Good day all. Since the indictment of the corrupt New York Attorney General, Letitia James, we have seen the leftards, Democrats and progressives all say it was lawfare and she was innocent.<\/p>\n

These Leftard losers are ignoring all the documentation already in the public sector, and playing their game of \u201cWhat aboutism,\u201d referring to the bogus case James brought against President Trump on the same allegations. We all know that was a load of manure and the appeals court has already tossed the judgment. (Other parts were upheld and are being appealed)<\/p>\n

The main difference was that the case against President Trump was civil where the rules are very different from the criminal case James faces. (Preponderance of evidences verses beyond reasonable doubt) There are a few people in legal circles who think that the two charges are just the tip of the iceberg and more will follow. Then we have this story of what amounts to Letitia James harboring a fugitive in one of her properties. Here are the details from the New York Post<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Indicted New York State Attorney General Letitia James<\/a> has housed her \u201cfugitive\u201d relative in her Virginia house for five years, according to reports. <\/b>The under-fire prosecutor\u2019s grandniece, Nakia Thompson, has been living with her three children in James\u2019 three-bedroom property in Norfolk since 2020. <\/b><\/p>\n

It has now been revealed that Thompson is officially listed as an \u201cabsconder\u201d who is wanted by authorities in Forsyth County, North Carolina, for failing to finish her probation,\u00a0court documents<\/a>\u00a0seen by the Daily Mail reveal. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cMs. Thompson was sentenced to probation for misdemeanor convictions for assault and battery and trespassing, and has willfully avoided probation supervision,\u201d Keith Acree from the North Carolina Department of Corrections told the Daily Mail. <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, that is unfortunate for Letitia James. There is no doubt whatsoever that she would know that her Grandniece is a wanted fugitive. So let\u2019s take a look at the potential crimes here. Right off the bat, aiding and abetting a fugitive from justice. That, at the very least, should be cause to have her removed from the office of Attorney General.<\/p>\n

Since this crossed state lines, that might also involve federal action, but in this, I\u2019m not at all certain. Then there is the actual building. As I recall, this is one of the properties in question that James lied about on the loan application forms.<\/p>\n

\u201cAn absconder is considered a fugitive. Thompson faces arrest if she is located in North Carolina,\u201d Acree added, saying that her crimes were considered low-level and thus, \u201cnon-extraditable.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

So basically, this wanted criminal isn\u2019t considered an urgent matter due to the costs of bringing an extradition request to Virginia? I wonder, what about putting out a wanted poster instead? Say for about $25,000 and hand it over to a bounty hunter?<\/p>\n

Thompson told a grand jury in June that she had been living rent-free in James\u2019 $235k Virginia home since the Attorney General bought it, and doesn\u2019t even pay for basic upkeep, The New York Times previously reported. <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s looking worse and worse for James. It now appears that she is also actively supporting a wanted fugitive from justice, and if you think that the criminal\u2019s crime is a one off, think again.<\/p>\n

She also has previous convictions for assault\/threat against the government and simple assault\/affray from 2006 and 2005 respectively. <\/b><\/p>\n

So, a three time loser as well. Now I understand that yes, this nitwit is family, but James is also an officer of the court and the Attorney General of the failed state of New York. This goes way beyond a conflict of interest. It\u2019s time for that corrupt moonbat to hand in her resignation, and if she won\u2019t, then the state legislature and the Governor, (As useless as they all are), to take action. Needless to say, I\u2019m not holding my breath.<\/p>\n
