Good day all. Last Spring, a group of Democrats attempted to storm a Federal facility holding Illegal Aliens. One of the Democrats, LaMonica McIver<\/a>, was caught on camera assaulting a federal agent. Since then she has been indicted and has been going through the legal process.<\/p>\n

Part of this process is trying to con the judge into dropping the charges. Since the case is being adjudicated in front of a Biden Judge, McIver assumed she wold be walking out with a slap on the wrist. Unfortunately for her, it looks like this is one of those rare Biden judges who actually takes his job seriously. Her motion to dismiss was denied. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A judge on Thursday denied a motion to dismiss the criminal case against U.S. Rep. LaMonica McIver<\/a>, D-N.J., who is charged with assaulting federal agents during a visit to a New Jersey immigration detention center earlier this year.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

U.S. District Judge Jamel Semper wrote in a 41-page ruling that McIver failed to show the prosecution was vindictive and that her actions were “wholly disconnected” from her oversight role as a member of Congress.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

“Defendant has not met her burden of establishing that her predominant purpose in physically opposing the Mayor\u2019s arrest was to conduct oversight or gather information for a legislative purpose. No genuine legislative purpose was advanced by Defendant\u2019s alleged conduct,” Semper wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n

Assaulting a law enforcement officer, federal or local, is not a method normally considered to be part of the legislative oversight process. Of course, that fat leftard slob is blaming everyone for her actions.<\/p>\n

“From the beginning, this case has been about trying to intimidate me, stop me from doing oversight and keep me from doing my job,” McIver said in a statement. “It will not work. I will keep standing up to protect people, and the court\u2019s denial of my motions does not change that fact. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

“I am not in this fight only for myself, and I am concerned that this decision will simply embolden the administration,” she added. “This case is not over. I am committed to protecting my community, our people and our country.” <\/b><\/p>\n

No, actually, you aren\u2019t. You were there to protect illegal aliens with the end goal of amnesty and then citizenship with them voting solid Democrat. Obviously, McIver hasn\u2019t had her day in court, but it looks like she soon will. From what I\u2019ve seen, if the jury is actually honest and not made up of Leftards, she is going to be convicted and then become a guest of Club Fed for a few years. We shall see of course.<\/p>\n
