress.<\/p>\n Personally, I think these judges have crossed so many lines that they\u2019ve opened themselves up to arrest and criminal prosecution. There is already enough there that, if we had an actual honest Democrat Party that put the Constitution and the Country first, would have dozens of these thugs in judicial robes impeached in the House and convicted in the Senate. The way things are going, it may take criminal charges of insurrection to shut them down.<\/p>\n As it is, people are already calling on the Administration to start ignoring all the orders coming out that violate the Constitutional Separation of Powers and are actively aiding illegal aliens. These judicial activists are doing great damage to the reputation of the courts. The worst case scenario is that every court below the Supreme Court can be disbanded by Congress and every single judge effectively retired and rendered powerless. The disruption that would cause would be astronomical as it would require the supreme court justices to \u201cRide the circuit\u201d and sit on all federal cases.<\/p>\n Sadly, it may be time to do just that. Flush the entire federal court system and rebuild it from the ground up. It may also be time to consider an amendment designed to remove out of control judges as well, although I don\u2019t know how such an amendment should be written.
