Last week, Paul Ryan and Joe Biden sat down to debate the issues. While Paul Ryan tried to address the issues, Joe Biden was doing his impression of a braying jackass. His idea of debating the truly serious issues facing this nation was to laugh and grin like a mentally defective idiot.<\/p>\n
