Good day all. If you hated the Biden DoJ, you don\u2019t hate them enough. It\u2019s almost a standing headline these days as more and more information, none of which was ever to have seen the light of day, on just how corrupt the DoJ and FBI became under Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve known for a bit on just how bad Jack Smith was regarding President Trump and those closest to him. Then it came out that he went after the phone records of members of congress and had his pal Judge Boasberg, to issue a nondisclosure order to the phone companies. That was an actual illegal act by both Smith and Boasberg. It also backfired when one of the phone companies ignored the order and notified Congress.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Now even more is coming out on just how corrupt the FBI was and worse, how the Democrats actively used them to go after their their political enemies. Here are the details from the Daily Caller<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Biden-era FBI officials pressed forward with an investigation into Republican members of Congress after top prosecutors privately agreed central allegations lacked credibility, documents obtained by Senate Judiciary Chair Chuck Grassley show.<\/b><\/p>\n

This was involving the January 6th<\/sup> protest. The Democrats flat out accused some of the Republican members of aiding the protesters. This was a load of crap of course. The protest did have some bad apples, but far more of them were on the side of the Government. It\u2019s also beginning to look like Antifa members were the ones causing the real damage in a false flag operation.<\/p>\n

Based largely on claims<\/a> made by then-Democratic New Jersey Rep. Mikie Sherrill, the FBI launched a probe in January 2021 to assess whether several Republican members assisted individuals or groups who organized the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, records<\/a>\u00a0reveal.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cOperation Rampart 12 is yet another example in which Republicans were unfairly targeted and secretly subjected to an invasive investigation by the Biden DOJ and FBI,\u201d Grassley told the Daily Caller News Foundation.<\/b><\/p>\n

Mikie Sherrill is currently the Govno of New Jersey and is doing a bang up job in the short time she\u2019s been in office of driving things even further into the ground. She is a bald faced liar and a classic Karen. Perhaps it\u2019s time to start looking into her actions in getting this witch hunt going.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cIf not for my investigative work and brave whistleblowers, we wouldn\u2019t know about FBI agents\u2019 and DOJ prosecutors\u2019 disgraceful efforts to try and destroy Republicans,\u201d Grassley said. \u201cMy Democrat colleagues want to ignore these facts and evidence and defend the fired officials who participated in Biden\u2019s lawfare. I\u2019ll continue working to expose the widespread constitutional abuses that occurred under the Biden administration, because transparency brings accountability.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Frankly, I don\u2019t have much use for Charles Grassley. Yes, he has been doing yeoman\u2019s work getting to the bottom of the lawfare undertaken by the Biden Administration. However, if it hadn\u2019t been for President Trump winning reelection and putting Kash Patel into the FBI, his investigation would have gone nowhere fast. As far as I\u2019m concerned, the time has come for criminal investigations, indictments and perp walks. Now that Pam Bondi has been sent on her way, perhaps we will see actual movement.<\/p>\n

Sherrill alleged in a Jan. 12, 2021, Facebook Live broadcast that some members of Congress led \u201creconnaissance\u201d tours to map out the Capitol ahead of Jan. 6, 2021, several outlets reported<\/a> at the time. With more than 30 other Democrats, she also sent a letter<\/a> to Capitol security officials seeking information about \u201csuspicious\u201d visitors on Jan. 5.<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a few years, but as I recall, a number of Congressmen and woman in the House and Senate gave tours to constituents. I gather this isn\u2019t something that your typical Democrat member of Congress does? I can see why it would seem strange to that Karen. (And yes, that was typical Karen behavior)<\/p>\n

The FBI\u2019s \u201cRampart Twelve\u201d investigation centered on allegations against Republican Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert, former Republican Alabama Rep. Mo Brooks and Republican Reps. Paul Gosar and Andy Biggs of Arizona. Investigators obtained toll records for Boebert and Gosar, according to a memo.<\/b><\/p>\n

Would you care to hazard a guess on whether or not any of these people knew that the FBI was digging into their phone records? If these were their personal phones and not ones issued by Congress, then the NDA\u2019s probably were kept. However, if the people involved used the phones for government business? Yep, that violates the constitution.<\/p>\n

\u201cso michie [sic] sherrill has such important groundbreaking information that she has agreed to talk to amanda\u2026friday,\u201d former federal prosecutor Molly Gaston wrote in a Jan. 13, 2021 text message to another prosecutor, J.P. Cooney.<\/b><\/p>\n

Yeah, that important and groundbreaking information came from the same place as all the evidence that President Trump was a Russian agent that Adam Schiffhead was always saying he had. Right out of her ass.<\/p>\n

Following former special counsel Jack Smith\u2019s appointment in 2022, Gaston<\/a> and Cooney became integral parts of his team as he prosecuted President Donald Trump.<\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t look like these two believed Sherrill and were just going through the motions.<\/p>\n

