Good day all. As the round up of Illegal Aliens, especially those who committed other crimes ramps up, the Democrats have been going to their list of C.O.B. (Clinton, Obama and Biden) judges to try and stop President Trump from removing the future Democrat voters. Now yet another judge has crossed the line and put Americans at risk,<\/p>\n

Federal Judge Jeffrey Cummings, a Biden judge, has ordered the immediate release of 600 illegal aliens recently detained by the Border Patrol and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Here are the details from the New York Post<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A federal judge in Chicago has ordered the\u00a0Department of Homeland Security\u00a0(DHS) to release more than 600 illegal immigrants <\/a>held at a suburban detention center, blasting the agency for \u201crepeated, material violations\u201d of a court-approved consent decree that limited who could be detained under US immigration law. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This asshole has pulled this \u201cConsent Decree\u201d scam<\/a> before. As I understand it, the alleged consent decree had already expired, and was something cooked up by the Biden Maladministration to block any attempts to deport criminals illegally in the United States. The last time he tried this, it was to block ICE from rounding up illegals. It didn\u2019t work then either.<\/p>\n

US District Judge Jeffrey Cummings ruled that more than 600 detainees being held at the\u00a0Broadview ICE center\u00a0must be released \u201con bond and into ICE\u2019s Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program\u201d<\/a> by Nov. 21, citing what he called a \u201cpattern of unlawful arrests and confinement.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The order stems from Margarito Casta\u00f1on Nava v. DHS, a class-action lawsuit claiming federal agents unlawfully detained hundreds of migrants who were not subject to mandatory detention or final removal orders, a direct violation of a 2021 Biden-era decree inherited by the Trump administration. <\/b><\/p>\n

That consent decree is illegal on its face. It puts American citizens and legal resident aliens at risk from criminals.<\/p>\n

In the ruling, Cummings accused DHS of holding migrants in \u201cunsafe and unsanitary\u201d conditions, saying detainees had been kept in overcrowded buildings \u201cnext to overflowing toilets.\u201d The judge further said the department\u2019s recent reversal on detention authority represented a \u201c180-degree change\u201d from previous legal interpretations. <\/b><\/p>\n

The decision could force the largest single-day release of ICE detainees in Illinois in years, freeing hundreds arrested during \u201cOperation Midway Blitz,\u201d<\/a>\u00a0a Trump enforcement sweep that immigration activists claim traumatized communities across the Chicago area.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n

I do not see this happening. This may be appealed, however I would not be surprised if this is ignored. As you might expect, the ACLU is tickled pink that they have won another \u201cVictory\u201d against the people of the United States. On the other hand, DHS is furious.<\/p>\n

DHS officials sharply condemned\u00a0the ruling, accusing the court of undermining national security and law enforcement. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAt every turn,\u00a0activist judges, sanctuary politicians and violent rioters have actively tried to prevent our law enforcement officers from arresting and removing the worst of the worst,\u201d Tricia McLaughlin, assistant secretary for Public Affairs at DHS, told Fox News Digital. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cNow an activist judge is putting the lives of Americans directly at risk by ordering 615 illegal aliens be released into the community.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

This treasonous piece of shit flat out doesn\u2019t care. He was put on the bench for one purpose, pushing the Democrat agenda. The Constitution? An obsolete document that has no bearing on today\u2019s society and can be ignored. He\u2019s yet another Leftard \u201cJudge\u201d who thinks he is the law, not one who\u2019s job is to interpret and uphold it. (We have far to many of those on both sides)<\/p>\n

Cummings ordered DHS to identify detainees considered \u201chigh public safety risks\u201d who may remain in custody and to file a compliance report by Nov. 24. <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, there\u2019s your answer. They\u2019re ALL high risk.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been seeing people commenting elsewhere wondering why the Supreme Court, specifically Chief Justice Roberts doesn\u2019t do something to put an end to these jumped up black robed judicial tyrants actions. The answer is simple. Roberts is a coward.<\/p>\n

What needs to be done is to start holding these judges accountable criminally. We are seeing the same sorts of rulings from a certain group of judges that are literally meant to stop President Trump. Almost every single one of these rulings has been overturned by SCOTUS. (Usually 6-3 with the Leftist members ignoring the constitution and generally whining)<\/p>\n

It\u2019s time to begin criminal investigations into these judges. I\u2019m thinking insurrection, seditious conspiracy, (If they are talking with each other, either directly or through intermediaries), and if it can be done, treason. We can start with Cummings. He has shown that he is going to do whatever he can, no matter what the law states, to interfere with the DHS, ICE and Border Control\u2019s actions to remove the millions of criminals illegally in the United States. It\u2019s long past time to hold judges responsible for their blatantly illegal and\/or unconstitutional rulings.<\/p>\n
