Good day all. It\u2019s been a while since we heard of Mad Maxine Waters saying or doing something unusually stupid. I guess Mad Maxine was feeling ignored and has decided that now is the time to show the world why she is considered the dumbest member of the House of Representatives.<\/p>\n

What has Mad Maxine done this time? She is demanding that the 25th<\/sup> Amendment be used against the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald J. Trump. Here are the amusing details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., called for the 25th Amendment to the Constitution to be used against President Donald Trump<\/a> Friday, suggesting he was unfit during a discussion about his removal of Lisa Cook from the Federal Reserve’s Board of Governors. <\/b><\/p>\n

“It is time to call for Article [Amendment] 25 of the Constitution of the United States of America to determine his unfitness, to determine that something\u2019s wrong with this president. And I would suggest that we move very aggressively to talk about the danger to this country and to our democracy and not play around with this because this is absolutely one of the most destructive things that this president could do,” Waters said<\/a> during an appearance on MSNBC’s “The Weeknight.” <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Mad Maxine is on record for calling for violent attacks against anyone who supports President Trump. Why she hasn\u2019t been prosecuted yet for this and her other actions, is a mystery to me. I think someone should drop a note to Kash Patel and Pam Bondi that they might like to do a deep dive into Mad Maxine\u2019s financial shenanigans.<\/p>\n

Trump removed<\/a> Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook on Monday, alleging she misrepresented mortgage information.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Her alleged fraud was even more blatant, allegedly, then Letitia James and Adam Schiffhead. As I understand it, she signed to mortgage applications within two weeks of each other, both claiming that they would be her primary residence.<\/p>\n

“This stands to basically upend the entire economy. This stands to really deal with what is going to happen on Wall Street, what\u2019s going to happen with interest rates, what\u2019s going to happen with the president of the United States being able to make decisions that he will personally benefit from,” Waters added.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Mad Maxine\u2019s understanding of the economy amounts to how much she can steal for herself.<\/p>\n

“And, so, the world, and certainly the United States, should be watching this very closely. As far as I\u2019m concerned, we have to move very aggressively. It is not about lingering and trying to think that maybe the courts will help us.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Mad Maxine\u2019s comment on the courts is telling. It shows that she understands that since they lost control of the Supreme Court, no matter what their pet Obama and Biden judges do, it won\u2019t matter unless it\u2019s actually upholding the law and Constitution. We\u2019re now seeing SCOTUS getting sick and tired of the lower courts ignoring their rulings and in a blatant manner.<\/p>\n

Cook sued Trump on<\/a> Thursday, arguing that the president had not met the standard of a removal for cause and requesting a restraining order to allow her to remain with the\u00a0Federal Reserve. <\/b><\/p>\n

Considering what\u2019s happening with James and Schiffhead, she might want to reconsider. It won\u2019t matter if she gets a restraining order if they arrest her and charge her with fraud.<\/p>\n

The case is likely headed to the Supreme Court and marks a major escalation in the growing clash between the White House and the Federal Reserve. <\/b><\/p>\n

There are some serious questions regarding the Federal Reserve Bank and it\u2019s control over the United States money supply and the damage they have the capacity to do to the economy. We saw this back in 2021 when they flooded the economy with money that, frankly, wasn\u2019t needed in a move to \u201cstimulate\u201d things during the Panicdemic. The result was a massive increase in inflation that hadn\u2019t been seen since the 1970\u2019s. Now we are seeing the Powell and the Fed trying to strangle the economy.<\/p>\n

MSNBC host Symone Sanders-Townsend asked Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., for her take after Waters called for the 25th Amendment during the panel discussion. <\/b><\/p>\n

“I think it\u2019s jarring to hear Congresswoman Waters say it\u2019s time for the 25th Amendment. But, I mean, presidents have been impeached for much less,” Sanders-Townsend said.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

This is an accurate statement. President Trump was impeached twice by the Democrats for being President Trump. They made up whatever charges they could. They even tried to impeach him after he left office.<\/p>\n

“Donald Trump\u2019s real preference is to fire Jerome Powell. But he knows that that\u2019s a bridge too far,” Wasserman Schultz said.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

He\u2019s made no secret of that you moron. He\u2019s stated as much many times. Did you just happen to notice this? By the way, you do know that he hasn\u2019t done so. Why would this be? Probably because he\u2019s discussing this with people who have read the laws on the situation and advised him that at this point, there are no grounds to do so.<\/p>\n

“So, what he\u2019s doing instead is, he\u2019s taking a monkey wrench, and he\u2019s going to go in and try to meddle with the component parts of the Federal Reserve by trying to fire Lisa Cook on something that was maintained in the court case today that she\u2019s not even being investigated for. <\/b><\/p>\n

Wrong again Schultzie. She is being investigated<\/a>. It\u2019s just very early in the process.<\/p>\n

By the way, the so-called fraud that she is being accused of, she didn\u2019t even get preferred interest rates on any of the mortgages that she obtained, which demonstrates that she didn\u2019t break the law. It\u2019s preposterous.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

I hate to be the one to break it to you, but claiming that two properties are going to be her primary residence is illegal. According to Legal Clarity, which I found when searching for an answer to the question posed and rejected by Wasserman Schulz, it\u2019s a serious offense<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Beyond the lender\u2019s actions, occupancy fraud is a federal crime that can trigger a government response. Federal agencies like the FBI investigate these cases, which can lead to prosecution for several criminal offenses, including bank fraud, wire fraud, or mail fraud. The penalties for a conviction are severe. A person found guilty of mortgage-related fraud can face fines up to $1 million and a federal prison sentence of up to 30 years. Even if the borrower did not intend to cause harm, the act of knowingly providing false information on a loan application is enough to warrant these criminal consequences.<\/b><\/p>\n

So, we have the Democrats once again showing that they don\u2019t care about the law, the constitution, the United States or anything but securing their own power and wealth. They managed to get away with this the first time, to some extent, but now, President Trump is ready for them. If Mad Maxine wants to play the 25th<\/sup> Amendment game, then she had better be ready to answer some very pointed questions regarding the mental competence of one Joe Biden.<\/p>\n

Now I think it\u2019s time for the Bondi DoJ to very quietly open an investigation into one Maxine Waters. There is so out there in the public record, that there is probably something that can be used to hang her with. (Figuratively speaking of course. I don\u2019t think she\u2019s done anything…yet, to warrant a death penalty case) Just locking her up for the rest of her natural life, after a fair trial in front of an impartial jury, will suffice.<\/p>\n
