Good day all. For the last year or so, we have been seeing more and more stories of noncitizens on the voting rolls and some of them actually voting. Those on the rolls are usually surprised that they\u2019re registered and quickly move to have their names removed. The issue is the ones who vote knowing it was illegal to do so.<\/p>\n

Or at least it was illegal. On October 1st<\/sup>, 2026, a Federal Judge in Florida threw out the charges against a foreign national accused of voting in an election. Here are the details from the Epoch Times<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A federal judge on Oct. 1 threw out a case against a Jamaican woman who voted in a U.S. federal election, finding that the law that prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections is unconstitutional.<\/b><\/p>\n

Oh this should be good. Actually, this is very bad and I want to see what this moron\u2019s reasoning is, that is, if he even has the capacity for logical reasoning.<\/p>\n

U.S. District Judge David Leibowitz in Florida said<\/a> in a 31-page opinion that Congress lacked the authority to pass the law, which makes it \u201cunlawful for any alien to vote in any election\u201d involving a federal candidate and opens them up to one year in prison for each violation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThe text, structure, and original public meaning of the Constitution show that Congress does not have the constitutional power to enact this statute. The best reading of the actual statute that underpins this criminal case yields an inescapable conclusion: 18 U.S.C. \u00a7 611 is a voter qualification statute, and the Constitution does not authorize Congress to legislate voter qualifications for federal elections,\u201d Leibowitz said.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cExcept for very specific constitutional provisions (that cannot support this statute; we will go through them), Congress has no power to say who can vote or who cannot vote in federal elections\u2014that foundational power is reserved for the States, and limits Congress.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

I looked up this traitor, and yes, I am calling this leftist scumbag a traitor. It won\u2019t surprise you at all who appointed this walking piece of human debris.<\/p>\n

Obviously, the DoJ is trying to figure out their next steps.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe deeply disagree with the ruling and are evaluating our potential options including appeal,\u201d a Department of Justice spokeswoman told The Epoch Times in an email.<\/b><\/p>\n

This has to be appealed at the very least. What also needs to be done is removing this person from the bench. If I were the united States Attorney, or the Attorney General, I would look into having him indicted, charged and put on trial and yes, I would consider a charge of treason to be appropriate in these circumstances. I do believe he is working to overthrow the Constitution of the United States and the government of the United States. In any case, there is plenty of precedent that this commie judge flat out ignored.<\/p>\n

Government lawyers disagreed, writing<\/a> in a filing that \u201cState governments have initial and principal authority for administering elections within their jurisdictions, but the Supreme Court has recognized that the Constitution provides that the federal government maintains authority over elections, including guarding the safety and integrity of congressional elections.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

The lawyers pointed to a 1932 decision known as Smiley v. Holm, in which the nation\u2019s top court held that the Constitution gave Congress the authority to \u201c supplement \u2026 state regulations\u201d regarding elections and impose \u201cadditional penalties for the violation of the state laws or provide independent sanctions.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Once again we have another Leftard Judicial activist who is abusing his office to help the Democrat Party, and by extension, the Democrat Socialists of America, literally destroy the rule of law, the Constitution and the United States of America. We have now reached the point where the administration will have no choice but to take direct action against these black robed tyrants.
