Good day all. One thing the Progressive Liberal Democrats absolutely hate is anything that prevents non-citizens from voting. The reason for this is simple. They know most, if not all of the aliens will vote for Democrats.<\/p>\n

Since the Tainted Election of 2020, many states have been moving to better secure elections. They have passed requirements to provide identification when voting, something Democrats oppose since it interferes with their ability to cheat, and have been cleaning their voter roles.<\/p>\n

As part of securing elections, New Hampshire passed a law requiring proof of citizenship in order to vote. This set off the Progressives and they have sued to block enforcement of this law. (An aside, I wasn\u2019t aware that such a law had been passed. I\u2019m in favor of it) They went judge shopping and ended up in front of a Biden Judge who has ordered New Hampshire to not enforce this law. Here are the details from Just the News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A federal judge has overturned a New Hampshire law that required unregistered voters to provide proof of citizenship to cast ballots in state elections.<\/b><\/p>\n

The ruling late Thursday by U.S. District Court judge Samantha Elliott sided with the American Civil Liberties Union and other groups who sued to block the law, saying the requirement for new voters to provide a birth certificate or valid U.S. passport to cast a ballot on election day was unconstitutional.<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cNew Hampshire\u2019s interest in election integrity cannot justify the burden on New Hampshire voters based on the evidence in this case,” Elliot wrote in the 98-page ruling.<\/b><\/p>\n

This is utter, absolute bullshit. There is no such burden proving that you are a citizen of the United States of America. New Hampshire is a Real ID state. Getting a Real ID, which you need if you want to enter federal buildings and a number other things, is a pain but has been underway in this state for years. I went through it the a few years ago when I renewed my license. I also have a United States passport, which is also proof of citizenship.<\/p>\n

Elliot said the state Attorney General’s office, which defended the law during a recent trial, didn’t provide “conclusive proof” that non-citizens were regularly voting in New Hampshire elections. She pointed to testimony during the trial that only one person in 26 years has been charged with voter fraud, while a few people with permanent resident cards were allowed to vote due to confusion by local clerks.<\/b><\/p>\n

“Such miniscule numbers strongly undercut any legitimate concern about election integrity vis-\u00e0-vis noncitizen voting and, consequently, the state\u2019s interest in addressing it,\u201d Elliott wrote.<\/b><\/p>\n

Has anyone explained to this incompetent bitch that even one is to many? And just because no one has been caught doesn\u2019t mean it hasn\u2019t happened.<\/p>\n

“New Hampshire\u2019s elections have always been safe, secure, and accurate \u2013 and this law could have unconstitutionally and needlessly prevented thousands of eligible voters from casting a ballot,” Henry Klementowicz, deputy legal director of the ACLU of New Hampshire, said in a statement. “Making it harder to vote is a clear attack on one of our most fundamental of rights, and this law is consigned to the dustbin of history where it belongs.”<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

What needs to be tossed into the dustbin of history is the ACLU. They are and always have been a communist front organization, going back to the days of their founding. They were set up to use America\u2019s own laws against the United States and speed it\u2019s downfall and eventual incorporation into the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Of course, that plan fell apart in the 90\u2019s when the USSR itself collapsed.<\/p>\n

The 2024 law, signed by then-Gov. Chris Sununu, requires people who are registering to vote in New Hampshire for the first time on Election Day to provide proof of identification within seven days of casting a ballot.<\/b><\/p>\n

There is a reason for this. New Hampshire doesn\u2019t use provisional ballots. We use Same Day Registration. There is an issue with same day registration. It can be gamed. I have seen people registering to vote and taking a ballot who I think may not have been residents of New Hampshire. (The hint was the car they drove off in having Massachusetts plates)<\/p>\n

Republicans who backed the creation of the new affidavit ballots say the intent is to prevent voter fraud and instill more confidence in the state’s election system.<\/b><\/p>\n

And that is a noble goal. There have been issues in past elections where votes were flipped<\/a> when they were being cast electronically.<\/p>\n

In 2021, New Hampshire’s Supreme Court struck down a four-year old law requiring voters to show additional proof of identity if they register shortly before an election.<\/b><\/p>\n

I have a vague memory of that case, but I don\u2019t know much about it. The ruling came after the Tainted Election of 2020, and I\u2019m not always thrilled with the NH Supreme Court. (My father once said that if those judges weren\u2019t brought inside when it rains, they would drown because the wouldn\u2019t remember to close their mouths and look down)<\/p>\n

In the ruling, the justices wrote that they agreed with the lower court rulings that the law “imposes unreasonable burdens on the right to vote” and that lawyers for the state failed to demonstrate that the law was related to an “important governmental objective.”<\/b><\/p>\n

The law required voters to show additional proof of identification if they registered within 30 days of a federal, state or local election.<\/b><\/p>\n

And I don\u2019t have a problem with that. Of course, Liberals, Democrats and Communists do since it blocks their ability to cheat and steal elections.<\/p>\n

Democrats passed a law repealing the changes in 2019, when they had control of the Legislature, but Sununu vetoed it.<\/b><\/p>\n

That was a dark period in New Hampshire\u2019s history. The Democrats were doing their best to turn New Hampshire into Massachusetts North. There were repeated protests over a lot of their planned legislation, (All unconstitutional, both at the state and federal level), and not a few people loudly reminded the morons at New Hampshire\u2019s Article 10 in our State Constitution.<\/p>\n

Thanks to an out of control judicial branch, and their \u201cAbsolute Immunity,\u201d I fear that we are headed to good people being forced to do bad things to save the nation. It\u2019s idiot rulings like this one that push people more and more to considering \u201cFlipping the Switch.\u201d<\/p>\n

That is something we do not want to do , and at this point, we have other means available to deal with these corrupt libtarded judges. We just need congress to get off their dead asses and fix the problem. Perhaps we should start asking candidates what they intend to do about these courts that seem to think they are the ones running the country.<\/p>\n
