Good day all. If it\u2019s a day with a vowel in it, a COB judge has once again issued an illegal ruling. In this case, we have Judge James Boasberg once again issuing orders to protect terrorists and general criminals at the expense of the American people.<\/p>\n

Since his return to office, President Trump has been rounding up illegal aliens, concentrating on those who have committed additional crimes, and booting them out of the country. The Progressive Liberal Democrats have been using the Clinton, Obama and Biden judges to try and protect these vermin. One of the worst has been James Boasberg. Now he\u2019s doing it again. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Alleged members of “foreign terrorist cartel” Tren de Aragua<\/a> may be brought back to the U.S. after their deportations in 2025, and it could come at taxpayers’ expense. <\/b><\/p>\n U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who has repeatedly butted heads with the Trump administration, ordered the Trump administration Thursday to facilitate the return of 137 migrants deported to a notorious prison in El Salvador, CECOT, in 2025.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n Boasberg stipulated in his ruling that the government pay for the migrants’ airfare back to the U.S., meaning taxpayers are likely footing the bill.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n Boasberg can take his order, fold it into a triangle and shove it sideways up his ass, sit on it and rotate.<\/p>\n Boasberg argued that it’s “unclear why Plaintiffs should bear the financial cost of their return in such an instance,” noting that “this situation would never have arisen had the Government simply afforded Plaintiffs their constitutional rights before initially deporting them.”<\/b><\/p>\n They have no constitutional rights. They were in the country illegally and subject to immediate deportation. You have already been told this by the Supreme Court several times.<\/p>\n The Supreme Court ultimately allowed the Trump administration to continue using the Alien Enemies Act to carry out deportations in April but ordered that detainees receive notice and an opportunity to challenge allegations.<\/b><\/p>\n Boasberg has since been wading through legal avenues with the men in El Salvador, issuing a ruling in December that the Trump administration denied them due process.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n And to that I saw to bad. These are not American Citizens or legal resident aliens. As far as I, and frankly, most Americans are concerned. The only rights they have are the right to be removed from the United States in the most expeditious manner possible.<\/p>\n It is unclear how many of the men will actually take the offer and return to the U.S., with Boasberg noting that the noncitizens “would be detained upon arrival” back to the U.S.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n Since none of them are citizens, all will be detained. Of course, that assumes that the administration doesn\u2019t just ignore the order outright.<\/p>\n Similar to Boasberg’s ruling, another federal judge this month ordered the Trump administration to pay for the return of three migrant families the judge ruled ICE unlawfully deported by a 2023 humanitarian parole settlement.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n 2023? Let me see, who was President at that time?<\/p>\n Anything that was done under the Biden Maladministration and their throwing open the borders can and should be ignored, this includes things like these \u201cSettlements.\u201d We also need to inform<\/i><\/span> tell these jumped up judicial tyrants that foreign nationals have NO right to come or be in the United States, and if they were here illegally? Absofrakinglutely NO!<\/p>\n DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital Thursday in response to the ruling that the illegal aliens<\/a> in El Salvador were removed under proper legal authority, before taking a shot as Boasberg.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n “Nothing has changed; in addition to being in our country illegally, these aliens are foreign terrorists designated as alien enemies by the president,” McLaughlin told Fox News Digital.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n “They were removed under the proper legal authorities. This case is no longer about the facts or law but about Judge Boasberg\u2019s crusade to stop President Trump from doing the will of the American People. He has been shut down by appellate courts again and again on this case.”<\/b><\/p>\n This response make me think that a decision has been made in regards to these out of control COB judges. It may be that Boasberg and these others traitors, (Yes, I know, not as defined by the Constitution of the United States), on the bench are about to be told that their orders will not be obeyed.<\/p>\n Boasberg has become a prime target for Republicans over a string of rulings tied to Trump-era policies, including the Trump administration backing a potential judicial impeachment of the judge and other “rogue” judges in January.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n Sadly, while they might impeach that slimy scumbag, the Senate will never vote to convict him. The Democrats will protect Boasberg and the other corrupt judges. I think we have reached a breaking point and a constitutional crises is now underway. The judicial branch, at least segments of it, have forgotten their role in the country and are now asserting powers they do now have.<\/p>\n It\u2019s now time, in my opinion, to take these judges down a few pegs. The should include criminal charges. Since they are, for all intents and purposes, attempting to overthrow the elected government of the United States, then that is what they should be charged with. Putting ten or twenty of these clowns on trial, especially if they are convicted, will encourage the rest to remember what their actual role is under the Constitution.<\/p>\n As for all these orders by the Clinton, Obama, Biden (And now some Bush judges), it\u2019s time to have someone go into their courtroom and tell them that their order will be ignored. Further, their resignation from the bench is desired and expected. If they refuse, and get all huffy, inform them that criminal indictment is on the table. Let\u2019s see how they like them apples.
