Good day all. We are in the midst of a Constitutional Crisis. Since President Trump was sworn in, a cabal of COB district court judges have been issuing one court order after another that were designed to block President Trump from carrying out his election promises.<\/p>\n

One of the worst of these judges is James Boasberg. To put it bluntly, he hates President Trump and has been issuing orders that don\u2019t just cross the line, but race over it. His contempt for the Constitutional Separation of Powers reached the point that a bill of impeachment was filed against him. However, Boasberg knows that it won\u2019t amount to anything due to the Democrats in the Senate.<\/p>\n

Now he has decided to once again interfere with the Executive Branch\u2019s ability to uphold and enforce the law. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n A federal judge blocked the Justice Department’s efforts<\/a> to issue a pair of grand jury subpoenas to the Federal Reserve Board, concluding that the effort was merely a “pretext” to pressure Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell into lowering interest rates or resigning.<\/b><\/p>\n U.S. District Judge James Boasberg said in the newly unsealed ruling that the Justice Department offered “no evidence whatsoever” that Powell committed any crime “other than displeasing” President Donald Trump.<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n Boasberg has once again decided that he is in charge of the United States. He might want to reflect on his illegal activities regarding the subpoenas that Jack Smith wanted for the phone records of Republican members of congress and a nondisclosure order for the phone companies. That NDA was a blatant violation of the law.<\/p>\n “Did prosecutors issue those subpoenas for a proper purpose? The Court finds that they did not,” he said. “There is abundant evidence that the subpoenas\u2019 dominant (if not sole) purpose is to harass and pressure Powell either to yield to the President or to resign and make way for a Fed Chair who will.”<\/b><\/p>\n What a fuc**ng phony. This is not his job. The subpoenas were issued because the prosecutors and investigators suspect that a crime may have occurred. What this show is that James Boasberg is actively protecting potential criminal activities.<\/p>\n The ruling comes after U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro opened a criminal inquiry into Powell’s June 2025 testimony before the Senate Banking Committee centered on the Fed’s years-long renovation of its headquarters in Washington, D.C. Powell revealed the investigation publicly in January, which he described as an attack on the Fed’s independence.<\/b><\/p>\n When President Trump toured the construction site, he saw things that raised some major questions. This is something that President Trump is something of a Subject Matter Expert. He knows what a renovation should cost.<\/p>\n Pirro said Friday that the Justice Department would appeal the ruling to a higher court.<\/b><\/p>\n Well I should damn well hope so!<\/p>\n “This process has been arbitrarily undermined by an activist judge,” she said at a news conference<\/a> Friday, arguing that Boasberg “put himself at the entrance door to the grand jury, slamming that door shut \u2014 irrespective of the legal process \u2014 and thus preventing the grand jury from doing the work that it does.”<\/b><\/p>\n Of course, Powell has his Deep State supporters.<\/p>\n Any appeal could prolong Trump’s efforts to remove Powell from the Fed and replace him with his pick \u2014 former Fed Governor Kevin Warsh \u2014 as Sen. Thom Tillis<\/a>, R-N.C. remarked on social media Friday.<\/b><\/p>\n The ruling “confirms just how weak and frivolous the criminal investigation of Chairman Powell is, and it is nothing more than a failed attack on Fed independence,” Tillis said.<\/b><\/p>\n “We all know how this is going to end, and the D.C. U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office should save itself further embarrassment and move on,” he said. “Appealing the ruling will only delay the confirmation of Kevin Warsh as the next Fed Chair.”<\/b><\/p>\n Tillis a Uniparty RINO and is not running for reelection due to ill health. The voters are sick of him. This swamp creature was one of those Country Club Bush style republicans that saw their job as \u201cManaging the decline\u201d of the United States into nothing more then a subject nation under the UN and the Eurotrash WEF elites. He\u2019s going to do as much damage to the Country as he can before he finally leaves the Senate.<\/p>\n Boasberg used the ruling to tick through many of Trump’s social media posts blasting Powell and unsuccessfully pressuring him to lower interest rates before suggesting that someone else should replace him to head up the Fed.<\/b><\/p>\n The posts are in the Fox News story and you can read them for yourselves. There are no surprises there. What they don\u2019t have is any bearing on the legal case as that Boasberg is doing his best to torpedo. What they do show is that, in my completely unschooled opinion, is that James Boasberg should be added to the list of potential targets for investigation. There is no question in my mind that Boasberg is not just biased, but is prejudging cases with the intention of sabotaging the will of the American people.
