Good day all. It appears that it\u2019s finally beginning to sink in to the Democrats that the Trump administration is not fooling around. With the indictments of James Comey and Letitia James, and the potential indictment of Adam Schiffhead, the Democrats are once again looking to turn the political escalation dial up another notch.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

The Democrats have been screaming \u201cLAWFARE!\u201d and accusing the Trump Administration of weaponizing the DoJ. It\u2019s completely slipped what passes for their collectivist minds that this was what happened under Obama and Biden. Now UpChuck Schumer has decided to call for what sounds a lot like violence over the indictment of Letitia James. Here are the detail from Lifezette<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said Sunday that Americans \u201cshould be forcefully rising up\u201d against the federal government following the indictment of New York Attorney General Letitia James on federal bank-fraud charges. <\/b><\/p>\n

UpChuck made his call for civil war in an interview with noted race hustler Al Sharpton on MSNotNow. James was indicted under 18 U.S.C. \u00a7 1344 for bank fraud and under 18 U.S.C. \u00a7 1014 for making false statements to a financial institution. From other news I\u2019ve been seeing, it may be that these two charges are just the tip of the iceberg. One report said that James has been doing this sort of thing for 40 years.<\/p>\n

Schumer\u2019s remarks followed days of unrest in cities including Chicago and Portland, where left-wing protesters and Antifa-aligned groups have clashed with federal agents conducting immigration enforcement operations. <\/b><\/p>\n

Schumer, along with the Democrat Party in general, have been flat out calling for violence against anyone who supports President Trump, the Republican Party and anyone who doesn\u2019t toe the Democrat line. They have spent the last 10 years going after President Trump and his supporters. For the last four years, they tried to railroad President Trump into prison on literal fake charges. They finally set it up so someone could take a shot at President Trump.<\/p>\n

During the interview, Schumer accused President Donald Trump of \u201cweaponizing\u201d the Department of Justice to target political opponents. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThey have made the Justice Department, which under every other president, Democrat or Republican, pursued the law and went after people who broke the law \u2014 they have made it into Trump\u2019s personal attack dog. That is what dictatorships do. That\u2019s what tyranny is all about,\u201d Schumer said. <\/b><\/p>\n

He claimed that the case against James lacked merit and that federal prosecutors were acting under political pressure.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cShe had a legitimate case, she pursued it, she actually won, so Trump is now trying to get back at her,\u201d Schumer said. <\/b><\/p>\n

No UpChuck, she had no case at all. It was fake lawfare from someone who campaigned on getting Donald Trump no matter what. The so called fraud case had no victims. The bank got it\u2019s money back and full payment of interest as per the contract. The so called fraud was President Trump\u2019s people providing what they thought Mar-a-lago was worth as collateral. What has been ignored was that the bank that issued the loan did their own valuation and that was what was used.<\/p>\n

Now the case against Letitia James is significantly different. Unlike the drivel you tried to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d with, The DoJ has actual evidence, not \u201cNovel Theories.\u201d From what has been made publicly available, this wasn\u2019t a simple error. There appears to be a long paper trail going back decades. How much of this they can use due to the Statute of Limitations, I can\u2019t say.<\/p>\n

Schumer said he had spoken with James shortly after the indictment was announced. \u201cShe is strong, she is tough, she is resolute, and she is confident, as am I, that these charges will be rejected because they have no basis in law or in fact,\u201d he said. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

They have a great deal of basis in the law, unlike the load of manure she threw at President Trump. (And which has already started going down in flames in the NY Appeals courts) They have the signed paperwork that she submitted to the federal loan agencies. She claimed she was married to her father. These weren\u2019t small paperwork mistakes, she knew what she was doing.<\/p>\n

Schumer\u2019s call for an uprising to protect Letitia James from justice, is a call for violent rebellion. The problem for that moron is that the people he and his political side have been assaulting have just about had enough. Currently, they using lawful means with some limited violence in response to attacks on individuals. (I saw some images on Faceplant where some Antifa communist got in the face of someone and got decked)<\/p>\n

What Schumer and the others aren\u2019t considering is what happens if the \u201cSwitch\u201d is flipped up from the VOTE setting. What will happen doesn\u2019t bear thinking about because it would be so bad. Every day we see the Progressive Liberal Democrats escalating their demands and threats against the Trump administration, President Trump anyone associated with President Trump and anyone who supports President Trump.<\/p>\n

The Democrats started the last civil war when a bunch of idiots fired on Fort Sumter. It now looks like they are looking for the 21st<\/sup> century version of Fort Sumter. I really think that they believe that if the shooting starts, they\u2019re going to win this time.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

For now, President Trump and his administration is working within the constitutional framework to achieve his goals. We have far to many judges who seem to think they\u2019re the ones running things, and even though they keep getting slapped down by the Supreme Court, they keep doing their Democrat Master\u2019s bidding.<\/p>\n

Hopefully, the next step doesn\u2019t involve gunfire, it involves lawful arrests based on hard evidence, and people like Mad Maxine Waters and UpChuck Schumer seem dead set on providing that evidence. Keep up the bad work UpChuck. History might record you as being the one responsible for the collapse of the Democrat Party.<\/p>\n
