We have seen the Left, especially since President Trump\u2019s return to office, do everything they can to thwart his all of his plans to basically keep the United States from collapsing. One of the things he\u2019s been doing is rounding up and deporting illegal aliens, concentrating on those who have committed other crimes. Now we have yet another Obama judge who has decided that illegal aliens, who shouldn\u2019t even be in this country, should have all the rights of citizens and lawful resident aliens. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n A federal judge ruled on Tuesday that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in Colorado<\/a> may only arrest illegal immigrants without a warrant if the targets are likely to flee. <\/b><\/p>\n Of course, Colorado. Why am I not surprised?<\/p>\n U.S. District Senior Judge R. Brooke Jackson’s order comes after a lawsuit brought by the American Civil Liberties Union of Colorado and other lawyers on behalf of four people, including asylum-seekers, who were arrested by ICE without warrants earlier this year as part of President Donald Trump\u2019s<\/a> crackdown on immigration. <\/b><\/p>\n It has long been established that when it comes to picking up and removing an illegal alien from the United States, you do not need a warrant. Why? By their being in the country, they are committing a crime and that crime is in progress.<\/p>\n The lawsuit accuses immigration agents of indiscriminately arresting Latinos to meet the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement goals without evaluating the requirements to legally detain them. <\/b><\/p>\n What part of \u201cThey don\u2019t have to evaluate\u201d are you failing to understand? Illegal aliens are being treated exactly like someone trespassing on private property. The first thing you do when you catch a trespasser is remove them from the premises. In the case of illegal aliens, the goal is to remove them from the United States. They aren\u2019t being tried, and the only jail time is temporary detainment until we can boot the out.<\/p>\n The judge said each of the plaintiffs had long-standing ties to their communities and no reasonable agent could have believed they were likely to flee before obtaining a warrant. <\/b><\/p>\n What part of \u201cIt doesn\u2019t matter!\u201d does this moron of a judge not understand? They are not legally in the United States. They have no right to be here, period, full stop.<\/p>\n Under federal law, immigration agents must have probable cause to believe someone is in the country illegally and likely to flee before a warrant can be obtained, in order to arrest them without one, Jackson said. <\/b><\/p>\n Immigration agents<\/a> are also required to document the reasons for arresting someone. <\/b><\/p>\n How about they are in the country illegally?<\/p>\n Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin called Jackson’s decision an “activist ruling” and said the department follows the law. <\/b><\/p>\n “Allegations that DHS law enforcement engages in ‘racial profiling’ are disgusting, reckless, and categorically FALSE,” she said in a statement. <\/b><\/p>\n ICE has been going after anyone in the country illegally, including Europeans. However, most of the illegal aliens have been coming up from Mexico, Central and South America, and there is a common genetic background. We also have a number coming in from the Middle East, Africa and Asia. All are being targeted for removal from the United States of America, a nation that these judges do not seem to care about.<\/p>\n Another judge prohibited immigration agents from targeting people based solely on factors such as their race, language, job or location after concluding that agents were carrying out indiscriminate stops. The Supreme Court lifted the restraining order in that case in September. <\/b><\/p>\n “The Supreme Court recently vindicated us on this question elsewhere, and we look forward to further vindication in this case as well,” McLaughlin said, suggesting the administration would appeal Jackson’s ruling. <\/b><\/p>\n There are two things that all these rulings by COB judges have in common. They are designed to hurt both president Trump and the United States, and the Supreme Court has been slapping them down. This ruling will also be slapped down. However, there is an obvious pattern and this needs to be addressed. We have far to many judges who are ignoring the law, the Constitution, the Separation of Powers and common sense. We need to deal with them once and for all in a lawful, constitutional manner.
