Talking turkey on Obamacare

Greetings all. In case you missed it, King Putt and his merry band of Moonbats put out a request to all and sundry to talk about Obamacare and just how wonderful it is.

Now, in accordance with the orders of our Supreme Leader, (From Behind), Der Fubar, I brought it up at our Thanksgiving day dinner. It consisted of “Well, Obama says we have to talk about Obamacare. It sucks.” There was plenty of eye rolling and looks of disgust, not at me, (Except for bringing this turkey up while we were devouring turkey), but for Obamacare.

Needless to say, no one at the table, including me, has any interest in Obamacare and frankly despises it and Obama. However, there appears to have been a few moonbats out there who actually decided to start a major fight over Thanksgiving. Or at least they tried. Here is one example of what happened to a Moonbat who brought it up to her family of Rightwing Teabagger fascist family members.

From what I’ve been hearing, this was the general response to the idea that people should take hours out of their holiday and go on to the Obama404Care.gov web site and try to buy really crappy insurance. In other cases, police were called to break up major family disagreements between those who have a brain and the Moonbat members of their families. (All part of the FSA ((Free Stuff Army)) of course)

It’s fun as well as annoying to watch a number of political pundits on the “Right” saying that Obamacare is a disaster, (Which it is), and how it will be impossible to repeal it. (That would be Charles Krauthammer for starters along with Bill O’Reilly, to name one pair of RINO’s) Obamacare is going to die, it’s only a matter of time and a question of how many people it kills before it’s shut down once and for all. (To date, looks like half a dozen men, women and children are scheduled for execution under Obamacare. No doubt this is a very low number and the actual number will be far higher)

This weekend, the Obamacare web site destroyers developers took the site down for a major upgrade. However, in the last week or so, they have been playing down just how well it will work. In fact, they have been asking people not to use it to keep the chances of a crash down. They have also been saying that if they can get 80% of the users to access it, it will be considered a success. Only the government would consider that to be a success. In the private sector, that’s considered a total failure. Then, of course, some rather critical parts of the site haven’t been built yet. You know, the part that actually sends the money to the Insurance companies?

Come January 1^st, an awful lot of people will find they are uninsured. Then, come late summer to early fall, more people will be cast out of the corporate insurance plans they’ve had and also find that come 2015, they too will be uninsured. I have a strong feeling that by mid to late summer, the calls from Democrats to repeal this fiasco will reach a fever pitch. Obama, of course, won’t listen.

The midterm elections are in November, it it looks like this is going to be a Democrat slaughter that makes the 2010 midterms look like a minor change. If, as a lot of people think, the Democrats are wiped out as a majority party, Obama and his minions are going to be looking at a very hostile congress. Obamacare will be the least of his problems. (Can we say “Special Prosecutor?” Sure we can! Now remember people, Christmas is coming up and Obamacare will make a wonderful stocking stuffer. I’m sure it will be the perfect green replacement for the lumps of coal that used to be put in stockings. (Now banned by the EPA)
