Leon Panetta is the Secretary of Defense. Before that he was head of the CIA. Before that, he was a member of Congress from California. Today he is blaming Israel for not caving in to the demands of the Arabs.<\/p>\n

Panetta has always been a left wing twerp. Believe it or not, he once was a Repulican, but left the party because, in his opinion, they weren\u2019t embracing Marxism<\/em><\/span> moving to the right. Recently he opined that Israel needed to \u201cMend fences\u201d and get peace talks started again.<\/p>\n

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta urged Israel on Friday to “reach out and mend fences” with Turkey, Egypt and other security partners in the Middle East, saying he is troubled by the Jewish state’s growing isolation in the volatile region.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Gee, why do you think Israel is having problems with the Islamic world? Could it be that they want to exterminate the Israelis and obliterate Israel?<\/p>\n

He also pressed Israeli leaders to do more to restart peace talks with the Palestinians — “Just get to the damned table” In a speech at a Brookings Institution forum, Panetta said that while Israel is not solely responsible for its isolation, it could more actively attempt to reverse the trend.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And what would you have them do Secretary Panetta?<\/p>\n

“For example, Israel can reach out and mend fences with those who share an interest in regional stability — countries like Turkey and Egypt, as well as Jordan,” he said. “This is not impossible. If the gestures are rebuked, the world will see those rebukes for what they are. And that is exactly why Israel should pursue them.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Again you stupid moron, exactly how should the Israelis Mend Fences as you put it? Give up the Golan Heights? Unilaterally disarm? Convert to Islam en mass?<\/p>\n

He urged the Israelis to address their concerns about Egypt’s political revolution through increased communication and cooperation with Egyptian authorities, “not by stepping away from them.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

That would be rather hard to accomplish since the Egyptians attacked the Israeli embassy forcing the Israelis to evacuate it so they don\u2019t get slaughtered.<\/p>\n

Panetta is typical of the leftards in general and of the Obama administration in particular. They detest Jews and Israel and want them to go away. Lets not forget Obama confidant Samantha Powers who has called for a multinational force to invade Israel and forcibly disarm them ((Obama throws Israel under the bus<\/a>))<\/p>\n

Pat gets it right. The left in this country is as antisemitic as the Nazis were and have no problem seeing the nation of Israel destroyed and it\u2019s people exterminated. Isn\u2019t it interesting that some of Israel\u2019s greatest supporters are the Evangelical Christians? You would think they would be all for Jews being wiped out. Instead they are Israel\u2019s biggest supporters.<\/p>\n

You might wonder why. The answer is simple. Auschwitz, Dachau, Bergan-Belsen, Treblinka, etc. Like the Israelis, they also mean it when they say \u201cNever Again!\u201d<\/p>\n