Cooney called Sherrill\u2019s handling of the situation \u201cembarrassing\u201d and \u201cappalling,\u201d adding in the Jan. 13 text that it \u201cmakes her allegations completely incredible.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201ci hate politicians,\u201d Gaston wrote. \u201chate is the wrong word. I\u2019m disillusioned by them.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Still, they had to look into it and guess what? They found people wondering around the capitol in MAGA hates. One group was following Lauren Boebert, obviously up to no good.<\/p>\n

Days later, Cooney texted Gaston on Jan. 16, 2021, about video footage of Boebert in the Capitol, noting there was \u201ca maga hat group about a minute behind her but it\u2019s a family \u2013 with kids.\u201d Someone in the group was taking pictures but looked like a tourist, he said.<\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m sure it was all a plot! The kids were in on the whole thing and were helping map out all the security systems in the building! It\u2019s a conspiracy I tell you, a conspiracy!!<\/p>\n

\u201cit\u2019s weird,\u201d Cooney wrote, \u201cbut does not look suspicious.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, it looks like Cooney drank the Kool-ade and believed that some of the Republicans actually were working with the protesters beforehand.<\/p>\n

\u201ci\u2019m telling you though \u2014 this tour\/map thing has legs,\u201d Cooney wrote. \u201cthis makes perfect sense to me \u2026 proving the member\u2019s intent might be impossible but i am fairly confident that we are going to put a map or some other information relevant to coordinated activity in the hands of an extremist group, and trace it back to a congressional office.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

It was a complete load of horse manure of course. There was no \u201cGrand Conspiracy to Overthrow the Government.\u201d The only conspiracies anyone saw were in the minds of the Democrats, the RINO\u2019s and the Deep State.<\/p>\n

Republican Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson said the messages \u201cshow Justice Department attorneys sought to investigate republicans no matter how spurious the allegation.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cSmith eventually hired both J.P. Cooney and Molly Gaston, allowing them to continue their partisan work,\u201d Johnson said. \u201cMy oversight efforts will continue to expose what was occurring in Jack Smith\u2019s office.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

We know what was happening in that dirtbag\u2019s office. The Constitution, the Rule of Law and actual evidence of crimes were ignored. All Smith and the Garland DoJ were interested in was doing whatever it took to punish anyone perceived as an enemy of the Democrat Party and the Deep State. When all this started, and people were pointing out the blatant civil rights violations, the Democrats, Anti-Trump RINO\u2019s and their minions in the Legacy Media called it a conspiracy theory.<\/p>\n

Along with allegations made by Sherrill, the FBI\u2019s probe also looked into a congressional staffer\u2019s claim that he heard two men say \u201cI think Gosar will let us in,\u201d as well as \u201cStop The Steal\u201d rally organizer Ali Alexander\u2019s claim<\/a> that he developed a plan with Brooks, Gosar and Biggs to put \u201cmaximum pressure on Congress while they were voting,\u201d records show.<\/b><\/p>\n

Define Maximum pressure please. Are you talking about applying political pressure or flat out threats? I don\u2019t see anything in that comment that is a threat of violence. Of course, you didn\u2019t care, did you?<\/p>\n

Cooney reassured former FBI Agent Timothy Thibault that rules<\/a> for opening \u201csensitive investigations\u201d during the 2020 election did not apply to this probe because the members were not \u201c\u2018declared candidates\u2019 for Congress and there was no risk that public exposure of the preliminary investigation could influence an impending federal election.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

In some ways, this is an accurate statement. The goal of Coony was to railroad Republicans into prison.<\/p>\n

House Republicans filed an ethics complaint<\/a> in May 2021 against Democrats who claimed \u201cwithout evidence\u201d that members had led \u201creconnaissance\u201d tours.<\/b><\/p>\n

And that complaint was promptly filed by the Democrats.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cThese bombshell documents reveal that bad actors at the highest levels of our government and intelligence agencies targeted broad swaths of the America Right and sitting members of Congress with no evidence of wrongdoing,\u201d Republican Missouri Sen. Eric Schmitt\u00a0said in a statement to the DCNF. \u201cThis fishing expedition was nothing more than a political agenda. Finally under the leadership of Chairman Grassley, and the work of this committee, we are shining a light on this corruption that the Democrats ignored under Biden, and we will not stop until there is full accountability for those involved.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Big deal. We don\u2019t need a light shined on this abuse. We need indictments, prosecutions, trials, convictions and prison sentences. We can start with Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray and Jack Smith. From other things I\u2019ve seen and written about, we might need to look at criminally charging a few federal judges as well.<\/p>\n

As for Mikie Sherrill, she\u2019s out of the House now and is the new govno of New Jersey. I am of the opinion that some sort of sanction should be brought against her, but I honestly don\u2019t know what can be done. What I do know is that the United States came very close to \u201cBad Things\u201d happening because of people like Sherrill and the Department of Justice under Merrick Garland. There have been some changes and cleaning out of the rot, but far more needs to be done.<\/p>\n
