Good day all. Sunday, January 18th<\/sup> a group of communists basically stormed and invaded a church, disrupting the service. The alleged reason was the belief that the pastor also worked for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Within a few days the ringleaders were arrested.<\/p>\n

One of the people that the DoJ wanted to charge is Don Lemon. They presented a request for arrest warrants to a magistrate who signed off on three warrants and denied several others. One of the ones denied was for Don Lemon. Lemon was observed to not a neutral observer, but an active participant.<\/p>\n

There are some videos I\u2019ve seen that indicate that he was fully aware that these thugs were going to invade the church and disrupt the service. However, the magistrate refused to sign the warrants. This has led to a number of questions and videos on YouTube on whether or not Lemon should have been charged and why he wasn\u2019t, along with the others that were submitted. The \u201cOfficial\u201d reason was that the magistrate said there wasn\u2019t enough evidence. However, they might be a different reason. Here are a few details from the Blaze<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The wife of the judge who refused to accept charges against Don Lemon for disrupting a church service is herself an assistant attorney general working for AG Keith Ellison.<\/b><\/p>\n

While many believed the former CNN anchor would also face charges over his participation in the protest, sources told various news outlets that a magistrate refused<\/a> to sign off on the charges. <\/b>The magistrate was later identified as Judge Douglas Micko, whose wife, Caitlin Micko, works in Ellison’s office, according<\/a> to some reports.<\/b><\/p>\n

First, a few things. A magistrate is NOT a judge. Magistrates have not gone through the confirmation process. They are basically nothing more then clerks and assistants for actual federal judges. They handle certain tasks such as signing warrants. As I understand it, they don\u2019t\u2019 even need to be lawyers or have any actual legal training. Personally, I find them to be very questionable under the Constitution.<\/p>\n

Second, it\u2019s well known that the Minnesota Attorney General, Keith Ellison, is a scumbag. He has already announced that he won\u2019t do anything to these so called protesters even though it looks like they also broke several Minnesota laws.<\/p>\n

Thirds and probably the most important, considering Ellison\u2019s pronouncements and that the magistrate\u2019s wife works for Ellison, I would think that this could be a classic case of conflict of interest, especially since the DoJ is now looking at Ellison himself regarding all the fraud and anti-ice activities. This guy should have stepped aside and let someone else, (Preferably a real judge), handle the warrant applications.<\/p>\n

From some of the videos I\u2019ve seen, and to be honest, I can\u2019t stomach Don Lemon, he was an active participant. He was browbeating the pastor and claiming that he had a 1st<\/sup> Amendment right to be there making an ass of himself. However, it appears that he violated a few laws.<\/p>\n

One was the FACE Act, which also covers churches, not just abortion clinics. The other was the Enforcement Act of 1871, also known as the Ku Klux Klan Act<\/a>. This act was tied in to the passage of the 14th<\/sup> Amendment and as I understand it, is aimed at people who prevent others from exercising their constitutional rights. Since Lemon and the other intentionally disrupted a group exercising their right to practice their religion, that was added to the list.<\/p>\n

Now the DoJ is appealing this decision by this magistrate. I don\u2019t currently know what the status is. What I do know is that Don Lemon, arrogant, narcissistic, mysoginist maggot that he is, decided that he should challenge the head of the Civil Rights Division, Harmeet Dhillon, which is pursuing the charges against the \u201cprotesters\u201d to come and get him. Ms. Dhillon had a single, one word response.<\/p>\n

One of the other things that Lemon and the other terrorists<\/i><\/span> protesters need to be concerned about is the civil side of the equation. While it\u2019s possible that Lemon and most of the others might escape criminal prosecution, they are open to a civil lawsuit. Apparently, every single man, woman and child in that church can sue as individuals. I have heard that the Pastor is looking at this option now.<\/p>\n

Now, what do we do with this magistrate? I asked Grok and the answer<\/a> was interesting.<\/p>\n

United States magistrate judges (often called federal magistrates) are not Article III judges with life tenure. They serve renewable terms\u2014typically eight years for full-time and four years for part-time\u2014and can be removed mid-term under specific procedures. Primary Removal Process for Cause The appointing U.S. district court judges can remove a magistrate judge during their term only for cause, including: Incompetency<\/b><\/p>\n

Misconduct<\/b><\/p>\n

Neglect of duty<\/b><\/p>\n

Physical or mental disability<\/b><\/p>\n

I suspect that it would be misconduct, especially if it\u2019s shown that there was some sort of collusion with Keith Ellison\u2019s office. There are a lot of details on the procedure which I\u2019m not going to go into. There is also just firing the guy.<\/p>\n

The Judicial Conference of the United States can terminate the position if it determines the services are no longer needed (effectively ending the office, not for personal cause).<\/b><\/p>\n

Now that\u2019s a possibility. Basically fire this idiot. Of course, this requires the federal judges to actually do the jobs they were appointed to do. If they were doing their jobs, then it would have been an actual judge looking over the warrant applications and asking questions regarding the applicable laws.<\/p>\n

So what happens next with Don Lemon? I think it\u2019s a safe bet he\u2019s going to be hit with a number of lawsuits. With any luck, he\u2019s going to be bankrupted and end up living in a cardboard box under a bridge. Unlike a criminal case, the plaintiffs only need to demonstrate a preponderance of evidence, not prove a case beyond reasonable doubt.<\/p>\n

From what little I\u2019ve seen, I suspect there are any number of lawyers salivating at the chance to take Lemon to court. As for the criminal case? We can only hope they get this maggot in front of a jury. With any luck, he will be convicted and get to spend a few decades in a federal prison.<\/p>\n
