Good day all. Recently, President Trump ended the Temporary Protected Status for a number of foreign groups. One of these are people from Ethiopia. This comes after the Supreme Court ruled that the lower courts don\u2019t have the authority to block this.<\/p>\n

However, in a clear case of Judicial mutiny, a Biden Judge has issued an order blocking the removal of TPS. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n A Biden-appointed federal judge<\/a> on Friday became the second jurist in Massachusetts to block the Trump administration’s effort to end temporary protected status for migrant groups, fueling a growing clash over whether lower courts are ignoring a recent Supreme Court ruling that narrowed their authority over such decisions.<\/b><\/p>\n The second judge? I don\u2019t recall who the first one was, but without question, it was another COB judge.<\/p>\n U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy of the District of Massachusetts issued an administrative stay in African Communities Together v. Mullin, temporarily preserving TPS protections for Ethiopian nationals while the court considers whether plaintiffs may pursue constitutional claims<\/a> in light of the Supreme Court’s June ruling.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n One small problem with this. The Supreme Court has already ruled on this and told idiots like Murphy to knock it off.<\/p>\n In a 6-3 decision in Mullin v. Doe, the Supreme Court significantly narrowed lower courts’ authority to block DHS decisions designating or terminating TPS<\/a>.<\/b><\/p>\n It\u2019s obvious that this jumped up judicial tyrant doesn\u2019t care what the Supreme Court said. In fact most of the COB judges are doing everything thee can to thwart SCOTUS.<\/p>\n Murphy’s ruling drew a swift response from DHS General Counsel James Percival, who accused him of “mutiny” against the Supreme Court and revived criticism of the judge’s May 2025 order halting a deportation flight<\/a> to South Sudan.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n That is exactly what it is. Obviously, I haven\u2019t looked at the case details. Frankly, I doubt I would fully understand them since I don\u2019t speak legalese.<\/p>\n DHS blamed Murphy for leaving ICE officers stranded at a U.S. military base in Djibouti, where officials said they faced malaria exposure and the threat of rocket attacks from terrorist groups in neighboring Yemen.<\/b><\/p>\n “Remember when that district judge rerouted a plane with child rapists headed for South Sudan? The judge made ICE land in Djibouti to face Malaria and terrorist rocket attacks from Yemen,” Percival wrote on X. “Fun fact: it was the very same Judge Brian Murphy who entered a lawless TPS order today!”<\/b><\/p>\n This judicial thug doesn\u2019t care that he put Americans at risk. He also doesn\u2019t care that the Supreme Court has already said no to the stunts he\u2019s pulling.<\/p>\n Earlier this year, Murphy sided with the challengers, granting their motion to postpone DHS’s termination of Ethiopia’s TPS designation after finding they were likely to succeed on claims that the department failed to follow the procedures Congress established for ending TPS.<\/b><\/p>\n Obviously, they weren\u2019t likely to succeed. While I don\u2019t have the details on how TPS works, one thing is certain. The operative word is \u201cTEMPORARY.\u201d I believe that President Trump tried doing this in his first term and ran into scumbags like this judge. Unlike Liberals, he learns and I have no doubt he followed the process. Then, we have the Supreme Court\u2019s ruling on all this.<\/p>\n But litigation was upended on June 25 after the Supreme Court ruled in Mullin v. Doe that lower courts generally cannot hear Administrative Procedure Act challenges to DHS decisions designating or terminating TPS. Since the Administrative Procedure Act formed the legal backbone of the plaintiffs’ challenge, the Trump administration argued Murphy’s injunction had been undermined and should be lifted.<\/b><\/p>\n But, as usual, those idiots on the Supreme Court left a loophole.<\/p>\n However, the Supreme Court left open whether constitutional claims<\/a> could still proceed, leading the plaintiffs to revise their complaint to focus on those arguments.<\/b><\/p>\n Murphy’s ruling comes just hours after another judge in the District of Massachusetts, Senior U.S. District Judge Patti Saris, temporarily halted the Trump administration’s effort to terminate TPS for South Sudan<\/a>.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n I looked up this judge. Not surprisingly, she is an Obama judge.<\/p>\n Saris issued an administrative stay preserving protections while she considers whether plaintiffs may amend their lawsuit following the Supreme Court’s ruling. Like the Ethiopia case, the South Sudan challenge was brought by African Communities Together along with individual TPS holders.<\/b><\/p>\n Saris said her order was simply meant to temporarily maintain the status quo while the court considers the case and was “not a ruling on the merits.”<\/b><\/p>\n Oh she was ruling on the merits and in her twisted, left wing brain, the plaintiff should continue staying in the United States and robbing the taxpayers blind.<\/p>\n The tandem rulings led to calls for the Trump administration to ignore the lower court’s ruling<\/a>.<\/b><\/p>\n “These Democrat operatives in robes do not have the power to do this,” Mike Davis, a conservative legal activist and founder of the Article III Project, wrote on X. “The Supreme Court just made that crystal clear. So it’s time to ignore these clearly lawless orders.”<\/b><\/p>\n “These puny little district court judges have been overruled so many times by the supreme court, especially on immigration, I think it’s time for the president to take his constitutional oath seriously, and ignore them,” Ann Coulter, a conservative political commentator, wrote on X.<\/b><\/p>\n While I agree with this sentiment, politically it would be a bit of a nightmare right now. After the election, that\u2019s an entirely different matter. Depending on how the midterms go, President Trump will have a friendly congress or the Communists will take over and about 10 minutes after the swearing in has been completed, start impeaching President Trump again.<\/p>\n Murphy has repeatedly clashed with the Supreme Court over the Trump administration’s immigration policies, with the justices twice siding with the administration in its challenge to his orders restricting deportations of illegal aliens to countries that are not their homelands.<\/b><\/p>\n I\u2019ve read comments that this is something that Chief Justice Roberts can and should do something about. The problem is, Roberts is a spineless wimp. He\u2019s repeatedly made it known that he wants to preserve the reputation of the Courts, failing to understand that the all important reputation has long since been trashed, primarily by all the COB judges.<\/p>\n There is no question that the United States is on the cusp of a massive constitutional crises. While the Democrats will say, as usual, that it\u2019s President Trump and the Republicans fault, anyone with a functioning brain knows who is really at fault. Granted, judges make mistakes. Good judges learn from their mistakes. They will also explain their reasoning in detail. Bad judges, which the majority are COB judges, don\u2019t learn from their mistakes. The double down on them. It\u2019s long past time to remove or restrict these judicial tyrants by whatever lawful means is available.<\/p>\n As I finished this, the appeals court has overturned this<\/a>. Surprisingly, it was the “Worst” Circuit which is mostly COB judges.
