The first Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, was turned into roadkill by the Israeli Airforce, and at least two others were selected by the few survivors of their governing body and then the IAF vetoed the selection rather loudly,<\/p>\n

This left Ali Khamenei\u2019s son, Mojtaba Khamenei. It was announced last week that he was now the new Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran. There have been a few problems with the announcement. A big one is that no one has seen or heard from him since his father was blown into the middle of next week.<\/p>\n

Reports have come out that Mojtaba was at the meeting that was hit by the Israeli Airforce and was badly wounded. The reports have said he lost a leg and was in a coma. That might not be his only problem. Now there is an intelligence report that Mojtaba Khamenei is also homosexual. Here are the details from The New York Post<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

President Trump was stunned to learn last week that US intelligence indicates new Iranian <\/b>Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei <\/b><\/a>may be gay \u2014 and that his father, the late Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, feared his suitability to rule the Islamic Republic<\/a> for that reason, The Post can reveal.<\/b><\/p>\n

Trump couldn\u2019t contain his surprise and laughed aloud when he was briefed on the intel, according to sources.<\/b><\/p>\n

Others in the room also found it \u201chilarious\u201d and joined the president\u2019s reaction, while one senior intelligence official \u201chas not stopped laughing about it for days,\u201d said one person familiar with the briefing.<\/b><\/p>\n

I can see why they find this so hysterically funny. Iran, like all Islamic countries, considers homosexuality to be not just crime, but heresy. The punishment is death, usually by hanging, but occasionally by being thrown off the roof of a tall building. If the new Supreme Leader, if he\u2019s actually alive and not brain dead, is gay, it may very well cause outright mutinies in the ranks of the IRGC and other segments of the Iranian Islamic Republic.<\/p>\n

All three sources say the implausible-sounding allegation is viewed as credible by US spy agencies, rather than false information intended to undermine Khamenei, 56, who was selected to replace his dead father as supreme leader<\/a> on March 8.<\/b><\/p>\n

I suspect that they have and continue to multi-source this information. It\u2019s just to good to be true.<\/p>\n

Two of the sources said the intelligence indicated that Mojtaba, who earned the nickname \u201cthe power behind the robes\u201d while serving as his aging dad\u2019s gatekeeper, has had a long-term sexual relationship with his childhood tutor.\u00a0The third source said the intelligence indicated the affair was with a person who formerly worked for the Khamenei family.<\/b><\/p>\n

Of course, we don\u2019t have any photographic evidence of Khamenei\u2019s preferences, just like we don\u2019t have any of Jane<\/i><\/span> J. Edgar Hoover\u2019s \u201cdalliances\u201d with Clyde Tolson. Also, these days? Unless it\u2019s an old style picture taken with a film camera and the negative is available for examination, no one will believe. (Another problem with AI. It makes it easy to manufacture images) However, they are generating \u201cHuman intelligence\u201d and verifying it the way police investigate and verify crimes and alibis. Mojtaba\u2019s purported sexual orientation had been whispered about inside Iran since at least the May 2024 helicopter crash that killed then-President Ebrahim Raisi<\/a>, Ali Khamenei\u2019s presumed favorite to be the next supreme leader, sources said.<\/b><\/p>\n

Within the US government, \u201cit\u2019s been a pretty closely held piece of information,\u201d one insider said.<\/b><\/p>\n

Well, I guess that President Trump has decided it\u2019s time to declassify the reports. Considering the howls of laughter coming from the Oval Office, I don\u2019t think he had much of a choice.<\/p>\n

Some elements of Mojtaba Khamenei\u2019s sex life have been reported before and may lend credence to the allegation. <\/b>A classified US diplomatic cable from 2008<\/a>, published by WikiLeaks, described Mojtaba being treated in the UK for impotence<\/a>, though that report did not identify what may have caused the condition.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

I have heard rumors that the cause of the ailment was a goat biting him on the scrotum.<\/p>\n

The State Department file says Mojtaba married \u201crelatively late in life\u201d \u2014 around age 30 \u2014 \u201creportedly due to an impotency problem treated and eventually\u00a0resolved during three extended visits to the UK, at Wellington and Cromwell Hospitals, London.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cMojtaba was expected by his family to produce children quickly, but\u00a0needed a fourth visit to the UK for medical treatment; after a stay of two months, his wife became pregnant,\u201d the leaked file said.<\/b><\/p>\n

They probably needed to reattach his nuts after the goat bite, that or his wife was handed off to someone who could actually get it up and get the job done.<\/p>\n

Homosexual conduct is illegal in Iran, though the government does allow surgical sex change operations, which some gay men reportedly are pressured into undergoing to avoid criminal penalties.<\/b><\/p>\n

Sodomy is a capital offense in the nation of 93 million people, with some gay Iranians infamously hanged from construction cranes as a warning to others. <\/b><\/p>\n

Not only that, if this were proven in Iran, it would collapse the regime. Ali Khamenei would have had no choice but to hang his daughter<\/i><\/span> son.<\/p>\n

One of The Post\u2019s sources said that although it\u2019s generally frowned upon to out people against their will, there\u2019s a clear case of hypocrisy to justify doing so against Mojtaba.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIf there was ever a time where it was OK to out somebody, it would be when it\u2019s a leader of a repressive Islamic theocracy that hangs gay people by cranes,\u201d this person said.<\/b><\/p>\n
