Good day all. A few weeks ago I posted an entry regarding a Mental Health Professional<\/a> who has determined that Trump Derangement Syndrome is an actual illness. Considering the literal insanity we have been seeing from TDS sufferers, that it has become an actual illness doesn\u2019t surprise me.<\/p>\n

However, the TDS sufferers weren\u2019t to happy with the diagnosis that their blind hatred of President Trump was all in their heads. They\u2019ve started threatening Jonathan Alpert, the person who said that he believes TDS is an actual illness. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A Manhattan-based psychotherapist claims he has received dozens of hate messages, including death threats, since speaking publicly about seeing patients in his practice he describes as experiencing “Trump derangement syndrome<\/a>.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Jonathan Alpert, author of the forthcoming book “Therapy Nation,” said he faced backlash after appearing on Fox News last week to discuss his Nov. 12 Wall Street Journal op-ed about “patients across the political spectrum” who bring up President Donald Trump<\/a> in therapy sessions “not to discuss policy but to process obsession, rage and dread.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Alpert shared with Fox News Digital several messages he said he received via text and email over the past week.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

I looked at the list and it\u2019s pretty much what you would expect from Libtards, moonbats and morons.<\/p>\n

“Eat s— and die you racist fascist piece of s—\u2026 f—ing uneducated MAGA scumbag,” one message read. <\/b><\/p>\n

One of the more amusing insults the left loves to throw around is that anyone who supports President Trump or the idea of Making America Great Again are ignorant grade school dropouts.<\/p>\n

“Pedophile protector,” another said.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Odd, I don\u2019t think that Mr. Alpert was protecting Joe Biden and the other Democrat perverts.<\/p>\n

“You’re a lowlife, worthless fraudulent piece of s— pedophile who decent people hope is slaughtered, and the video is posted to YouTube,” a third message read. <\/b><\/p>\n

Interesting that Libtards always seem to accuse anyone they don\u2019t like of being Nazis and\/or Pedophiles. I wonder if this may be actionable by Mr. Albert?<\/p>\n

“It\u2019s been intense,” Alpert reacted to the messages, in an interview with Fox News Digital. “I expected disagreement, but I didn\u2019t expect the level of hostility, especially from people in the mental health field.” <\/b><\/p>\n

I think I may have missed something here. I was under the impression that these insults and threats were coming from the mentally ill Stage IV sufferers of Trump Derangement Syndrome. Are you saying that a lot of this came from other Mental healthcare professionals? I think we need a list of names so we know not to see these people if you need actual help.<\/p>\n

“What has stood out is the contradiction,” he added. “Many of the people who speak the most about empathy, tolerance and inclusion reacted with the least of it. That reversal tells us something about how emotionally charged politics has become.” <\/b><\/p>\n

It also tells you how hypocritical Progressive Liberal Democrats are. Libtards are all about empathy, tolerance and inclusion until someone says something they don\u2019t like. Then they go completely off their collectivist rockers.<\/p>\n

In his practice, Alpert estimates that about three-quarters of his patients display symptoms of what he calls “TDS.” He emphasized, however, that the phrase is not a medical diagnosis and that he sees these reactions among people across the political spectrum. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Trump derangement syndrome is not a diagnosis,” he said. “It\u2019s not a way of labeling someone\u2019s political beliefs as a mental illness. People can support or oppose Trump for all kinds of rational reasons. What I\u2019m describing is an emotional pattern, not an ideology. It shows up when someone\u2019s political feelings become so intense and consuming that they start to interfere with their daily life.”<\/b><\/p>\n

So please explain to me why this non-malady malady is so prevalent among people on the political left? You might have seen some of this on the Right with Obama and Biden, but nowhere close to the numbers we see on the political left. I have a theory why this is the case and I may share it later.<\/p>\n

“People aren\u2019t separating disagreement from threat anymore,” he said, adding that the spread of therapy language into mainstream culture has worsened the problem. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Instead of saying \u2018I disagree,\u2019 people say \u2018I\u2019m triggered\u2019 or \u2018I feel unsafe,\u2019” Alpert continued. “Those words escalate everything. They frame the other person as dangerous rather than different, and they shut down discussion.” <\/b><\/p>\n

These are very weak minded people. They are not capable of logical thought, only emotional. When people like this are confronted with actual dangerous situations, they fold up like a deflated balloon if they\u2019re lucky. Usually in such situations, they end up badly hurt or no longer breathing.<\/p>\n

He believes that for many, their views on Trump \u2014 positive or negative \u2014 have become central to their identity and value system. <\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s primarily those with negative views that have President Trump living rent free in their heads. I\u2019ve made no secret of my support for President Trump, but I won\u2019t hesitate to say if I think he\u2019s wrong about something. (Keeping Pam Bondi is a case in point) He is not the end all and be all of my life.<\/p>\n

By naming these symptoms, Alpert said he hopes to encourage open conversations about how today\u2019s politically charged climate affects mental health \u2014 and how people can process those emotions in healthier ways. <\/b><\/p>\n

Yeah, good luck with that. These are the very same people that are literally wishing for President Trump and his supporters to be murdered. They cheered when he was grazed by that bullet and complained that the criminal couldn\u2019t shoot better. This isn\u2019t a minor mental health issue, these people are completely off their rockers.<\/p>\n

Some mental health professionals, however, caution against labeling political emotions as pathology. In a letter to the editor<\/a> following Alpert\u2019s op-ed, Dr. Robin Weiss, a psychiatrist in Baltimore, said that while she agreed clinicians should help patients remain emotionally stable regardless of politics, it\u2019s also their duty to “document societal harm when we see it,” citing the example of a state health worker whose job was being threatened due to federal cuts. <\/b><\/p>\n

It sounds like we have a few \u201cMental Health Professionals\u201d who might be having their own issues with the Trump Administration\u2019s policies, that or they are seeing it hit them in their own wallets. However, arguing about budgeting and funding is not the purposes of the Fox article or this blog post.<\/p>\n

What I see here, with the threats and abuse of Mr. Alpert by the lunatic left shows a major issue in America. While people with this level of delusion need and should get help, this didn\u2019t just spring up out of nowhere. It isn\u2019t about Trump. This level of being unable to deal with reality has been increasing for decades. I have some ideas on when and how it started. Reversing that will be a major job. In the mean time, if you are suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome, seek help.<\/p>\n
