This all goes back to the Tainted Election of 2020 and President Trump and his team trying to figure out where all these votes came from for Dementia Joe Biden. Arizona, especially Maricopa County, had some rather interesting issues. Recently, the FBI went in with warrants and seized election records going back to 2020 in Maricopa and other counties.<\/p>\n

However, both the Govno and the Attorney General, besides being classic Karens, are also hard left Democrats who may have a few issues of their own with how they were elected. In response to the 2020 election, the Attorney General decided to indict President Trump’s team and others. That case was tossed out, but she has announced she is going to do it again. Here are the details from Politico<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes plans to seek a new indictment against allies of President Donald Trump who aided his quest to overturn the 2020 election, her office said Thursday after the state\u2019s high court shot down an effort to revive her sprawling first indictment<\/a> against them.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Arizona Attorney General\u2019s Office will return this case to the grand jury,\u201d Mayes spokesperson Richie Taylor said. \u201cWe decline to comment further at this time.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

The announcement by Mayes, a Democrat, came moments after the Arizona Supreme Court publicly revealed a June 2 decision<\/a> to deny Mayes\u2019 bid to revive the case against some of Trump\u2019s top allies<\/a>, which was dismissed over a judge\u2019s finding that there was a defect in the grand jury indictment.<\/b><\/p>\n

The brief, unexplained decision<\/a> closed the book on a two-year-old case that threatened some of Trump\u2019s closest allies, including former chief of staff Mark Meadows, attorneys Rudy Giuliani and John Eastman and nearly a dozen GOP activists who falsely claimed to be legitimate presidential electors despite Trump\u2019s defeat in the state. Trump himself was named by the unusually aggressive grand jury<\/a> as an unindicted co-conspirator.<\/b><\/p>\n

I remember this case, but only vaguely. As I recall, President Trump and his team were trying to get the courts to look into all the obvious discrepancies. Since time was an issue, a number of people were nominated as Republican electors who would be seated IF needed. Of course, we know the courts did everything they could to avoid doing their jobs and the substitute electors were never called or seated.<\/p>\n

The judge overseeing the case tossed it last year after finding that Mayes\u2019 prosecutors failed to present the original grand jury with the precise text of the law that Trump\u2019s allies were accused of seeking to violate. In November, <\/b>Mayes asked the Arizona Supreme Court <\/b><\/a>to reverse the lower-court rulings.<\/b><\/p>\n

That isn\u2019t a technicality, that was an indication that Mayes was literally making up the charges and they had no basis in law to begin with.<\/p>\n

The charges alleged that Trump and his allies conspired to corrupt the election results in Arizona and disenfranchise millions of voters in the state. The charges included fraud and forgery that culminated in the transmission of a slate of false presidential electors to Congress in an effort supervised by key members of the Trump campaign.<\/b><\/p>\n

This was the very same thing that Fatass Fani Willis tried in Georgia. That case blew up in her face and she was removed from it, along with her entire office. All charges were dropped and since then the FBI has raided the Fulton County elections offices and seized all their records. It\u2019s also come out that a few hundred thousand votes were counted that couldn\u2019t actually be verified. It doesn\u2019t look like Kris Mayes hasn\u2019t been paying attention.<\/p>\n

If she goes through with this Lawfare garbage again, I suspect that the Department of Justice is going to asking her and the Govno some very pointed questions of their own. The current govno, Katie Hobb\u2019s own election was questionable. Someone should tell Mayes that she would be well advised to forget the whole thing lest it explode in her face the same way it did for Fani Willis.<\/p>\n
