Good day all. News has just broken that Eric Holder is resigning as Attorney General of the United States.
Eric Holder, generally considered to be the most corrupt Attorney General in decades, is one of the original members of the Obama Regime’s cabinet. Here are the details so far from Fox News:
Attorney General Eric Holder plans to announce Thursday that he is resigning from the Obama administration, a Justice Department official confirmed to Fox News. The decision would cap a tumultuous six-year term for the nation’s top law enforcement official.
Tumultuous would be an understatement to say the least. His problems started with his refusal to complete the civil suit against the Black Panther Party after a settlement had already been agreed to ((New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case)). Then we have the Fast&Furious debacle that has killed a federal agent and hundreds of Mexican citizens ((ATF gunwalking scandal)). And of course, Eric Holder became the first Attorney General to ever be held in Contempt of Congress ((Holder held in Contempt of Congress)).
According to the official, Holder has discussed his plans with Obama on “multiple occasions” in recent months.
Probably working out how Obama will pardon him.
“[He] finalized those plans in an hour-long conversation with the president at the White House residence over Labor Day weekend,” the official said. The official added that Holder has “no immediate plans” after leaving the post.
And that’s probably when he blackmailed Obama into signing his secret pardon.
Holder, who previously worked in private practice and before that was federal prosecutor, was one of the most controversial members of the Obama administration
Gee, ya think? This man pretty much destroyed the Justice Department. The next Attorney General, unless the Senate Democrats rubber stamp another crook, is going to have a huge mess to clean up. It will be interesting to see when the next AG is nominated and who it will be. If the Republicans do take the Senate, you can expect Obama and Reid to rush through whoever they nominate. We shall see. In any case, I’m going to have to replace my DoiJ emblem.
