Good day all. We have been watching the Biden and Obama Federal District judges usurping the constitutional authority of the Executive branch. Mostly, it\u2019s been about rounding up and removing illegal aliens. What we haven\u2019t been paying attention to are the local judges.<\/p>\n

Currently, there are two local judges under arrest and awaiting trial on crimes involving preventing ICE arresting illegal aliens. Now we have another judge who doesn\u2019t seem to understand the Supremacy Clause. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A Chicago judge<\/a> signed an order Wednesday prohibiting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from making arrests at Cook County courthouses, citing concerns about “fear or obstruction” while suspected illegal immigrants attend court proceedings. <\/b><\/p>\n

Local officials in the Midwest sanctuary city, which the Trump administration has targeted in its federal immigration crackdown, claimed people were avoiding court because they were afraid of being detained. The order bans immigration authorities from making civil arrests of any “party, witness, or potential witness” during court appearances. <\/b><\/p>\n

Yeah, good luck with that. When it comes to enforcing federal immigration laws, local judges have zero authority.<\/p>\n

The Trump administration in June launched an initiative to arrest illegal immigrants<\/a> after asylum hearings. <\/b>The tactic stirred controversy, with critics claiming migrants seeking legal citizenship would be less likely to show up to hearings, and those arrested after hearings may not have additional criminal histories. <\/b><\/p>\n

I suspect that last sentence was not correctly edited. A \u201cMigrant\u201d who is looking to become a citizen must be a legal resident alien. ICE has no interest in these people as long as they are obeying the law. In fact, an ICE agent would probably direct them to the proper office if they were coming in to become citizens.<\/p>\n

What ICE is going after are those who are in the United States illegally and have committed a crime. (They\u2019ll grab any illegal that they find, but they\u2019re after lawbreakers such as rapists, murders, etc) These are the ones likely to show up in a local court thinking they will get a slap on the wrist and be sent on their way.<\/p>\n

In September, the ACLU and immigrant rights groups filed a lawsuit in New York City<\/a> regarding the practice, though a federal judge ultimately ruled there was not enough evidence to suggest ICE’s courthouse arrest policy changes were “unexplained, arbitrary and capricious” after 2021 guidance allowed arrests at or near immigration courts. <\/b><\/p>\n

The judge really didn\u2019t have all that much of a choice. The laws on illegal aliens are very specific. ICE can detain them anywhere they find them. The problem for far to many on the left is that they think that illegal aliens actually have rights, and by this, I mean the constitutional rights that American citizens, and to a lesser extent, legal resident aliens have.<\/p>\n

“Every day, our members are forced to choose between being kidnapped and\/or put into expedited removal or risking deeper legal consequences because they’re too scared to go to court,” Diana Konat\u00e9, deputy executive director of Policy and Advocacy at African Communities Together, wrote in a statement published by the ACLU related to the New York City case. <\/b><\/p>\n

Taking a wanted criminal off the street, and illegal aliens by being in the United States unlawfully, are committing a crime, aren\u2019t being kidnapped. If they don\u2019t want to be afraid, then they can leave the United States and return to the Third World Hellhole they came from. No one will stop them.<\/p>\n

“This is exactly what the administration intended\u2014for people to be so fearful of enforcement that they forfeit the very resources and systems in place to protect them<\/a>,” Konat\u00e9 added. <\/b><\/p>\n

Wrong butthead. Illegal aliens have no right to any resources in the United States, with the potential exception of a plane ticket out of the United States.<\/p>\n

Some judges have fought back against the policy, allegedly aiding migrants’ escape after hearings. <\/b><\/p>\n

There have been two cases of this happening. One happened during the first Trump administration, however once the Tainted Election of 2020 occurred and the worst president in American history was installed into the elder care facility<\/i><\/span> Oval Office, the charges were essentially dropped. The second one happened last winter and is currently going through the judicial process.<\/p>\n

This order has zero effect on ICE coming into a courthouse and picking up illegal aliens who happen to be there. If this moron were to do something, either ordering court officers to interfere or arrest federal ICE agents or trying to smuggle the illegal out of the courthouse, he will learn what FAFO means.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m almost hoping that ICE agents come in, go after an illegal alien and have this idiot judge try something. Not only will the illegal alien be removed in handcuffs, so will the judge and any court officers that try to stop the agents. I suspect this idiot is thinking that Govno Pritzker will back him up. If Pritzker does, he will give President Trump all he needs to throw his fat ass into jail. So yes, please, do something really stupid judge.<\/p>\n
