Good day all. Back after the Tainted Election of 2020, there were some serious questions regarding Georgia. President called the govno and secretary of state complaining about all the irregularities. This was used by Fani Willis to go after President Trump.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

That case has since collapsed with a chance that it will be Fani Willis who goes to prison. However, a recent development, if the case were still pending, probably would have blown it completely out of the water. Fulton County, Home of fat ass Fani Willis just admitted that there were problems with over 300,000 votes in the county. Here are the details from the Federalist<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Fulton County admitted that approximately 315,000 early votes from the 2020 election were illegally certified but were nonetheless still included in the final results of that election. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The admission came during a Dec. 9 hearing<\/a> before the Georgia State Election Board (SEB) stemming from a challenge filed by David Cross, a local election integrity activist. Cross filed a challenge with the SEB in March 2022. Cross alleged that Fulton County violated Georgia statute in the handling of advanced voting ahead of the November 2020 election, counting hundreds of thousands of votes even though polling workers failed to sign off on the vote tabulation \u201ctapes\u201d critical to the certification process. <\/b><\/p>\n

And Fulton County admitted to it. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This is a major deal. As I understand it, there is no way to validate that these votes are actual true votes. Considering all the stories were heard following the election, such as election observers sent home and then mysterious boxes of ballots found, the conspiracy theorists were certain that the election had been rigged in favor of Dementia Joe Biden.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Ann Brumbaugh, attorney for the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections,\u00a0told the SEB in the hearing that while she has \u201cnot seen the tapes\u201d herself, the county does \u201cnot dispute that the tapes were not signed.\u201d Brumbaugh continued, \u201cIt was a violation of the rule. We, since 2020, again, we have new leadership and a new building and a new board and a new standard operating procedures. And since then the training has been enhanced. \u2026 But \u2026 we don\u2019t dispute the allegation from the 2020 election.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

As I recall, it wasn\u2019t just the presidential election that was affected, but a senatorial race as well. There may have been other down ticket races that may have been affected as well by this. Now the Federalist story gets into all the technical issues and boy are there a lot of them.<\/p>\n

Georgia\u2019s Secretary of State Office investigated the alleged failure to sign tabluation tapes and \u201csubstantiated\u201d the findings that Fulton County \u201cviolated Official Election Record Document Processes when it was discovered that thirty-six (36) out of thirty-seven (37) Advanced Voting Precincts in Fulton County, Georgia failed to sign the Tabulation Tapes as required [by statute],\u201d according to a 2024 investigation summary. In addition to probing the unsigned tabulation tapes, the investigation also found that officials at 32 polling sites failed to verify their zero tapes. <\/b><\/p>\n

Georgia law requires<\/a> that election officials have each ballot scanner print three closing tapes at the end of each voting day. Poll workers must sign these tapes or include a documented reason for refusal. Voting laws also require poll workers to begin each day of voting by printing and signing a \u201czero tape\u201d showing that voting machines are starting at zero votes. <\/b><\/p>\n

If there is no record of whether the tabulator was set at zero at the start of polling, there is no way of telling whether ballots from a previous election (or ballots from a test run) were left on the memory card and might later be counted. <\/b><\/p>\n

Now I don\u2019t know off the top of my head how votes are cast in Fulton County, but I suspect they are cast electronically in voting machines. I have never used a voting machine myself, just paper ballots. I did notice in the last election I voted in, (A local election), that the actual boxes had been changed. I suspect they included a ballot reader of some sort that scanned the ballots as they were slid into the box. If there were any discrepancies, they had the actual ballots right there and available for a manual count.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese signed tapes are the sole legal certification that the reported totals are authentic,\u201d Cross told the SEB at the Dec. 9 hearing. \u201cFulton County produced zero signed tabulator tapes in early voting.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This should have been checked within a week of the election. That it wasn\u2019t, in my twisted, conspiratorial mind, tells me that the literal \u201cFix\u201d was in. The goal was to force President Trump from office by literally any means necessary. Additionally, it wasn\u2019t just the missing proof that everything had been zeroed out prior to the election. There were other interesting things that Mr. Cross found.<\/p>\n

Cross also highlighted additional irregularities, such as polling locations being open at \u201cimpossibly late hours, like 2:09 a.m.\u201d Cross also said that he found \u201cduplicated scanner serial numbers, where the memory devices were removed from one scanner and printed on an alternate scanner.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThese are not clerical errors. They are catastrophic breaks in chain of custody and certification,\u201d Cross said. <\/b><\/p>\n

Recall what I said about poll watchers being sent home and the reports of boxes of votes suddenly showing up?<\/p>\n

\u201cBecause no tape was ever legally certified, Fulton County had no lawful authority to certify its advanced voting results to the secretary of state. Yet it did,\u201d Cross said. \u201cAnd Secretary Raffensperger accepted and folded those uncertified numbers into Georgia\u2019s official total without questioning them. This is not partisan. This is statutory. This is the law. When the law demands three signatures on tabulator tapes and the county fails to follow the rules, those 315,000 votes are, by definition, uncertified.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

And as far as I\u2019m concerned, people need to go to prison. As I recall, Raffensperger absolutely denied that there were any issues. He also is not a fan or President Trump. He was fine with Dementia Joe and Kackling Kamala in office for four years. Now with all this, I think it\u2019s time for a formal criminal investigation, and it will need to be a federal one.<\/p>\n

Kevin Moncla, an election integrity activist who has been at the forefront of these challenges, estimates the number is likely higher than 315,000. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This was just Fulton county. Who knows what issues they might find in other Georgia counties. Add to this what may have happened in other states during that election. I suspect that one of the reasons for David Cross going after the records in Fulton County was the flat out prosecutorial abuse and misconduct by Fat Ass Fani Willis.<\/p>\n

The Federalist inquired with the Georgia Secretary of State\u2019s Office as to who was responsible for accepting Fulton County\u2019s tabulator tapes despite there being no signatures at all. The office did not return a request for comment at the time of publication. <\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong> <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m not surprised by the lack of response. Rat shit Raffensperger is in deep trouble because of this. That he validated the Fulton County results without the proper verification\u2019s in place should be cause for the Georgia State Legislature to impeach and remove Raffensperger from office.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This is not some minor little issue that slipped through the cracks, this is a major screw up affecting the voting rights of hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people in Georgia. It also puts paid to the crap the Democrats have been flinging at President Trump and anyone who questioned the 2020 election results. As to what happens next? I have no idea.<\/p>\n
