And has screwed itself royally. Barack Obama has managed to squeak in a second term. Needless to say I\u2019m depressed and frankly very nervous about the next four years. The previous four years have been a disaster economically, and our freedoms and liberty have seriously curtailed.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

On the foreign policy front, the United States has gone from being respected, and to some extent feared, to an outright laughingstock. Our traditional allies can\u2019t rely on us and this administration has aided and abetted those who have proven hostile to us.<\/p>\n

Now how did all this happen? How did the most incompetent and corrupt president in history manage to win a second term? I don\u2019t have a fu**ing clue. Some will say there was massive voter fraud, and I will agree with them. Was it enough to tip the election from Romney to Obama? I really doubt it. It may have tipped a few races further down the ticket though.<\/p>\n

Obama and the Democrats ran one of the dirtiest, meanest campaigns in probably 100+ years. Romney ran a competent establishment campaign, which may have been the problem. I make no secret of my dislike for Romney. Politically, he is a failure and always has been. He is a nice guy, charitable and a competent manager. Politically though, not to good. I won\u2019t rehash my previous remarks on him, you can look them up.<\/p>\n

I will also say his campaign managers were a major issue. Just like what happened with McCain in 2008, this crop wouldn\u2019t slam Obama on his last four years. One of the major issues was Obamacare. This is hated by 60% or more of the people. Romney had the problem of signing into law the Massachusetts version, which damaged his credibility. Even so, he said he would repeal it and do everything he could to stop it from being implemented. It wasn\u2019t enough. He should have hammered Obama on how bad this was going to be, but he didn\u2019t. In fact, other then the occasional mention of it, Romney said nothing.<\/p>\n

Then there was the Fast&Furious gun walking scandal and more recently the murder of Ambassador Stevens and three others in Benghazi. Obama has flat out lied and stonewalled all investigations into these matters. Attorney General Eric Holder, probably the most corrupt AG since the Nixon administration, (if not in American History), is now the first AG to be held in contempt of Congress. Romney simply wouldn\u2019t bring it up. Most people probably only have a very hazy understanding of the events in question.<\/p>\n

On economic matters, Obama has wasted hundreds of billions of dollars on one failed \u201cGreen\u201d business after another. The $800 billion dollar stimulus was a total bust and more money down the drain. We have been running $1 trillion dollar deficits for 4 years with no end in sight. On January 1st<\/sup>, the most massive tax hike in American history will kick in. Your average taxpayer can expect anywhere between a $1000-$3000 haircut from their paychecks. (Probably more) Romney really didn\u2019t talk about it much.<\/p>\n

This was probably the main issue as far as I could tell with Romney. He never, ever released a detailed plan on what he was going to do. He allowed Obama to basically lie through his teeth and Romney didn\u2019t respond.<\/p>\n

So, what do we know now? We know that:<\/p>\n

The Main Stream Media is nothing more than the Propaganda arm for the Democrat party. They aided and abetted in the coverups of many Obama scandals. In a number of cases, they flat out lied to protect Obama.<\/p>\n

Governor Chris Christy of New Jersey has committed political Seppuku ((Seppuku<\/a>)), after the tongue bath he gave Obama last week after Hurricane Sandy. There is no way he can run for President now, and my guess is he will be lucky to win a second term in New Jersey.<\/p>\n

The Establishment Republican Party has once again shown they are, in fact, the Party of Stupid. Romney should never have gotten the nomination. Anyone familiar with how he shifts his political outlook the way Romney does, knew he wasn\u2019t a good choice. (Again see my comments from the primary season)<\/p>\n

Numerous Republican commentators and talking heads showed just how out of touch with reality they are. Most of them are deeply in bed with the Republican Establishment and joined with the Democrats in bashing conservatives and the TEA party groups. Once they had insured that Romney was going to be the nominee, they promptly ignored these people.<\/p>\n

So, what is going to happen now?<\/p>\n

As I mentioned, there is going to be a massive tax hike in a few months. The Republicans in the House of Representatives have tried to fix this, but Obama and the Democrats want to \u201cPunish the rich.\u201d They want to suck money from those who produce things and put it into the hands of government bureaucrats. If they can\u2019t do that, then they will punish everyone.<\/p>\n

Then there is the new regulations coming out. The Coal industry, for all intents and purposes, will be shut down in 2-4 years throwing tens of thousands of people out of work. Coal fired powerplants will be shut down with nothing to replace the lost electrical generation capacity.<\/p>\n

I expect attacks on the oil industry and probably the natural gas industry as well. The \u201cFrakking\u201d process ((Hydraulic fracturing<\/a>)) could be banned outright, which will end gas and oil production using this method. All this will lead to much higher electricity costs and probably rolling blackouts. Most people do not know just how close to the edge we are with regards to energy in this country.<\/p>\n

