Good day all. We have yet another story regarding the utter and complete corruption of the Judicial Branch by Doctrinaire Progressive COB, (Clinton, Obama, Biden), judges.<\/p>\n

In this case we have an Obama judge who decided that an illegal alien rapist was a \u201cValuable member of society.\u201d Here are the details from the Washington Examiner<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

An Obama-appointed judge in Michigan<\/a> has come under fire from the Trump administration<\/a> and conservatives on social media for sparing an illegal immigrant<\/a> who raped a disabled woman from another two years in prison and openly praising him. <\/b><\/p>\n

Edys Renan Membreno Diaz, a Honduran national who entered the United States at least seven separate times, was convicted for raping and sodomizing a woman suffering from cerebral palsy and cognitive delays in the laundry room of her apartment building. He was sentenced in 2022. <\/b><\/p>\n

This POS should have been what I refer to as \u201cKratmanized.\u201d Using noted author Tom Kratman\u2019s concepts in his novels, this scumbag should have had his man parts removed and then be nailed to a cross and left to die. Instead, we have an Obama judge who thinks this scum is a nice guy.<\/p>\n

The judge referred to Diaz as an \u201cambassador for living up to our immigration restrictions,\u201d additionally praising him for his \u201cfamily devotion and willingness to perform work that it claimed Americans find undesirable.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The illegal immigrant is set to be released by July 2028 after a federal judge declined to impose an additional two-year sentence related to his illegal entry into the U.S., not the sex crime. <\/b><\/p>\n

This set off the DHS that was not having any of this communist cunt\u2019s antics.<\/p>\n

Department of Homeland Security<\/a> spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin said the ruling reflected \u201cunspeakable depravity\u201d on the judge\u2019s part. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cU.S. District Judge Judith Levy refused to sentence him to 2 more years for immigration crimes and called this monster a future \u2018ambassador for living up to our immigration restrictions,’\u201d McLaughlin said on X<\/a>, citing a report from a Detroit newspaper. \u201cThis Obama appointed judge went on to praise him for \u2018family devotion and willingness to perform work that it claimed Americans find undesirable.’\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cTruly wicked,\u201d she added. <\/b><\/p>\n

My question on that last comment is simple. Was Ms. McLaughlin referring to the criminal who should be dead, or the judge who should be tarred, fathered and ridden out on a rail? The good news is the U.S. Attorney is appealing this barking moonbat\u2019s sentencing.<\/p>\n

The U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan is appealing Diaz\u2019s lenient sentence, so that he can receive a stronger punishment. <\/b><\/p>\n

Good. Judges like this are a threat to the lives of honest Americans and lawful resident aliens.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors argued the judge made several mistakes and found her reasoning odd for rejecting the enhanced sentence. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oddly, the judge commended the defendant for taking responsibility by serving his sentence for the sex crime. The immigration crime would have landed him 19 more months in prison.<\/strong><\/p>\n

While I believe he should be castrated and fed into a wood chipper, locking him up before deporting him will do, as long as it\u2019s the worst prison in America.<\/p>\n

The judge also garnered criticism from Kevin Kijewski, a Republican candidate for Michigan attorney general in 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThis isn\u2019t justice; it\u2019s judicial activism prioritizing criminals over citizens and spitting on federal law enforcement\u2019s work to secure our borders under President Trump\u2019s leadership,\u201d Kijewski said<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

This is yet another judge who needs to be removed from the bench. Normally, I would suggest reaching out to your representatives and senators, but the Republicans, while on board with removing the trash from the Bench, the Democrats will protect this and other like minded judges. I think it\u2019s about time to do two things.<\/p>\n

First, it\u2019s time to \u201cReorganize\u201d the inferior courts. This means dissolving all the courts and sending all the judges to the showers. Second, we need a constitutional amendment that will allow a mechanism to recall and remove bad judges. Something needs to be done regardless.<\/p>\n
