Good day all. I\u2019ve written about that pack of corrupt clowns known as the International Criminal Court<\/a>, (ICC<\/a>). They have long thought that they were in charge of the world, and that national sovereignty and national courts of justice were subordinate to them.<\/p>\n

Initially, Bill \u201cBubba Horndog\u201d Clinton signed the Rome Statute, but it was never submitted to Congress for ratification. (Probably due to not having a chance in Hell of being ratified) In 2002, President Bush withdrew the signature<\/a> and told the ICC to pound sand. However, the ICC has not been able to take the hints we have provided.<\/p>\n

The first such hint was the American Servicemembers’ Protection Act<\/a>, also known as the \u201cInvade the Hague Act.\u201d This was passed and signed into law by President Bush in response to the ICC\u2019s attempting to put American soldiers on trial. That act basically gave the president authority to use whatever means were needed to secure the immediate release of any American put on trial at the ICC.<\/p>\n

The ICC has continued their attempts to impose their \u201cauthority\u201d on the United States. This has led Secretary of State to \u201cRemind\u201d them that we are not a part of the Rome Statute and that we do not recognize the ICC. Here are the details from Newsmax<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Secretary of State Marco Rubio is calling for a global campaign to dismantle the International Criminal Court, arguing the tribunal has become a threat to U.S. sovereignty by claiming authority to prosecute American troops, law enforcement officers, and elected officials.<\/b><\/p>\n

In a Wall Street Journal<\/a> opinion column published Monday, Rubio said the Trump administration is launching a diplomatic effort to persuade allies to reject the ICC’s authority, warning that the court has evolved far beyond its original purpose.<\/b><\/p>\n

“The ICC and its allies seek a standing world tribunal with near-unlimited reach,” Rubio wrote, arguing the court is trying to override the U.S. Constitution and American courts by asserting jurisdiction over U.S. citizens despite America never ratifying the Rome Statute establishing the tribunal.<\/b><\/p>\n
