Ron

I worked for this guy for a year and I have had it. he is a micro-managing little prick who cares nothing about his employees. he's fat and bald and acts like he is your friend until he gets in a bad mood. then all hell breaks loose and no one can speak or move around without becoming a target. thankfully he is out of the office a lot. its a different place when he isn't there, even the office manager hates him, yet he thinks that we all laugh at his jokes because he is funny. really its because no one wants to get fired because the economy sucks. I just got a new job that pays 2 times as much as Ron was paying me, so thankfully I will be out of there soon.