And don\u2019t forget Obamacare. It will now go into effect. As we have already seen, this is going to be devastating on the healthcare system in the United States. Thanks to the cowardly Chief Justice john Roberts, this unconstitutional law is going to go into effect. We\u2019re now seeing the earliest stages with rationing now beginning for the elderly. It won\u2019t matter if you want and can afford a medical treatment, you won\u2019t be allowed to have it. If you will die? Tough. Bye Bye Granny.<\/p>\n

What do I think might happen in the next four years? Chrystal Ball gazing isn\u2019t my specialty, but I do have the benefit of looking at history. To begin with, we will start seeing an increase in unemployment. A number of companies have been waiting to see what will happen with the election. Now they know. Most of the job creation in this country, irregardless of what Obama and the Democrats think, is done by small businesses. A large number have failed over the last four years, and others have been hanging on by the skin of their teeth. Now? With the new taxes and regulations, many of these small companies will not hire unless they have no other choice, (making fewer workers do more), or they will close their doors. The double hits of increased taxes and regulations will make it impossible for many companies to keep their doors open. So they won\u2019t. We could see unemployment hit 20% or more in a couple of years.<\/p>\n

Inflation is going to skyrocket. Thanks to Ben Bernanke ((Ben Shalom Bernanke<\/a>)) and his policy of printing money, the dollar is rapidly being devalued. This means that your savings are shrinking and the value of your money is less. Under the worst case scenario, this could lead to runaway inflation ala the Wiemar Republic ((Hyperinflation in the Weimar Republic<\/a>)). If you know anything about history, you will know where that led ((Adolf Hitler’s rise to power<\/a>)).<\/p>\n

Then there is the military. Obama and the Democrats detest the United States Armed Forces. With the sequestration that is about to happen, the military will be gutted. Already we are seeing ships being docked and aircraft being grounded. The primary reason is, they are old. The aircraft we are using were designed 40 years ago and are now reaching their end of life. It isn\u2019t just the age of the equipment, it\u2019s the capabilities. We have two aircraft being designed\/deployed to replace the ones we now have. The F22 and the F35. The F22 production has been canceled and the F35 is having major problems. Plans to upgrade the M1 Abrams tank will be canceled and the technicians who would do this, laid off and their skills lost. The USS Enterprise ((USS Enterprise CVN 65<\/a>)) has just completed her final deployment and is being decommissioned. Her reactors are being shut down and the ship will be scrapped. (The cost of converting the ship into a museum is to high. Due to the reactors having to be removed, it would pretty much mean ripping the ship apart anyway) The replacement carriers ((Gerald R. Ford Class<\/a>)) aren\u2019t scheduled to go into service until 2015 at the earliest, and may never be completed if the economy collapses.<\/p>\n

Unless major changes are made, the US Military will be a hollowed out remnant of the force left by Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush. (Bush 1) The costs of rebuilding may be so high, that we won\u2019t be able to. Then hostile powers could force the United States to do it\u2019s will, up to and including occupation. (Absolute worst case scenario)<\/p>\n

Then there is the Middle East. We have to face facts, that thanks to the inept initial handling of Afghanistan by George W. Bush, (Bush 2), and the complete incompetence of Obama, we have lost there. The Taliban is stronger than ever, our forces are fighting with both hands tied behind them and one eye blindfolded. Unless Der Fubar is prepared to go all in, (use overwhelming and massive force), and go after the Taliban and their allies in Pakistan, it\u2019s over and we should pull out.<\/p>\n

Iran is probably within a year of detonating it\u2019s first nuclear weapon, probably less. Iran has made no secret that once it has the Bomb, (in sufficient numbers), and the means to deliver it, they will launch them against Israel. If they can get the weapons into the United States, they will use them here as well. If they manage to hit Israel, it\u2019s all over. Israel will fire back with everything they have and they won\u2019t limit it to Iran. They will his Egypt, Libya, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, pretty much the entire Islamic world. They might not even wait to see if Iran can actually deliver a weapon if they are shown to have one. (Or more)<\/p>\n

If Iran were to smuggle nukes into the United States and set them off, we would lose who knows how many cities and millions of people. Obama, if he survived, might not retaliate. Of course, considering his goal of unilateral nuclear disarmament ((US edging toward decision on new nuclear arms cuts<\/a>)), we wouldn\u2019t be able to in any case.<\/p>\n

