We have seen the Democrat judges show why they were appointed to the bench, and it has nothing to do with upholding the law and Constitution. In fact, it\u2019s just the opposite, and this is another case in point. We have yet another Biden DEI Judge who is flat out ignoring the laws and threatening law enforcement agents who are doing what they are supposed to be doing. Rounding up and deporting illegal aliens. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n A federal judge Tuesday ruled that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents violated a federal consent decree when arresting nearly two dozen illegal immigrants<\/a> at the start of President Donald Trump\u2019s second term earlier this year. <\/b><\/p>\n My question is, what consent decree?<\/p>\n U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Cummings in Chicago federal court<\/a> extended the consent decree that limits immigration agents\u2019 authority to make warrantless arrests until February 2026. <\/b><\/p>\n First, I don\u2019t believe this clown can summarily extend a consent decree. Second, any consent decree that blocks a federal law, such as arresting and deporting illegal aliens is unlawful itself.<\/p>\n Cummings also ordered ICE to start making monthly disclosures of how many warrantless arrests agents make each month. <\/b><\/p>\n They aren\u2019t making any warrantless arrests. What they are doing is capturing illegal aliens in the process of committing a crime and being in the United States without the proper paperwork and visas is a crime. Second, these people aren\u2019t being arrested, they are being detained only long enough to get them out of the United States.<\/p>\n The ACLU of Illinois and other Chicago immigration advocates sued the Department of Homeland Security and ICE in March, alleging that the January arrests of at least 22 people violated a 2022 consent decree that bans ICE from arresting people without warrants or probable cause. <\/b><\/p>\n 2022? Hmm, who was president then? Why that would be the worst, most incompetent and corrupt president in American history who had thrown open the borders of the United States to a virtual invasion.<\/p>\n Second, the consent decree is garbage since it violates federal statutes on the books regarding dealing with illegal aliens. I\u2019ve also heard from other, unverified sources, that the decree had expired in any case. Needless to say, the ACLU is happy.<\/p>\n “Today\u2019s decision makes clear that DHS and ICE \u2014 like everyone else \u2014 must follow the Constitution and the law,” Michelle Garc\u00eda, deputy legal director at the ACLU of Illinois<\/a> and co-counsel in the case, said in a statement. “The federal government\u2019s reckless practice of stopping, harassing and detaining people \u2014 and then finding a justification for the action must end.” <\/b><\/p>\n The ACLU is flat out an organization that is institutionally designed to destroy the United States. That was why it was founded a century ago. It was meant to use our own laws and Constitution to collapse the country. Then, there is the same issue I\u2019ve already mentioned. Illegal Aliens have almost no rights. They can\u2019t be summarily executed or tortured, but they can be picked up and removed from the country, just as any trespasser can be removed from private property.<\/p>\n This is all part of the Democrats plan to start a civil war. Yes, this is very strong language, but the Democrats have decided that American Citizens don\u2019t matter. They have decided that their only way to take absolute power is to suppress the Citizens and import tens of millions of illegal aliens into the United States and then put them on the voter roles and have them vote for the Democrats. Is this a conspiracy theory? I wish it were.<\/p>\n This judge is actually violating laws regarding illegal aliens and illegal immigration. While he has been threatening to have ICE agents arrested, (He doesn\u2019t say how he\u2019s going to achieve this), he may be the one that ends up in handcuffs. I honestly don\u2019t see ICE or DHS paying any attention to this order and the DoJ will, again, appeal it to SCOTUS.
