The story just came out, and the usual suspects are up in arms at the idea. It affects me since the proposed site is about 20 minutes from the Anger Central Primary Dwelling, depending on traffic and about 10 minutes from the Anger Central Data Center. Here are the details from Boston 25 News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n In documents released by New Hampshire Gov. Kelly Ayotte\u2019s office on Thursday, the Department of Homeland Security revealed new details on a proposed plan to open a 324,000-square-foot regional processing center for immigration detainees in the town of Merrimack.<\/b><\/p>\n The documents confirm reports and rampant speculation<\/a> that indicated a massive warehouse at 50 Robert Milligan Parkway was being eyed as the home of the new United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility.<\/b><\/p>\n I will be honest and admit that this was the first I heard about this. I do know the location of course. The area is all industrial, however, there are a lot of closed businesses in that area, one of them being the Budweiser plant that is scheduled to shut down later this year.<\/p>\n The Merrimack facility falls under the federal government\u2019s $38 billion \u201cDetention Reengineering Initiative<\/a>,\u201d which calls for the acquisition and renovation of eight large-scale detention centers and 16 processing sites, according to the documents. The new detention center model will be funded through Congress\u2019 allocation of funds through the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.<\/b><\/p>\n What saddens me is not that they are building a facility there, it\u2019s that we even need to have it in the first place. Still, it will bring jobs and help the economy of Merrimack, provided we can keep the commies and the NIMBY\u2019s at bay. (NIMBY = Not In My Back Yard)<\/p>\n In an economic impact analysis<\/a> also shared with Ayotte\u2019s office, DHS estimates it will spend $158 million retrofitting the facility and about $146 million to operate it in the first three years. It would also support 1,252 jobs.<\/b><\/p>\n The DHS documents show the Merrimack facility would have 400 to 600 beds and serve as a staging facility for transfers or removals, with detainees staying on site for an average of three to seven days.<\/b><\/p>\n I suspect the location was chosen for the access to Manchester Airport. I\u2019m surprised they didn\u2019t actually look at putting it on or near the airport itself. I believe there is plenty of sites that might have been suitable. The goal of course is to get the illegals out of the United States and back to their home countries as quickly and efficiently as possible.<\/p>\n Ayotte\u2019s office says it requested the documents after Sen. Maggie Hassan asked Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons to cancel the project over \u201cconcerns and local opposition<\/a> summary\u201d during a U.S. Senate hearing on Thursday.<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cNo ma\u2019am. Actually, DHS has worked with Gov. Ayotte, has spoken to the governor about economic impact,\u201d Lyons told Hassan. \u201cWe did provide an economic impact summary.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n Hassan is a Democrat of course so she is all in on the destruction of the United States and the importation of 10\u2019s of millions of illegals. We don\u2019t have to much of a problem with Illegal Aliens in New Hampshire thankfully. Most of them are in the People\u2019s Republic of Taxachusetts where they get all sorts of taxpayer benefits. In New Hampshire? They get nothing and the TdA and other criminals can get shot of they try anything up here. (NH is a Constitutional Carry, Stand your Ground state with a solid Castle doctrine. Massachusetts? You defend yourself, you are the one going to jail)<\/p>\n According to DHS, these regional facilities will provide food, clothing, hygiene products, bedding, and recreational space, as well as offer medical, dental, mental health care, and emergency services for detainees.<\/b><\/p>\n How about a one way ticket the Hell out of the United States?<\/p>\n On Friday, Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey urged Ayotte to \u201cdo everything in her power\u201d to block the proposed facility.<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThis is outrageous and absolutely the wrong move for New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and our entire region,\u201d Healey said in part in a statement. \u201cI oppose this in the strongest possible terms, and I am demanding that Governor Ayotte do everything in her power to block a new ICE facility in Southern New Hampshire.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n Healey is a hard core leftist and has made Massachusetts a sanctuary state. She is actively protecting illegal aliens, including rapists, drug smugglers, rapists, child molesters and murderers. She and her fellow moonbat, Boston Mayor Michele WooHoo Wu have threatened ICE officials. As far as I\u2019m concerned, she is an enemy of the United States. She would love nothing better then to take over New Hampshire and rule it as fiefdom of Massachusetts.<\/p>\n Healey also denounced ICE deportation tactics, noting that the facility could impact residents of Massachusetts.<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cWe should be opposing ICE\u2019s tactics, not allowing them to expand. We certainly should not be allowing ICE to build new human warehouses when they can\u2019t be trusted to keep people safe and protect due process,\u201d Healey added.<\/b><\/p>\n As I said, she supports criminals. Now ICE has not been having any problems collecting illegals that are in New Hampshire. The State is not a sanctuary Hellhole like Massachusetts. We also have a very heavily armed citizenry, something else that Healey hates and would like to do something about.<\/p>\n Now as you might have guessed, I am not opposed to the facility. I despise those who come from other countries and just waltz across the border. Some of the usual suspects will take that and say \u201cYou\u2019re a racist Nazi!