Domestically, we will see an outright attack on our constitutional rights. We\u2019ve already seen the initial assaults on the freedom of religion with the Department of health and Human Services mandating that church organizations supply birth control, sterilization and abortion services to people who work for them. This is diametrically opposite the teachings of the Catholic Church as well as many other religions. The churches are already fighting back in the courts, but considering the Roberts decision<\/em><\/span> cave in on Obamacare, I\u2019m not to hopeful. In any case, if the case doesn\u2019t reach the Supreme Court before one or more of the current conservative members retires, or dies, then it\u2019s a forgone conclusion that the court will rule in favor of the government. Without a doubt, the churches will refuse to comply and that will open a very large can of worms.<\/p>\n

Then there is the Second Amendment. For those who don\u2019t know, this is the amendment that guarantees the right to keep and bear arms. (Own guns) Obama hates the serfs<\/em><\/span> citizens having guns. Liberals hate people having guns. (See Mayor Bloomberg\u2019s reason ((After Sandy, Bloomberg refused National Guard\u2019s help because they have guns)) for keeping the National Guard out of NYC after the hurricane) The Heller decision ((District of Columbia v. Heller<\/a>)) reaffirmed our god given right to own guns, but Eric Holder and Barack Obama won\u2019t let that slow them down now. The Fast&Furious debacle was due to their attempt to show that all the guns the Mexican Drug Cartels use are coming from American gun stores. That backfired badly, but with the stonewalling of congress by the Obama administration, look to them unleashing the BATFE on gun stores and gun owners.<\/p>\n

There is also the possibility of criminalizing speech. This, of course, goes against the First Amendment, but Hillary Clinton let slip just what they think of the Free Speech right after the Benghazi disaster. She announced to Charles Wood, a retired Navy SEAL and CIA operator who was killed trying to rescue the consulate staff, that the Obama administration was going to prosecute ((Hillary Promised to Prosecute Filmmaker Behind Incendiary Muslim Movie<\/a>)) the maker of the film that was put on YouTube and was used by the Obama administration as an excuse for the disaster. In what was plainly a politically motivated arrest, the police did haul the producer away on some sort of probation violation. (The guy was no prince) I suspect that if they didn\u2019t have a questionable probation violation, they would have dreamed something else up. Expect to see this happening more and more.<\/p>\n

As I mentioned above, Obama will try to kill the energy sector in this country. Besides what I already mentioned, we can look forward to gas prices hitting $6-$10+ per gallon with all that entails. (Transportation costs for food and other things will skyrocket) On top of that, thanks to the Supreme Court, the Obama administration may use the Obamacare precedent to start forcing Americans to buy government mandated products whether or not we actually want them. If you want to own a truck or big SUV, forget about it. You WILL buy a Chevy Volt from Government Motors or be fined for not doing so. The list of what the Obama Administration might try to do is endless.<\/p>\n

So, what is the worse case scenarios?<\/p>\n

Right off the bat, hyperinflation and massive levels of unemployment are a distinct possibilty. Obama and the Democrats not only don\u2019t have a plan to fix the mess we\u2019re in, they want to down down on it.<\/p>\n

We will probably see some of the states collapse economically and demand that the Federal Government bail them out. Topping that list will be California and Illinois. The money will come from states that have been fiscally responsible and managed to keep their economies from imploding. This will be fought by the states, which could lead to…<\/p>\n

Succession.<\/p>\n

The last time a state tried to leave the Union, we had a civil war. Back then, it was slavery as one of the issues. (Although not the primary reason) This time, it will literally be survival as a free state that may cause some to actively consider breaking up the Union. (I would expect Texas to be the one to lead the way) If all the states that are \u201cDonor\u201d states. (They send more money then get back from the Federal Government), this will cause what remains of the Union to implode.<\/p>\n

Obama and the Democrats might try to force the states back in with military force, which would lead to…<\/p>\n

American Civil War II<\/p>\n

A number of very smart people think we are way overdue for this to happen. The United States is split in a way it hasn\u2019t been since the 1850\u2019s. That war killed 600,000-700,000 people. Today, we would be looking at casualties in the tens of millions, and I think the federal government would lose. There is also the possibility of a \u201cBeirut\u201d type civil war where groups start killing each other. As one person I know estimated, \u201cIt would kill 7 million Moonbats and 1 million Wingnuts.\u201d<\/p>\n

While I do see a possibility of ACW II happening, I think it\u2019s lower down then secession, and that even before states start looking at that, they will look towards a Constitutional Convention first to try and pull back powers usurped by the Federal Government and the bureaucracy. However, the odds of outright shooting have just gone up significantly. However it starts, IF it starts. It will be a surprise to everyone.<\/p>\n

Make no mistake. The United States, thanks to the grasshoppers and sheeple, is now in major trouble. The chances of a full on collapse are far higher today than they were two days ago.<\/p>\n

God help us all because no one else will.<\/p>\n
