U.S. Northeast May Have Coldest Winter in a Decade <\/span><\/strong>
\nThe U.S. Northeast may have the coldest winter in a decade because of a weak El Nino, a warming current in the Pacific Ocean, according to Matt Rogers, a forecaster at Commodity Weather Group.<\/p><\/blockquote>\nOh….joy. \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n
\u201cWeak El Ninos are notorious for cold and snowy weather on the Eastern seaboard,\u201d Rogers said in a Bloomberg Television interview from Washington. \u201cAbout 70 percent to 75 percent of the time a weak El Nino will deliver the goods in terms of above-normal heating demand and cold weather. It\u2019s pretty good odds.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Just great. I’ve been putting off getting the snow blower serviced since it weighs a ton and heaving it into the Angrymobile is a pain in the butt. And then there’s the fun with heating the Angry Domicile.<\/p>\n
We use Natural Gas and this Domicile is an older building. Much as I wanted to buy one with a fire place, there wasn’t anything available in my budget range back then. Mrs. Webmaster is going to be extremely displeased when she returns from China in a few months.<\/p>\n
