This was after he was declared insane. Why the DA didn\u2019t fight this initially is a question many people are asking. Now if you look at the history of this clown, you will see why.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Toshpulodzoda had been found not guilty by reason of insanity (NGRI) in the killing of Mohammad Hemmatian but was still granted the equivalent of a day pass twice \u2014 once to travel 20 miles to Washington, D.C., to obtain a passport and again in July to stay at an apartment furnished through a Fairfax County program \u2014 despite being under county supervision.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/eyerolll-brain.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-39293\" src=\"https:\/\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/eyerolll-brain.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"290\" height=\"295\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Some supervision. Why was this criminal allowed out in the first place, and why was he allowed anywhere near his embassy? Were the Fairfax County prosecutors sampling the contents of the latest drug raid stored in the evidence room?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Former Virginia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/politics\/attorney-general\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Attorney General Jason Miyares<\/a> criticized Fairfax County Commonwealth\u2019s Attorney Steve Descano for failing to recognize what Miyares described as the danger of allowing Toshpulodzoda to obtain a passport.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>&#8220;A judge said no, Virginia authorities said yes anyway,&#8221; Miyares said in a statement. Descano has faced criticism for years over his prosecution of cases involving illegal immigrants and foreign nationals.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>From what I\u2019ve heard, this bozo is the Larry Krasner of Virginia. He will move to protect illegal aliens at the expense of the citizens of Virginia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>&#8220;Fairfax\u2019s Steve Descano supported a violent, committed man accused of killing his landlord to obtain a passport. The passport request should have been the five-alarm fire, but instead it was ignored and he was allowed to walk out of a mental facility and flee the country. This is an unconscionable level of incompetence,&#8221; Miyares added.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Incompetence are was this just another move by a Soros DA to destroy the country and allow criminals free reign to terrorize honest Americans and legal resident aliens?<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"https:\/\/i.pinimg.com\/736x\/12\/9c\/45\/129c45849175cb9b561e1e42e211e381.jpg\" width=\"452\" height=\"254\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Descano\u2019s office confirmed it &#8220;did not oppose&#8221; Toshpulodzoda taking an &#8220;escorted visit&#8221; outside the confines of NVMHI to obtain &#8220;updated documentation from the [Tajik] embassy.&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>&#8220;[B]ut, that is not indicative of our position on community release [itself],&#8221; a Descano spokeswoman said.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>And that is a load of horse manure. Did it ever enter any of your empty, pointed heads that once this criminal went into the embassy, he was now out of American control? Embassies are considered foreign territory. That he came back out is amazing all on it\u2019s own.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Descano\u2019s prosecutor, Claiborne Richardson, and Toshpulodzoda\u2019s attorney, Amy Jordan, jointly requested and received court permission for Toshpulodzoda to travel to Washington, D.C., with institute staff on May 29, 2024, according to court documents.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Apparently, no one with the state\u2019s law enforcement system, including these incompetent fuck ups on the prosecutor\u2019s office even considered sending a cop along to keep an eye on this murderer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>A DHS spokesperson said in a statement that Toshpulodzoda\u2019s departure was the &#8220;ultimate compliance of his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/us-state-department-has-yanked-more-than-175k-visas-under-trump-administration-so-far\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">final removal order<\/a>&#8221; placed on him after an immigration judge ordered him removed on June 24.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Yeah, I think the DHS would have preferred that this criminal die in prison, preferably with a needle in his arm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Conservative columnist and Fairfax resident Tim Carney similarly tweeted that &#8220;my local prosecutor Steve Descano has a unique deportation policy.&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>&#8220;He endorsed giving an accused murderer, who was deemed insane, permission to travel to DC to get a passport. The accused murderer, on weekend leave, then hopped on a plane and fled to Asia.&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>This is a far cry from this dirt bag\u2019s usual policies. He moves heaven and earth to make it impossible for ICE to pick up and remove illegals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Virginia authorities have issued a warrant for Toshpulodzoda\u2019s arrest if he returns to the U.S.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Oh big whoop. This clown is never coming back to the United States, He\u2019s currently laughing his head off at pulling the wool over the eyes of the prosecutors and judges. That murderer was a crazy as a fox.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>According to several reports, Toshpulodzoda admitted to Fairfax authorities that he killed Hemmatian but was later found NGRI and institutionalized.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>As far as I\u2019m concerned, the insanity defense is, in 99% of the cases, a complete crock of shit. Everything I\u2019ve rad and heard about the Fairfax County Commonwealth&#8217;s Attorney Steve Descano, he should be removed from office and disbarred. He is a danger to innocent people in that county. I asked Grok if it was possible to remove this idiot besides convicting him of a crime. Instead, removal is handled primarily through a court petition process under Virginia Code Title 24.2, Article 7, or automatic forfeiture for certain convictions.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>1. Court Removal by Petition (Virginia Code \u00a7 24.2-233)This is the main citizen-initiated process for elected officers, including Commonwealth\u2019s Attorneys. A circuit court may remove the officer for: Neglect of a clear ministerial duty of the office, misuse of the office, or incompetence in performing the duties of the office, when that conduct has a material adverse effect on the conduct of the office.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Well, I think this case definitely fits this definition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Certain misdemeanor convictions (after all appeals are exhausted) that have a material adverse effect on the office, including specified drug-related offenses, hate crimes, sexual battery, attempted sexual battery, peeping, certain consensual sexual activity with a child 15+, or indecent exposure.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Key steps: File a petition (on a form prescribed by the State Board of Elections) that states the grounds in reasonable detail. It must be signed under penalty of perjury by registered voters residing in the officer\u2019s jurisdiction equal to at least 10% of the total votes cast in the last election for that office.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t think this incel loser has tried to force himself on anyone, especially a 15 year old, so I don\u2019t think this part is applicable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>The process is strictly construed by courts as highly penal in nature.
