Good day all. Now that the Democrats have secured what amounts to absolute rule in Virginia, they\u2019ve begun passing bills and sending them to the Govno Abigail the Communist Spanberger to be signed. Pretty much all of the bills show that the promises made during the election were nothing more than flat out lies.<\/p>\n

Currently, they have sent bills to the Govno\u2019s desk that basically outlaw the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment. Other bills are designed to massively increase taxes, even though the state has a budget surplus. Now another bill has arrived that, if signed into law, will basically make it impossible for a white, heterosexual male to have any access to state resources. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A Virginia state bill<\/a> passed along party lines directing state agencies to consider the race and sex of small businesses\u2019 ownership when distributing discretionary funds for procurement and contracts is likely to face major legal headwinds, experts told Fox News Digital.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Small SWAM Business Procurement Enhancement Program Act “provides that executive branch agencies and covered institutions are required to increase their small SWAM business utilization rates by three percent per year until reaching the 42-percent target or, if unable to do so, to implement achievable goals to increase their utilization rates,” according to its text.<\/b><\/p>\n

SWAM stands for small, women-owned and minority-owned.<\/b><\/p>\n

Purchases between $10,000 and $200,000 must be set aside to be awarded to SWAM businesses as well, according to the text of the bill drafted by Delegate Jeion Ward, D-Hampton. <\/b><\/p>\n

While, I can see why they need all that new tax revenue. Aside from the blatant discrimination of this bill towards white men, this looks like yet another potential revenue stream for the Democrat party and individual office holders.<\/p>\n

As the bill approaches Democrat Gov. Abigail Spanberger<\/a>\u2019s desk, Oversight Project Vice President of Legal Kyle Brosnan told Fox News Digital it appears par for the course for the way Richmond is moving. <\/b>Brosnan said the bill constitutes “clearly intentional discrimination against White men.”<\/b><\/p>\n

“Since reclaiming total control of state government, Virginia Democrats have shown their true colors as nothing short of radical ideologues,” Brosnan said.<\/b><\/p>\n

“By setting race and sex quotas for 42% of the state discretionary spending on government contracts, Gov. Spanberger and her far left enablers in Richmond are showing their true colors as radicals.”<\/b><\/p>\n

Virginia, if the GOP handles this correctly, can be used against the Democrats in the midterm elections. The Democrats, when they were running, all said \u201cOh no, we\u2019re not radical Marxist totalitarian racists bent on turning Virginia into Kalifornistan East. We\u2019re all moderates!\u201d Then, once they won the election, basically said \u201cHa Ha! Fool you!\u201d In any case, if the Govno is stupid enough to sign this, and she is, it will be challenged in court since it\u2019s plainly discriminatory.<\/p>\n

Zack Smith, a former federal prosecutor for the Northern District of Florida, added that whenever the government proposes to treat people differently based on race and gender, it is unconstitutional.<\/b><\/p>\n

“I think we saw the Supreme Court<\/a> speak explicitly to this with its Harvard and UNC decisions banning the use of race in admissions in higher education,” he said.<\/b><\/p>\n

“As a result of that Students for Fair Admissions decision, we’ve seen some federal courts<\/a> apply that same logic to other federal government programs that seek to prioritize minority-owned businesses (that) are treating people differently based on their race, and so I would certainly think the same logic would apply to this state law action as well.”<\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m sure they will, but the Democrats in Virginia don\u2019t care, and will probably ignore the supreme court ruling anyway. I\u2019m sure they already have a COB judge lined up to rule in their favor.<\/p>\n

Smith said that, even prior to this, the Supreme Court found quotas “impermissible” and that if Spanberger signs the bill<\/a> there will be business owners who are outraged and will demand accountability.<\/b><\/p>\n

“I do think there is likely going to be litigation surrounding this because this would involve a federal constitutional issue in addition to other legal claims that may be raised,” Smith said Wednesday.<\/b><\/p>\n

“This could be brought in federal court,” he said, suggesting arguments against it will fall on 14th Amendment grounds.<\/b><\/p>\n

Brosnan agreed, criticizing the bill\u2019s section requiring Virginia taxpayers<\/a> to fund $1 million for system updates, staffing and reporting to “institutionalize discrimination” in his words. <\/b><\/p>\n

“It also \u2018sets aside\u2019 government contracts of up to $200,000 for women- and minority-owned businesses so long as their bids are no more than 5% higher than the lowest “noncertified” \u2014 read \u2018White male-owned\u2019\u2014 business.<\/b><\/p>\n

Yep, this is blatant racism and sexism by the Democrats. Of course, this isn\u2019t a surprise. The Democrat Party has always been a racist organization. Originally against Black Americans, (They really want their property back working on the plantations), then pretty much anyone who wasn\u2019t white. Now we can add white men to the list.<\/p>\n

What this also shows is just how little the average liberal thinks of anyone that they deem to be \u201cIn need of help\u201d from the Liberal Democrat elites. The Democrats claim that Black Americans are to stupid to get am ID so they can vote. Now they are saying that women are to stupid and incompetent to raise money to run a business. (If you are a black female, under the Democrats mindset, you probably don\u2019t have the brainpower to dress yourself)<\/p>\n

Now the question is, will Spanberger sign this bill?<\/p>\n
