Good day all. The news regarding Cankles Email problems continues to worsen. It’s been well established that Hillary Clinton has lied about having classified messages on her bathroom mail server. Now it’s coming out that she had some messages that were classified at the highest possible level.
Yesterday, in an exclusive story, Fox News reported that the Inspector General for the Intelligence community found a number of documents labeled as “Special Access Programs.” Here are the details from Fox News:
Hillary Clinton’s emails on her unsecured, homebrew server contained intelligence from the U.S. government’s most secretive and highly classified programs, according to an unclassified letter from a top inspector general to senior lawmakers.
Fox News exclusively obtained the unclassified letter, sent Jan. 14 from Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III. It laid out the findings of a recent comprehensive review by intelligence agencies that identified “several dozen” additional classified emails — including specific intelligence known as “special access programs” (SAP).
That indicates a level of classification beyond even “top secret,” the label previously given to two emails found on her server, and brings even more scrutiny to the presidential candidate’s handling of the government’s closely held secrets.
This is, as they say in the click bait blogs, “Really Big!!!” This kind of information ranks at the level of the British “Ultra” codes and the American breaking of the Japanese naval codes in World War 2. The information is generally considered “Need to know” and if someone were to see this information who wasn’t authorized, that person could end up in prison.
Intelligence from a “special access program,” or SAP, is even more sensitive than that designated as “top secret” – as were two emails identified last summer in a random sample pulled from Clinton’s private server she used as secretary of state. Access to a SAP is restricted to those with a “need-to-know” because exposure of the intelligence would likely reveal the source, putting a method of intelligence collection — or a human asset — at risk. Currently, some 1,340 emails designated “classified” have been found on Clinton’s server, though the Democratic presidential candidate insists the information was not classified at the time.
And we know that Hillary is a liar. It’s well established that classified information receives it’s security level at the time it is created, not retroactively. It’s not common for previously unclassified information to be classified after the fact, since it’s likely the information is already in the public domain. There is no way Cankles could Not have known just how sensitive this information was.
“There is absolutely no way that one could not recognize SAP material,” a former senior law enforcement with decades of experience investigating violations of SAP procedures told Fox News. “It is the most sensitive of the sensitive.”
As you would expect, the Queen of Denial continues to insist this is all nothing.
In a statement, Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon said, “This is the same interagency dispute that has been playing out for months, and it does not change the fact that these emails were not classified at the time they were sent or received. It is alarming that the intelligence community IG, working with Republicans in Congress, continues to selectively leak materials in order to resurface the same allegations and try to hurt Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
This statement is false on many levels including legally. The SAP documents alone show that Cankles and her minions know she is in real trouble now. It would have been bad enough if Clinton’s email had been hacked from a secured government system. At least she would have been in the clear regarding the mishandling of the information. Because she absolutely refused to use a secure server, and instead used that hunk of junk home brewed server, Hillary Rodham Clinton is totally responsible legally. The security on the Clinton server was an absolute joke. There is no question that it had been hacked and all her email copied to any number of foreign intelligence services. The SAP operations now have to be considered as blown the moment the documents hit Cankles server.
The former federal law enforcement official said the finding in the January IG letter represents a potential violation of USC 18 Section 793, “gross negligence” in the handling of secure information under the Espionage Act.
I looked up that law and it’s very details. I think this section is the one Clinton violated:
Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.
If all this is accurate, and we have no reason to think it isn’t, the FBI is probably very close to dropping the case for indictment on Loretta Lynch’s desk in the next month or so. If Lynch refuses to proceed in the face of overwhelming evidence that Cankles Clinton broke the law, I suspect that she will be spending the next year in front of numerous congressional committees. I’ve also heard that if she sweeps this under the rug, there will be an outright rebellion in the Justice Department and the intelligence agencies and possibly mass resignations, starting with James Comey.
Allowing Clinton to skate past this when so many others have been imprisoned for doing far less will render the laws of this country all but meaningless for those who are part of the Political Elite. The information she was mishandling was far more sensitive than what Edward Snowden released and they want to hang him. If Clinton isn’t indicted and arrested, then the U.S. Government can forget about going after Snowden.
