Now the FBI has seized the election records of another problematical county, this one in Arizona. Here are the details from Just The News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n T<\/b>he FBI is expanding its criminal probe into suspected election irregularities, secretly obtaining a large tranche of voting records from Arizona\u2019s largest county with a recent grand jury subpoena, multiple people familiar with the probe told <\/b>Just the News.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n The sources, who spoke only on condition of anonymity because of the secrecy of the grand jury probe, said FBI agents are receiving terabytes of electronic election data from Maricopa County, about a month after the bureau first disclosed an investigation into election irregularities by raiding a warehouse near Atlanta<\/a> and seizing ballots from the 2020 election conducted in Fulton County, Georgia\u2019s largest metropolis.<\/b><\/p>\n Maricopa County has become the poster child for how not to conduct an election. The reports of irregularities, which is a polite way of saying incompetence and fraud, have only gotten worse with each election cycle. In comparison, look at how Florida fixed things after the debacle of the 2000 election and the \u201cEpic of the Hanging Chad.\u201d Florida completely overhauled their election system.<\/p>\n The subpoena comes five years after the GOP-led Arizona state Senate conducted a lengthy investigation into the 2020 election and concluded there were significant irregularities.<\/b><\/p>\n I\u2019m not surprised that it took five years. Four of those years were under the most corrupt and incompetent administration in at least the last 150 years. For those who have been whining about how long it\u2019s taken to go after the records since President Trump was sworn in, consider the mess they\u2019ve had to deal with.<\/p>\n On Monday, March 9th<\/sup>, Arizona State Senate President Warren Petersen confirmed his body received a subpoena for 2020 election records.<\/b><\/p>\n “Late last week I received and complied with a federal grand jury subpoena for records relating to the Arizona State Senate\u2019s 2020 audit of Maricopa County. \u00a0The FBI has the records,” he wrote on X.<\/b><\/p>\n I doubt the FBI had to put any pressure on Mr. Petersen. I suspect all he asked for was that they provide the proper legal documents, and he had everything they wanted gift wrapped with a nice bow waiting for the agents to pick everything up.<\/p>\n People familiar with the FBI investigation told <\/b>Just the News<\/b><\/em> that the bureau has received data under subpoena for multiple elections including 2020 and 2024.<\/b><\/p>\n While those cover the presidential elections, I\u2019m also interested in how the senate and house elections may have been affected along with the State elections. There have been a number of comments on the current Govno and how she \u201cWon\u201d the 2022 gubernatorial election.<\/p>\n Several counties wanted to delay reporting the results because they had some questions they needed to resolve. Hobbs, who was the Secretary of State, (Conflict of interest much?) flat out threatened the county officials with arrest if they didn\u2019t provide the results.<\/p>\n Congress has never released the report from the staffers who were sent to observe the 2024 election in Maricopa County, which includes Arizona\u2019s largest city of Phoenix.<\/b><\/p>\n I wasn\u2019t aware that they had sent observers.<\/p>\n But House Administration Committee Chairman Bryan Steil recently hinted at the significance of the report in an interview with the <\/b>Just the News, No Noise<\/b><\/em> television show.<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re digging back through those reports that were submitted by our election observers that were deployed across the country,\u201d Steil said. \u201cThis is where working hand in glove with other federal government agencies is so important.<\/b><\/p>\n Excuse me? You\u2019ve had these reports for over a year and you\u2019re just now getting around to reviewing them?<\/p>\n \u201cWe have reports documenting instances that occurred in Arizona and across the country, and we are reviewing those in real time and working hand in glove with federal partners to make sure that the law was followed in every jurisdiction in the country,\u201d he added.<\/b><\/p>\n So, basically, you weren\u2019t planning on doing anything until the FBI raided Fulton and Maricopa Counties?<\/p>\n The bureau has been coy about the full extent of its probe, but the unsealed affidavit from its raid of Fulton County\u2019s election center <\/a>made clear the bureau is looking at possible violation of federal laws that require election administrators to follow state laws when sending out and counting ballots.<\/b><\/p>\n I wouldn\u2019t call it \u201cCoy.\u201d If they are working an investigation that could flat out prove that the 2020 presidential election was rigged for the Democrats, it means that they are also looking at criminal prosecutions. The last thing they would want to do is give the potential targets any warning that they aren\u2019t legally required to.<\/p>\n Concerns about election counting in Arizona, and specifically Maricopa County, stretch back more than a decade as the state moved to mostly mail-in ballots. In the old days, Democrats were the early complainants.<\/b><\/p>\n Then the Democrats figured out how to game the system so they could steal elections and have been all in on mail in ballots.<\/p>\n More recently, Republicans like President Donald Trump, former gubernatorial and Senate candidate Kari Lake and now U.S. Rep. Abe Hamadeh have raised concerns about the state\u2019s ballot distribution and counting systems.<\/b><\/p>\n As I recall, Kari Lake challenged the results and, just like what happened in 2020, the courts flat out refused to allow any evidentiary hearings. In my opinion, if the FBI and DoJ confirm that 2020 election was stolen, then all the judges who wouldn\u2019t allow any hearings need to be criminally charged, and that includes members of the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n The Arizona Senate conducted a massive audit after the 2020 election affected by COVID-19 and concluded there were irregularities. One of the Senate\u2019s most stunning findings was an estimate<\/a> that more than 200,000 ballots with mismatched signatures may have been counted without being reviewed, or “cured” in Maricopa County, more than eight times the 25,000 signature mismatches requiring curing that had been acknowledged\u00a0by the county.<\/b><\/p>\n This is, I believe, similar to what was recently admitted by Fulton County. They acknowledged that some 300,000 votes were not properly validated in 2020. If I recall correctly, that was one of the triggers for the seizure of the election materials.<\/p>\n Sources said the FBI is likely to execute searches and subpoenas in other states beyond Georgia and Arizona in coming weeks.<\/b><\/p>\n I can think of a few states that come to mind. One would be Michigan. I know there was an instance a few years ago in Windham New Hampshire where a voting machine was actually filmed flipping votes. Fortunately, the results were such that even with the corrupted voting, the results were still solid for the winner.<\/p>\n We are at a crossroads in the United States. The American people are overwhelmingly in favor of better securing our elections. The problem are the Democrats and the Deep State RINO\u2019s, primarily in the Senate who don\u2019t want to have a secure election. For the Democrats, it would mean that many of their \u201cvictories\u201d would be overturned or the next election, if secured, would go against them. For the RINO\u2019s, it would mean actually listening to their constituents.<\/p>\n For the RINO\u2019s, it looks like time has run out and the voters are getting ready to boot them from office. One, Dan Crenshaw, was blown out in his primary and John Cornyn has been forced into a runoff against Ken Paxton and is panicking. In my opinion, this is a good thing.
