As much as the Democrats are trying to whitewash the disaster that was the Biden Maladministration, people have decided that Biden was a failed president. One of the effects is that none of the rich Democrat donors, who were badly burned by the complete disaster that was the Kamala Harris campaign, have decided that the bank is now closed. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Former President Joe Biden<\/a> has reportedly raised only a “small fraction” of the funds needed to construct a presidential library, according to a report from The New York Times on Saturday. <\/b><\/p>\n

The report<\/a>, based on public filings and interviews with Biden’s donors, said the former president’s library foundation did not receive any new donations in 2024 and was instead seeded with $4 million left over from his 2021 inauguration.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

None? The foundation hasn\u2019t been able to raise a dime?<\/p>\n

According to The Times, the library foundation declined to share how much it had raised in 2025, and told the outlet that Biden was only now beginning to actively raise money for the project.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Still, Mr. Biden\u2019s foundation told the I.R.S. this year that it expected to bring in just $11.3 million, total, by the end of 2027. That would be far below the pace set by other recent presidents, and far less than the $200 million that Mr. Biden\u2019s aides say they want to raise eventually,” The Times reported. <\/b><\/p>\n

I don\u2019t see a problem. That\u2019s more then enough money, less the \u201cBig Guy\u2019s\u201d 15% to refurbish a garage<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Although it’s not technically a presidential library, for contrast, former President Barack Obama’s “presidential center”<\/a> in Chicago has raised $1.5 billion so far, according to new filings. President Donald Trump<\/a> announced that he is setting out to raise more than $950 million before he leaves office, for his planned library in Miami. <\/b><\/p>\n

Obama\u2019s \u201cPresidential center\u201d is being called an architectural disaster. It has all the style of a World War Two Nazi flak tower<\/a>. President Trump has already raised several hundred million dollars to build the new White House ballroom, currently under construction, and I have little doubt he will raise the finds needed for his presidential library.<\/p>\n

The outlet alleged that due to “poor fund-raising,” there are discussions underway about consolidating a future library with pre-existing “Biden institutions” already constructed at the University of Delaware. The Times noted that by doing this, it could potentially allow the library to tap into the millions of dollars that the university, the former president’s alma mater, has already secured to build a “Biden Hall.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Yep! They are looking at refurbishing and expanding his garage.<\/p>\n

“So far, some of Mr. Biden\u2019s most loyal contributors said they had not been contacted by anyone about giving to the library. <\/b><\/p>\n

Other Democratic donors have said that even if Mr. Biden asks them, they are unlikely to give money because they are focused on fighting President Trump or are embittered by Mr. Biden\u2019s term in office,” The Times reported. <\/b><\/p>\n

John Morgan, a longtime donor to the Democratic Party<\/a> and one of Biden’s top supporters, told The Times that he would not give “a penny” towards the library, citing poor treatment from Biden’s staff.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“The Biden staff, they ruined any type of good library for him,” Morgan told the outlet. “He\u2019ll be lucky to have a bookmobile.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now that is the line of the day. I can see it now. \u201cThe Joseph R. Biden Presidential Bookmobile will be visiting your neighborhood today between the hours of 1pm-3pm. Tickets on sale now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Biden’s library foundation put out a statement announcing that it had delayed fundraisers until now to allow time for “intensive research,” which includes visits to other presidential libraries. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Mr. Biden has said little about his plans, beyond that he wants his library to be somewhere in Delaware, his home state. Aides say he envisions something smaller and cheaper than Mr. Obama\u2019s center,” The Times wrote. “Even so, he appears far short of the $200 million goal.” <\/b><\/p>\n

I think what they mean by \u201cIntensive Research\u201d is more along the lines of outright begging for money.<\/p>\n

As for cheaper that Obama\u2019s Flak Tower? I think that project needs a serious IRS audit but that’s a post for another day. Simply put, Biden has become persona non grata. It\u2019s not just his senility that is the issue, it\u2019s the fact that Joe Biden is and always has been a sleazy dirt bag. He has been selling his office<\/i><\/span> flatulence<\/i><\/span> influence for decades and now that he\u2019s out of office, people just want him to go away. Personally, I think Biden having to send his papers to the Library of Congress is all that is needed. There or the DoJ of course.<\/p>\n
