And so ends 2014

Happy New Years Eve one and all. In about 10 hours local time, (Eastern Time United States), 2014 will end and 2015 will begin. Additionally, I will be out of a job. Not how I planned on ringing in the new year.

It has been a very eventful year, and not in a good way. We have seen how Barack Obama has completely wrecked the reputation of the United States, caved in to every dictator around the world and thanks to him, Islamic terrorism is back with a vengeance.

The economic situation is confused at best, with Wall street totally out of touch with what the real economic situation is. We have reports that the economy is growing by leaps and bounds, but no one is actually seeing it. More people then ever have simply given up looking for a job and almost half the population is on some form of welfare.

Politically, the Republicans destroyed the Democrats in the midterm elections, and are on course to utterly throw away their victory. Thanks to Obama, Holder and their, for lack of a better term, outright racist activities, we are seeing the beginnings of a race war in this country. We have also seen how they and their friends, such as Al Sharpton and Mayor Bill Di Blasio, have used the deaths of two people by police, Michael Brown and Eric Garner, to set back relations between the American people by decades, with police now coming under direct attack from the “African-American” community.

I’ve written my opinions on the deaths, saying that Brown got what he deserved and that there was serious issues with how Garner was manhandled by the NYPD. I see no need to go into it here. I also do not consider the rioters and vermin involved in all these events to be part of the “African-American” community. I consider them trash that should be taken out and disposed of.

We also saw Barack Obama basically throw the constitution, the separation of powers and the rule of law right out the window as he has, for all intents and purposes, assumed dictatorial control of the United States. Only his utter incompetence has prevented him from doing more damage then he already has.

It has been a very bad year for airlines in the Pacific Rim. Two of Malaysia Air’s went down this year, one still missing and with no real clues as to what happened, and the other shot down by “Ukrainian rebels,” (More then likely Russians), over the Ukraine. And just this week another airliner from AirAsia was lost in bad weather. The wreckage has been found and recovery operations are now under way.

All in all, 2014 was not a great year for most people. I know it wasn’t a good one for me. As to 2015, I hope to have a new job as soon as possible. For Congress, the new members will be taking office in a few days, and hopefully begin a full court press against the Tyrant Obama. There has been talk of a challenge against John Boehner’s speakership, and I hope it comes off. He has proven himself to be utterly out of touch with Americans, and is an even bigger cave in artist then Obama. (Obama caves in to foreign dictators, Boehner caves in to Obama)

We are also starting to see the various members of the political class beginning their runs for the White House in 2016. Currently we have Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush as the unannounced front runners. There is also the Jersey Whale, Governor Chris Christie making noises about running. Not one of them has the support of the majorities of their own parties. It will be a while before the all the various candidates start their formal runs, but no one has any interest in yet another Bush/Clinton match-up in 2016.

Now for the technical side of things. The Angry Systems Administrator wants me to mention that he has set up an RSS feed via feedburner. He has been dealing with upgrades and updates to the WordPress programs breaking constantly, the most recent being the RSS feeds. We also changed the theme after the developer for the original one did something that basically broke the blog. Well, you get what you pay for these days, and free is not going to get you a lot of support.

Finally, Mrs. Webmaster has moved on to a new job. She finally burned out at her old one, and it didn’t help that her old boss is basically the boss from Hell. In other words, the perfect real world addition to the movie “Horrible Bosses.” To get an idea how bad, a few years ago, I was in Mrs. Webmaster’s business with a friend and saw her boss come in. Her boss didn’t know who I was and I kept it that way. When I saw Mrs. Webmaster after work, I told her that I had seen her boss and then made a face that matcher the look her boss had when I saw her. Mrs. Webmaster laughed uncontrollably for a solid ten minutes, with giggling ongoing for 2 more hours. 😀

She is much happier with her new boss, and from the little I’ve seen, her new boss seems to care about her employees and their safety. Hopefully the business, which is a new one, will make it and be very successful.

The entire crew of Anger Central will be out at parties this year. The champagne is cooling down in the fridge and we will be bringing in the new year with friends and family. We hope that all of you take care, and if you are out and about, please drive safely and if you are going to partake of large quantities of celebratory adult beverages, that you will not drive under the influence. Remember, the police will be out in force looking for you, and thanks to recent events, will be very cautious and possibly trigger happy.
