\"\"<\/a>Good day all. Once again, The SCoaMF is planning to ignore a few little details and issue an executive order about something. Those few little details? That would be the Constitution of the United States, The separation of powers, the United State Legal code.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In this case, Obama has decided he wants to impose the Senate cybersecurity bill ((Senate bill S.3414)) by Executive Order after it was defeated by Congress. In other words, Adolph Stalin Obama is once again ruling by decree.<\/p>\n

Now I don\u2019t know the details of this bill, but my general feeling is, if Obama wants it, it must be bad. From what little I do know, it\u2019s just another liberal feel good imposition on the private sector. The story about this is in The Hill<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Senate Republicans recently blocked cybersecurity legislation, but the issue might not be dead after all.<\/p>\n

The White House hasn’t ruled out issuing an executive order to strengthen the nation’s defenses against cyber attacks if Congress refuses to act.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So Der Fubar has announced that he is going to do what he pleases and the hell with the constitution and the rule of law. I am so totally not surprised by this. The Chief SCoaMF propagandist had this to say:<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the wake of Congressional inaction and Republican stall tactics, unfortunately, we will continue to be hamstrung by outdated and inadequate statutory authorities that the legislation would have fixed,” White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said in an emailed response to whether the president is considering a cybersecurity order.<\/p>\n

“Moving forward, the President is determined to do absolutely everything we can to better protect our nation against today\u2019s cyber threats and we will do that,” Carney said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

That moron doesn\u2019t have a clue about securing networks and systems. If he wants this, it must be to use it as a means of controlling or preventing communications by those who are opposed to him.<\/p>\n

The president urged Congress to pass the Cybersecurity Act, which was offered by Sens. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) and Susan Collins (R-Maine). The bill would have encouraged private companies and the government to share information about cyber threats and would have required critical infrastructure operators to meet minimum cybersecurity standards.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Well now, let\u2019s take a look at this. First, Lieberman and Collins. Those two don\u2019t even know how to use computers. Collins, a RINO from Maine, makes a potato look like Einstein. Lieberman has a long history of trying to suppress free speech on the Internet ((Lieberman Internet Freedom<\/a>)). This bill, if it had become law, would probably loaded down companies with yet more expenses.<\/p>\n

But Senate Republicans, led by Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), worried the bill would burden businesses with unnecessary and ineffective regulations.<\/p>\n

The bill’s sponsors watered down the regulatory provisions, replacing the security mandates with voluntary incentives, but that wasn’t enough to win over Republicans. The bill mustered 52 votes in the Senate, well short of the 60 needed to overcome a filibuster.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Now you have to understand that about 98% of the members of congress are technologically illiterate. They don\u2019t understand how computers work and think that the Internet is a series of tubes ((Series of tubes<\/a>)). What they do understand is that the Internet is proving to be a threat to their comfortable lives as part of the ruling elites. However, a number of the Ruling Elites have been retired of late due to ill health. The voters are sick of them.<\/p>\n

Of course, never let it be said that Obama will take no for an answer.<\/p>\n

If Obama issues an order on cybersecurity, it wouldn’t be the first time that his administration has resorted to executive action to bypass Congress.<\/p>\n

Obama uses the slogan “we can’t wait” to argue that some issues are too important to be allowed to stall in Congress.<\/p>\n

When lawmakers refused to pass the Dream Act to give legal status to students brought to the country illegally, the administration announced that it would stop deporting young immigrants who would have been eligible to stay under the bill.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

That was another case of Der Fubar ignoring the law and the will of the peons<\/em><\/span> people. Now there are things that should and do need to be done. However, having either Congress or the regulatory agencies come up with their idea of fixing the issues is doomed to complete failure. Just like all their other \u201cTop down, One Size Fits All\u201d government mandates.<\/p>\n

Republicans have already accused President Obama of making illegal power grabs with his previous executive actions, and a cybersecurity order would likely elicit similar howls of disapproval.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I have an idea! How about impeaching the bastard? Oh, that would require a few things, like congressional leaders with testicles and a spine, and a Democrat party that hadn\u2019t sunk into the same pits of corruption and power seeking that the Communists, Fascists, Authoritarians and Nazi\u2019s dug out last century. I will say that Susan Collins isn\u2019t to happy with Der Fubar\u2019s plan to seize ultimate power<\/em><\/span> issue an Executive order.<\/p>\n

Although Sen. Collins was frustrated by the defeat of her bill, she reacted coolly to the idea of the president bypassing Congress.<\/p>\n

“I’m not for doing by executive order what should be done by legislation,” she said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Dianne Feinstein, however, is perfectly happy with Der Fubar ignoring the rule of law and the Constitutional separation of Powers.<\/p>\n

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), one of the main co-sponsors of the Cybersecurity Act, said she prefers that Congress address the problem, but she is open to presidential action if Congress fails.<\/p>\n

“I suppose if we can’t, the answer would be yes,” she said when asked whether she would support an executive order.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Big surprise there. DiFi, as she is known, is your typical totalitarian. Utterly corrupt and couldn\u2019t care less about anyone not in her circle. Frankly, she and a number of others in Congress, Both houses and both sides of the aisle need to be investigated for criminal activities. A general all around house cleaning, (No pun intended), is needed. Voting the bastards out in November will be a good start.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n
