Good day all. The Supreme Court is currently releasing the last decisions for the current session. One of the decisions concerned Temporary Protect Status or TPS for certain groups. The reason for the decision was simple. President Trump revoked it and the left sued to keep it.<\/p>\n

The Supreme Court ruled that President Trump could cancel TPS. As expected the Libtards were not happy, and this included Alexandria Occasional-Cortex. She said that the decision was a \u201cBetrayal of the voters.\u201d Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez,<\/a> D-N.Y., accused President Donald Trump of a “betrayal” after the Supreme Court handed his administration a pair of immigration wins involving Temporary Protected Status and asylum claims.<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Supreme Court on Thursday allowed the Trump administration to end Temporary Protected Status,<\/a> or TPS, for Haitian and Syrian migrants, clearing the way for the administration to remove legal protections that have allowed many Haitians to remain and work in the U.S. since Haiti\u2019s 2010 earthquake and many Syrians since the country\u2019s civil war prompted a TPS designation in 2012.<\/b><\/p>\n

The issue here is that all of these people considered TPS to be a permanent solution. While this may be what the Democrats thought, and treated it as, it was never intended to be this way. Once the situation that caused the declaration of Temporary Protect Status for some groups was resolved, it should have ended and those here under it, sent home.<\/p>\n

Ocasio-Cortez told Fox News Digital the TPS decision targets the very people Trump supporters were told would not be the focus of his aggressive immigration deportation agenda.<\/b><\/p>\n

“I think it’s really sad because these decisions are targeting exactly the kind of people that Republican voters said that they did not want targeted in the Trump administration’s immigration policy,” Ocasio-Cortez said.<\/b><\/p>\n

She argued the ruling marked “a reversal of President Trump’s promise to only go after, quote unquote, criminals and rapists.”<\/b><\/p>\n

No you idiot. He said and a large majority of Americans, and quite a few legal resident aliens want everyone who didn\u2019t go through the legal process to come to America shipped out.<\/p>\n

“This decision to overturn TPS targets nurses, it targets health care workers, it targets domestic workers, cleaners, people who work in restaurants,” she said, calling it “a real betrayal of President Trump’s promise.”<\/b><\/p>\n

Ocasio-Cortez also argued the ruling would hurt U.S. citizens by raising prices, making it harder to find workers, while also breaking up longstanding communities. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Temporary Protected Status was always meant to be temporary,” White House deputy press secretary Abigail Jackson said on Thursday.<\/a> “It was never meant to be a pathway to permanent status or citizenship…our asylum system, for years, has been abused and exploited by bad actors…this ruling is a step in the right direction towards clearing up our asylum system and making sure that people can’t enter our country who shouldn’t be here \u2014 and that people who are here, who shouldn’t be here, should be deported.”<\/b><\/p>\n

Asked what Democrats\u2019 next step would be on TPS, House Democratic Caucus Chair Rep. Pete Aguilar, D-Calif pointed to legislation<\/a> he said Democrats forced through the House by discharge petition.<\/b><\/p>\n

“Democrats led legislation in order to bring certainty to that. It’s sitting over in the Senate<\/a>,” Aguilar said. “We forced a discharge petition, and were successful because we believe in governing.”<\/b><\/p>\n

No you corrupt commie, you don\u2019t believe in governing. You believe in ruling.<\/p>\n

Aguilar appeared to be referring to House-passed legislation aimed at extending TPS<\/a> protections for Haitians.<\/b><\/p>\n

Rep. Shomari Figures, D-Ala. defended TPS for Haiti, citing natural disasters, political instability and violence.<\/b><\/p>\n

“There’s not a country that I think TPS is designed at its core that’s more deserving of that than the situations we currently see in Haiti,” Figures said.<\/b><\/p>\n

There are plenty of countries more deserving. Haiti is a basket case and has been for centuries. However, I and millions of other Americans are tired of taking in the world\u2019s garbage. The Democrat Party has been importing this trash for years with an eye to replacing their traditional voting base. Why? The traditional voting base is finally wising up to what the Democrats want and are walking away.<\/p>\n

The Supreme Court has done the correct thing for once. You do not have a right to immigrate to the United States. It is a privilege. AOC and the other Democrats think that the entire world has the right to come to American and loot the taxpayers. Americans, Native born, Naturalized and lawful Resident Aliens have pretty much had it with people scamming the system. This is exactly why President Trump was elected in 2016 and reelected in 2024. You don\u2019t like it?<\/p>\n
