Surfers

These people have no respect for the people who swim at the beach or the beach rules for that matter. they are always outside the flags or are in the way of swimmers. they surf in such a way that when in the flags they are usually likely to ram into some poor person's head who doesn't deserve it or they surf so far away from the flags that the life savers have to go out and rescue them when need be and by the time they get back some swimmer has drowned or been knocked out by one of these hell raisers
